    Left over steamed rice\r
    Cooking oil\r
    Garlic\r
    Onions\r
    Carrots\r
    Cabbage\r
    Egg\r
    Pepper \r
    Soy sauce\r

    Procedure;\r
    Scramble the egg, set aside\r
    On same the same pan, pour a little oil\r
    Saute garlic and onions\r
    Add the steamed rice, carrots & soy sauce.\r
    Add egg, pepper and cabbage\r
    Serve.

    Ingredients to make 6 large cake about 3 lbs each:\r
    \r
    2 bags 14 OZ each Mung beans -- season cooked mung bean w/3 tsp of sea salt.\r
    3 packages frozen banana leaves = 3 lbs\r
    3 lbs pork belly\r
    4-5 Medium size shallots\r
    10 stalks of scallion white part only\r
    2-1/2 Tbsp sugar\r
    2-1/2 tsp pepper\r
    3 tsp sea salt\r
    5 lbs sweet rice -- season soaked sweet rice w/1 Tbsp sea salt\r
    6 - 13 feet plastic twines\r
    3 - 20plastic twines\r
    \r
    * Please follow my step by step and do not make any changes.\r
    * FIRST STEP, prepare these the night before:\r
    - Washed , drained mung bean 4-5 times -- soak for 8 hours.\r
    - Soaked banana leaves 1 hour in hot water -- washed, drained, wiped dry. Divided leaves to potions.\r
    - Cut pork belly to strips -- marinated keep in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.\r
    - Measure, cut out 3 x 20 inch long, and 6 x 13 feet long plastic twines ( if you plastic twine are to wide you could slit them in half )\r
    ** STEP TWO, early morning the next day:\r
    - Washed sweet rice 4-5 times -- soaked rice in cold water for 3 hours. Rinsed and drained the rice into the colander ( make sure to shake off all the excess water ) season the rice with salt.\r
    - One hour before you planed to wrap your cake, rinsed soaked mung bean into the colander then steam it over boiling water for 30 mins. Season cooked bean with salt and lets it cooled down for 30 mins.\r
    *** STEP THREE, wrapping time -- this is my favorite step :-)\r

    10 cọng hành lá phần trắng\r
    2-1/2 Tbsp đường\r
    2-1/2 tsp tiêu\r
    3 tsp muối biển\r
    5 lbs nếp hạt dài --- Trộn vào nếp đã ngâm, xả ráo 1 Tbsp muối biển\r
    6 sợi dây dài 13 feet\r
    3 sợi dây dài 20 inch\r

    ** Xin theo dõi cách làm cho kỹ và đừng thay đổi các nguyên liệu nhé.\r
    * Bước 1: Chuẩn bị các thứ này một đêm trước.\r
    - Vo đậu 4-5 lần --- xả sạch và ngâm 8 tiếng.\r
    - Ngâm lá 1 tiếng trong nước nóng -- rửa sạch, để ráo, lau khô -- chia lá. Đo và cắt dây ( nếu dây có bản khá lớn thì bạn có thể xé làm hai )\r
    - Cắt thịt, ướp thịt cho vào tủ lạnh 7-8 tiếng.\r
    ** Bước 2: Sáng hôm sau,\r
    - Vo nếp 4-5 lần cho sạch -- ngâm nếp trong nước lạnh 3 tiếng.\r
    Sau đó xả , để thật ráo -- trôn muối vào.\r
    - 1 giờ trước khi gói bánh thì bạn xả sạch đậu, ráo và hấp đậu 30 phút ( hấp lúc nước sôi ). Trộn muối vào và để 30 phút cho nguội.\r
    *** Bước 3: Gói bánh :-)\r
    **** Luộc bánh:\r
    - Cho tất cả các là vụn, dư vào đáy nồi ( sử dụng nồi càng sâu càng tốt nhe ) đặt bánh đứng vào đổ nước sôi cho nhiều ngập bánh ( ĐỔ NƯỚC NHIỀU THÌ KHÔNG CẦN PHẢI LO CHO THÊM NƯỚC ). Đặc vỉ nhỏ và vật nặng để đè bánh xuống.\r
    - Luộc bánh lửa thật lớn khoảng 40-50 phút thì nước sẽ rất sôi, lúc này bạn nên vặn lửa nhỏ xuống medium. Luộc bánh được 4 tiếng thì trở bánh - bằng cách lấy hết bánh ra và quay đầu bánh, cho thêm nước sôi và luộc bánh thêm 4 tiếng.\r
    - Luộc bánh được 8 tiếng thì tắt bếp và giử bánh trong nồi thêm 1 tiếng. Sau đó cho bánh vào nước lạnh và ngâm bánh 15 phút cho nguội -- vớt bánh và để cho bánh ráo.\r
    - Ngày hôm sau khi bánh thật khô thì gói bánh lại với giấy kiếng để bánh nơi khô ráo không nóng ẩm thì bánh sẽ giữ được rất lâu.\r
    ***** Làm bánh tét là cả một công trình nhưng nếu bạn làm theo cách hướng dẩn của mình thì bạn sẽ thành công. Khi chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu thì phải làm cho sạch sẽ và thịt phải bảo quản trong tủ lạnh thì bánh sẽ rất ngon giữ được lâu và xứng đáng công sức mình bỏ ra.\r

