Reviewing the CX-919 Mini PC, it truly does look and function just like an Android tablet. Purchased to serve as a home theatre pc, as we dropped our cable subscription, we use it to watch video quite regularly on a number of apps available via the Google Play Store. Having access to this store also allows full access to all kinds of apps and games that any Android device, mobile, or tablet can run. Presently we use the Netflix app, YouTube app, and a few local TV station apps to view content.\r

While we do have a Chromecast, unfortunately it stopped being detected over wifi when we got a new modem/router. Also, the Chromecasts limited apps and lack of web access was a negative. Getting an Android Mini-PC has resolved each of these issues, while opening up the world of Android apps.\r

Browsing the web with this Android Mini PC is quick and easy, assuming you have a decent remote. Mine is a Measy RC-12 remote, which provides keyboard, mouse and controller capability in one device. I can fairly easily use the track pad to scroll through web pages on the Android browser, or Chrome browser. While watching video within a browser is challenging, as flash support for these has hit an upper limit, fortunately there are many apps in the Google Play Store that can be used to watch the same content.\r

The CX-919 came with:\r

- Power cable (which plugs into any USB port)\r
- DC Power plug-in (which has USB input)\r

Right now I have the mini-PC plugged directly into the USB port on the back of the TV. It seems to provide enough power for the device, and adds the convenience of being able to turn on & off power to both with the TV remote.\r

If that doesnt work try debugging mode. Go to settings - More options - About device - Click device number 7 times.\r
Then go back to developer options and make sure it is turned on in the top right hand corner and then scroll down to USB debugging turn it on and restart your phone.\r

If you are using a launcher, you need to switch back to the standard TouchWiz homescreen and then connect your phone.\r

The other option is to us the usb menu from the dialer pad and if it isnt on MTP + ADB then change it and reboot your phone and reconnect the device.\r

Dial ##3424# then select CDMA modem, then qualcomm USB settings from there select MTP and hit ok for S4 Mini users\r
