The two bottom lights are street lights and the huge orange light hovered over the water for quite some time. Making no sound at all it would blink quickly and change direction like no other aircraft. My Batteries kept dying even brand new batteries wouldn't work at the time. These lights have been appearing over Lake winnipeg for about 2 weeks in a row every 2nd day from 11 to 11:30pm. After the camera died another light appeared behind the orange light going left to right quickly. There are tons of reports of sightings of the same sort.
I will try get more video when I can. Many other reports include lightning shooting from the water into the sky and dancing lights and zig zagging white lights at amazing speeds. I see about 3 - 7 Meteors go across the sky a night. That is very unusual at the time.

BBVA gana un récord de 8.019 millones, un 26% más, y distribuirá 4.000 millones entre accionistas
BBVA logró el año pasado un récord de 8.019 millones de euros en beneficio neto atribuido, cifra que supone un aumento interanual del 26,1% y mejora los 7.645 millones que esperaba el consenso de analistas de Bloomberg. La mejora se limitaría al 22% si se neutraliza los 201 millones extraordinarios pagados en 2022 para comprar las oficinas a Merlín. Con las cuentas cerradas, el banco anunció que destinará "más de 4.000 millones" a remunerar a los accionistas con cargo al resultado de 2023.
La entidad lanzará un nuevo programa de recompra de acciones por valor de 781 millones y abonará un dividendo complementario en efectivo de 0,39 euros brutos por título, que eleva el dividendo total con cargo al ejercicio a 0,55 euros y lo mejora en un 28% interanual, según detalló este martes a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).Ver video "BBVA gana un récord de 8.019 millones, un 26% más, y distribuirá 4.000 millones entre accionistas"