  • Gulf Coast Seafood Platter (recipes)

    In this video I show you how to prepare a fried seafood platter, just as it is done up and down the southern states along the Gulf of Mexico! Growing up, my family would occasionally go to some of the best restaurants on the Biloxi beach here in Mississippi, and I would always order the seafood platter, because it had some of everything, and I loved it all, as so many people do. Enjoy the video, and have a little taste of the way its down on the Coast! \r

    French Fries:\r
    \r
    Ingredients:\r
    6 russet potatoes \r
    4 tablespoons of white sugar\r
    2 tablespoons of light corn syrup\r
    Salt to taste\r
    Directions:\r
    Cut potatoes into fries, and let soak in cold water for 10 minutes and rinse. This will remove much of the starch. Now heat enough water to cover fries, to a boil. Turn off heat, and stir in sugar and corn syrup until dissolved. Now let fries soak in this mixture for 10 minutes. Drain water well, and deep fry for 2 minutes. Drain fries on paper towels, and place on a rack, and place into the freezer for 20 - 30 minutes. Now remove fries and deep fry until golden brown at 350 degrees F\r

    Ingredients:\r
    1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix\r
    2 eggs\r
    ¼ cup of all purpose flour\r
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder\r
    1 teaspoon of onion powder\r
    ¼ teaspoon of sea salt\r
    ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper\r
    About 3 tablepoons of chopped green onions\r
    Directions:\r
    Mix all ingredients, but dont over mix. Heat oil up to 350 degrees F, and take a couple of spoons and spoon a small amount into the hot oil. Repeat until all the batter is used. Cook until golden brown, and flip as needed \r

    Fried Fish\r
    \r
    Ingredients:\r
    Seasoned corn flour\r
    Oil for frying (350 degrees F)\r
    \r
    Directions:\r
    I used Zatarains fish fry in this cook, and I have always used it. Coat your fish fillets with a light dusting of the corn flour, and then fry until golden brown. The fish will normally float when done.\r
    \r
    Fried Shrimp & Scallops\r
    \r
    For the Shrimp & Scallops, I used a combination of milk and buttermilk (50/50) and seasoned the milk with a cajun seasoning. I always use Essence of Emeril on fried seafood. Great flavor! A place all the shrimp into the milk mixture, and then one at a time, I will coat with a seasoned self rising flour (also seasoned with Essence of Emeril) then deep fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown. Note: All seafood taste even better, if you use cottonseed oil! Plus it will hold up to the heat better than most oils, and it has no flavor of its own, to impart into the seafood, like vegetable oil will do.\r

    Fried Oysters\r

    Ingredients\r
    Oysters\r
    1 egg\r
    ½ cup of beer\r
    Seasoned self rising flour\r
    \r
    Directions:\r
    Mix the 1 egg with the beer, and now dip each oyster into this egg beer mixture, and then lightly coat with the seasoned self rising flour, and fry until golden brown at 350 degrees F. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!\r

