    Con una anchura de 1.84 m y una batalla de 2.70 m, el diseño exterior “Kodo” (alma en movmiento, en castellano) del CX-5 entusiasma en el frontal, con una parrilla delantera de cinco vértices remarcados y que se alarga hasta los grupos ópticos, una línea lateral con mucha fuerza y músculo, y por último una zaga menos emocionante, más típica y vista, que incluso siendo desconfiados recuerda a la de un ix35 o un ASX.
