Man killed outside British school in Madrid after being shot at least 10 times

Madrid, Mar 12 (EFE).- A man was shot at least 10 times and killed on a road just outside the British Council School in Madrid on Monday by unknown assailants who fled immediately after the incident, regional emergency services said.
Sources close to the investigation told EFE that the victim, a 43-year-old, was in a car with a woman, who was described as being of Colombian nationality and his partner, after dropping one or more children off at a school in Pozuelo de Alarcón, an affluent suburb to the west of the Spanish capital, when he was attacked.
"We can confirm the death of a 43-year-old man in Pozuelo," the Madrid regional emergency services said on Twitter. "He has at least 10 gunshot wounds," the statement said.
An investigation was launched by the national police after witness evidence pointed to two men on a motorcycle who were believed to have been behind the shooting.
According to security sources, witnesses saw a man riding pillion on the back of the motorcycle fire multiple times at the victim before the pair rode off.
The victim was reportedly able to leave his car but died on the road almost immediately, while his partner was left unharmed.
Investigators are now establishing whether the witness testimonies can be confirmed and gathering evidence to determine what happened, EFE was told.

#VIRAL: Shein: Encuentra mensaje de auxilio en etiqueta de ropa que pidió en línea

On TikTok, user Laritza Arcos (@laritzaarcos), shared a distress message she found on the label of the clothes she ordered online.

According to the young woman, the message was only on one of the labels of several clothes she bought through SHEIN.

According to the user, this would not be the first case of a distress message found among the company's garments.
However, it is not the first time that Shein is involved in a scandal for exploitation and labor abuse, employees had already denounced it on the labels.
On her TikTok account, user Laritza Arcos shared a video showing the distress message she found on the label of her clothes.

According to the tiktoker, in February of this 2022 she ordered in SHEIN several swimsuits for her and her boyfriend.

And while checking the tags, she found one that read "need your help" in Spanish.

In her video, the tiktoker showed several similar messages found by other users and then showed the label of her clothes, quite worried.

Residents on the volcano started fleeing yet again. Many had returned to their homes to check on them as well as their farm animals after eruptions last week. Mount Merapi began erupting Tuesday and has killed at least 39 people in the past week. Another 74 have been injured and more than 71,000 people have been evacuated, according to the National Disaster Management Board. The 3,000-meter Merapi is famously unpredictable. An eruption killed two people in 2006 and another killed more than 60 villagers in 1994. About 1,300 people died when Merapi erupted in 1930. Also last week, a 7.7-magnitude earthquake hit Indonesia's coast, triggering a tsunami and killing at least 449. Steps to Install MySQL Server

#### 1. *Update System Packages*
Start by updating your package lists:

#### 2. *Install MySQL Server*
Install the MySQL Server package using the following command:

sudo apt install mysql-server -y
```

#### 3. *Secure MySQL Installation*

```
Follow the prompts to set up a root password, remove anonymous users, disallow root login remotely, and remove test databases.

#### 4. *Verify MySQL Installation*
Check if MySQL is running:

```

#### 1. *Add MySQL APT Repository*

#### 2. *Install MySQL Workbench*
Install MySQL Workbench with the following command:

You can start MySQL Workbench from the applications menu or by running:
```bash
mysql-workbench
```