    Crab Cakes\r
    \r
    Ingredients:\r
    1 pound picked crab meat\r
    1 chopped onion\r
    3 stalks of celery\r
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped\r
    3 springs thyme\r
    3 springs parsley\r
    1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes\r
    1 cup of bread crumbs soaked in milk\r
    Butter\r
    \r
    Directions:\r
    Heat a saute pan with a tablespoon of butter added and when hot, add the vegetables, chopped fine, and the seasonings. Saute for 10 minutes, the remove and let cool.\r
    Add the crab meat and the bread crumbs (squeeze to remove most of the milk) mixing gently so as not to break up the crab meat to much. Form into cakes and deep fry until golden brown. Note, they may take on a darker color than most seafood. Darker than golden brown.\r

    This video was kind of a test and next time I will tint the modelling chocolate in the colour of the finished dinosaur! Therefore, I didnt record the process of adding the fondant as I wasnt sure if it was going to turn out! Sorry :/\r

    Ingredients:\r
    -3 TBSP Unsalted Butter\r
    -1 10-oz back of mini-marshmallows\r
    -6 CUPS Rice Cereal \r
    (shortening to grease equipment and hands!)\r
    \r
    Pour rice cereal into a greased, large mixing bowl\r
    Also, grease your mixing spoon with shortening\r
    Melt the butter over medium heat, in a heavy bottom pan\r
    Add the mini marshmallows and heat until completely melted\r
    Pour the melted marshmallow over the rice cereal and stir until combined, and all cereal is evenly coated\r
    Dump mixture into a well greased 9x13 baking dish and press firmly with greased hands so the cereal is well comped.\r
    Allow to cool & set (about 30 minutes) before turning out and cutting into portions.\r

  • FISH BIRYANI {how to make fish biryani easy way}

    try this super easy and extremely yummy fish biryani,very easy to make and great in falls.\r
    rice 1.5 cups (soaked for 30 mins and boiled 80% with 3 cloves,4 G- Cradamoms and 1/2 inch cinnamon and 3 tbsp salt)\r
    Fish (DHOTAR) 1/2 kg\r
    onion fried 1 med\r
    yogurt 1 cup\r
    oil or ghee 1/2 cup\r
    ginger chopped 1 tbsp\r
    garlic paste 1 tbsp\r
    green chilies 6 to 10 cut into 2 parts\r
    fresh coriander 1/2 bunch\r
    salt 1 tsp\r
    red chili powder 1 tsp\r
    coriander powder 1 tsp full\r
    turmeric pwowder 1/4 tsp\r
    garam masala powder 1/2 tsp\r
    carom seeds (ajwain ) 1/4 tsp\r
    food color a pinch (optional)\r
    zafrani kewra essence 1 tsp\r
    cumin seeds 1 tsp\r
    whole spices (black pepper corns 15,cloves 5,black cardamoms 2,cinnamon stick 1 inch piece,star anise half,green cardamoms 6)\r
    METHOD:\r
    first fry onions with above mentioned ingredients.\r
    and keep them a side.\r
    then put fried onions,G-cardamoms,ground spices and garlic paste in yogurt and mix.\r
    keep it a side as well.\r
    now pour oil in a pot (less than 1/2 cup ) and add whole spices and cumin to fry just for 30 seconds.\r
    then add yogurt mix in it and cook til all water of yogurt will disappeared.\r
    then add 1/2 cup water and give it a boil.\r
    now make a layer of fish fillets and sprinkle fresh coriander 2 tbsp sliced ginger and green chilies on them.\r
    cook on med low flame for just 4 to 5 mins.\r
    them remove the fillets from the pot and place them on a plate in single layer.\r
    1/4 cup water should be remaining in the gravy.\r
    then add boiled rice on the gravy.\r
    and spread them evenly.\r
    now sprinkle coriander and place fish fillets on half of the rice and pour 3,4 tbsp oil on it.\r
    drizzle kewra essence and sprinkle food color 2,3 places and simmer for 10 minutes on med low flame with a flat tawa under neath it.\r
    serve with raita and salad and enjoy.

    Potatoes – 2 medium-sized;\r
    For the batter – 1 ½ cup chick pea flour (besan/gram flour) or all-purpose flour/maida, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder or as per taste, 1-2 tbsp all-purpose flour/maida/rice flour, 1 ½ tbsp cooking oil, approx. ¾ cup water;\r
    Cooking Oil for deep-frying;\r
    For the sauce – 2-3 tbsp oil, 1 ½ tbsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp plain water, 1 tsp white vinegar/lime juice, ½ tsp sugar/honey (optional), salt to taste.

    Vegetable Biryani prepared in a traditional Hyderabadi Dum Biryani style is a Vegetarians dream come true for enjoying the famous dum biryani. Traditionally, it is prepared in 3 basic steps in which first step involves cooking basmati rice with aromatic whole spices, second step involves cooking vegetables with various Indian masala or spice powders, whole spices and curd, and the last step involves cooking layered cooked rice, cooked vegetables and fried onion in a container using dum method. In dum cooking method (pressure cooked effect), food is slow-cooked in a sealed container (a pot having tight fitting lid or edges of pot sealed with wet wheat flour dough), which allows food to slow-cook in its own steam and juices making it highly flavorful and aromatic. In the first glance, you may feel that this vegetable biriyani recipe requires so many ingredients but dont let it fool you, it will take only 35 minutes to cook and flavor, aroma and texture of final dish will blow your mind and taste buds away making it worthwhile to try this recipe.

    FOR YAKHNI:\r
    chicken 1/2 kg\r
    green chilies 5\r
    onion 1 medium\r
    garlic 1/2 bunch\r
    ginger 1 inch \r
    cloves 1/2 tsp\r
    black pepper corn 1/2 tsp\r
    water 4 or 5 glass\r
    salt 1 tbsp\r
    FOR BAGHAR:\r
    good quality basmati rice 1.5 cups ( rinse 4,5 times and soaked for 30 minutes )\r
    cumin 1 tsp\r
    big cardamoms 2\r
    cinammon stick 2,3 small pieces\r
    bay leave 2,3 \r
    green cardamoms 4\r
    fried onion 1 cup\r
    ginger paste 1 tbsp\r
    garlic paste 1 tbsp\r
    salt to taste\r
    knor chicken or pulao cubes 2\r
    ginger 1 inch thinly sliced\r
    bullet green chilies 2,3 chopped\r
    yogurt 1 cup\r
    oil 1/2 cup\r
    METHOD:\r
    first make yakhni by boiling all ingredients together for 25 to 30 minutes and reduce it to 3 cups.\r
    now pour oil in a pot and add fried onion with all whole spices.\r
    mix and give it 30 sec.\r
    then add ginger garlic paste and pulao cubes in it.\r
    add quarter cup water and cook on high flame for a minute.\r
    mean while strain yakhni in another pot and separate chicken from it.\r
    when masala cooked completely add chicken with yogurt ,ginger and green chilies.\r
    mix it well and cook it for a minute on high flame.\r
    when oil comes out on top add rice in it.\r
    add 2.5 glass yakhni for 1.5 glass rice.\r
    check the salt and adjust it to your taste.\r
    cook on med flame till all water dries out.\r
    mean while preheat a flat tawa on another stove.\r
    cover the lid with a kitchen towel and simmer it on tawa for 12 to 15 minutes.\r
    turn the flame to med for first 5 minutes then slow it down to low for remaining 10 minutes.\r
    serve with salad,red chatni and raita.

    KERALA STYLE VEGETABLE BIRIYANI\r

    INGREDIENTS: \r
    Basmati rice- 1.5 cups( see notes)\r
    Cardamom-3 nos\r
    Cinnamon stick,1.5 piece-2 nos\r
    Bay leaf-1 no\r
    Cloves- 5 to 6 nos\r
    Ginger,chopped- 1 tsp\r
    Garlic,chopped-1 tsp\r
    Green chilies,cut vertically-2 or 3 nos( or to taste)\r
    Onion,sliced- 1 medium( 3/4 cup)\r
    Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp\r
    Kashmiri chili powder- 1/2 to 1 tsp( according to taste)\r
    Garam masala-1/2 tsp\r
    Tomato,chopped- 1 medium( 1/2 cup)\r
    Thick coconut milk-1/2 cup\r
    Cooked vegetables( beans,carrot,green peas,cauliflower)-1.5 to 2 cups\r
    Coriander leaves-to garnish\r
    Oil-as required\r
    Ghee-as required\r
    Salt-to taste\r

    TO GARNISH: \r
    Onion,finely sliced- 1 small\r
    Cashew nuts-10 to 12 nos\r
    Raisins-1 tbsp\r
    Oil/Ghee-as required\r
    Coriander leaves,chopped-as required\r
    Garam masala-1/8 tsp\r
    \r
    \r
    INSTRUCTIONS: \r
    \r
    \r
    Heat oil/Ghee in a pan ,add rice and saute for 3 to 4 minutes,pour sufficient amount of water(approximately 3 cups) and add salt to taste.Cook until rice is 3/4th done.Keep aside.\r
    Heat oil/ghee in a pan and fry sliced onion, cashew nuts and raisins (for garnishing)separately until it turns brown and keep aside.\r
    Now heat oil in a pan ,add the whole spices(cardamon,cinnamon,cloves and bay leaves.) and saute till fragrant.\r
    Add ginger ,garlic,green chili and onion , saute till onion turn almost brown.\r
    Reduce heat to low,add turmeric powder,chili powder and garam masala,saute till raw smell leaves.\r
    Add tomato and saute till it is completely cooked ,and masala starts to leave the sides of the pan.\r
    Pour in the coconut milk and add salt to taste.Add the cooked vegetables and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame or until the gravy turns thick.Switch off the stove ,add coriander leaves and mix well.\r
    In a heavy bottomed pan arrange the vegetable masala and cooked rice in layers.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves , garam masala( 1/8 tsp) and few drops of ghee(adding ghee is optional) on each layer of rice.Garnish with fried onions,cashew nuts and raisins.Cover the vessel with aluminium foil.\r
    Preheat oven to 200 deg C.Bake this for about 10 to 12 minutes.(For stove top method,heat a tava/dosa pan and place the biriyani vessel on top of the tava,reduce flame to low and cook for about 20 minutes.)\r
    Serve with onion salad.\r

    If you like more masala for the biriyani ,use 1 and 1/4 cup rice ( like in the pic) or use 1.5 cups rice for a milder version.(I usually get about 3.5 cups cooked rice from 1 cup basmati rice.)\r

    On the days my husband has work, I get up a little earlier and make bento for him.\r
    My husband use a microwave in his office to warm the bento.\r
    I put the food which doesnt need to be warmed in a small container, and my husband puts it in the fridge when he arrives at his office.\r
    On that day, I was going to bring his bento to his work and eat lunch together, but he didnt have enough time so I just handed the bento to him.\r
    Its pretty tough to make bento every day, but I can manage it because my husband always eats everything and says its delicious.The dishes are all common, but these may be the best!\r

    Dishes for bento lunch box\r
    【Ingredients】\r
    *Simmered dish\r
    chicken thigh, bamboo shoot, carrot, shiitake mashroom\r
    seasoning (sake, mirin(seasoning liquor), soy sauce)\r
    *Salad\r
    broad beans, potato\r
    seasoning (salt, pepper, mayonnaise)\r
    *Japanese Rolled omlet\r
    for 3 eggs\r
    seasoning (2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp mirin, 1/2 tsp soy sauce)\r
    *Deep-fried chikuwa with cheese\r
    chikuwa (tube-shaped fish paste cake), processed cheese\r
    breadcrumbs, tempura flour (or cake flour, eggwash and breadcrumbs)\r
    \r
    【Directions】\r
    *Simmered dish\r
    ①Cut chicken thigh into small pieces. Cut bamboo shoot, carrot, and shiitake mashroom as well.\r
    ②Heat sesami oil in a pot, then put chicken thigh and fry until brown.\r
    ③When the chicken thigh is brown, add carrot (takes more time to heat) and fry.\r
    ④Add bamboo shoot and shiitake mashroom, and fry.\r
    ⑤Add water up to the ingredients to be under the water, when it starts boiling turn the heat to the low and skim off the scum with a raddle.\r
    ⑥Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce and simmer until the ingredients are soft.\r
    (if you dont have mirin, use sugar.)\r
    ⑦Turn the heat off, then put the lid on the pot, and leave it to cool.\r
    *Salad (broad beans and potato)\r
    ①Peel the potato and boil.\r
    ②Remove the beans from the pod, and boil a little in boiling water with some salt, then peel them.\r
    ③Combine the potato and broad beans in a bowl and add salt and pepper, then add mayonnaise and mix.\r
    *Japanese Rolled omlet\r
    ①Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp mirin and 1/2 tsp soy sauce to 3 eggs and beat it well.\r
    Fry it with some oil on a frying pan.\r
    *Deep-fried chikuwa with cheese\r
    ①Cut chikuwa in half if its too long.\r
    ②Cut processed cheese into pieces (to put in the hole of chikuwa)\r
    ③Put the cheese into the hole of chikuwa, and cover it with tempura flour mixed with water, then cover it with breadcrumbs.\r
    (or cover it with cake flour, eggwash, and breadcrumbs and fry.)\r
    ④Fry with heated oil until light brown.\r
    【about the dishes】\r
    *Chikuwa is bamboo-shaped kamaboko (fish paste cake.)\r
    It can be used for various dishes and its also reasonable, so its an important ingredient for bento.\r
    *Japanese Rolled omlet can be different flavor between families.\r
    My rolled omlet is a little sweet, so it can be a good side dish for main dishes with strong flavor.\r

    Mille crêpe is a cake made with many layers of crêpe (thin pancake). Mille means a thousand in French. Although it is written in French, it is originated in Japan (I found this info on the Net). And of course, it is a very popular cake in Japan!!!\r

    I was so lazy that I made only 8 crepes and cut into half to make a half-round cake. hehe You will see how I did that in the end of the video ;)\r

    I used nutella and whipped cream for the fillings.\r
    They were absolutely delicious :D\r

    Of course you dont have to make Mille Crepe. You can just wrap your favorite filling in a sheet of crepe and enjoy!\r

    Difficulty: Easier than you think!\r
    Time: 20min\r
    Number of servings: half round cake\r

    Necessary Equipment:\r
    26cm (10.2inch) frying pan\r

    Ingredients:\r
    ((8 crêpes))\r
    2 eggs *room temperature\r
    100g (3.5oz.) cake flour\r
    2 tbsp. granulated sugar\r
    2 tbsp. melted butter\r
    250ml milk *room temperature\r
    a few drops vanilla extr\r
    ((fillings))\r
    nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)\r
    200ml fresh cream (heavy whipping cream)\r
    1 tbsp. granulated sugar\r

    Directions:\r
    ((8 crêpes))\r
    1. Sift the flour in a bowl. Add sugar and egg, and mix well with a wire whisk.\r
    2. Add half the milk and melted butter, and mix well. Strain the batter to remove lumps. Then add the rest of the milk and a few drops vanilla extr, and mix until smooth.\r
    3. Cover with a plastic wrap and leave the batter to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.\r
    4. Use a nonstick pan, or wipe the surface of the frying pan with a thin layer of cooking oil using a paper towel. Heat the pan on medium, pour a ladleful of the crepe batter into the pan, slowly move the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.\r
    5. Cook the crepe until the edges begin to dry, then flip the crepe over and cook the other side for about 10 seconds.\r
    6. Leave them to cool completely.\r

    1. Combine fresh cream and granulated sugar in a dry, clean bowl. Float the bottom of the bowl in ice water, whisk the cream until it forms a soft peak.\r
    2. Place one layer of crepe on a plate. Spread the cream. Place another layer of crepe, and spread nutella. Repeat until you have used all the crepes.\r
    3. Rest the cake in the fridge for 1 hour and cut into half. Spread nutella (use it as a glue) and place the other half on top to make a half round mille crepe cake.\r
    4. Then again rest in the fridge until chilled and nutella hardens up. In this way, you can easily cut the cake.\r

    this is the most commonly prepared Sunday recipe in almost every household in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.this spicy fry is usually served with hot rice and Miryiyaala charu ( pepper Rasam).but it can also be served with Rotis or Pulkas.\r

    as it is a dry recipe, you dont need to add any water.the moisture in the marinade is enough for the chicken to get cooked.you can increase or reduce the quantity of chili powder slightly according to your taste.I dont know how others cook but I would really like to add a little ginger garlic paste at the end after adding the garam masala.doing this gives the recipe a nice flavor and taste.you can also add 1 tbsp of desiccated coconut powder and 1 tsp poppy seeds at the end.but you need to roast and powder them before adding.\r

    after adding the masala and ginger garlic paste at the end, you need to keep mixing the curry on high flame.soon the gravy starts to stick to the bottom.let it stick just for 15 to 30 seconds and scrape with the spoon.doing so gives the fry a very nice taste.repeat the process until the curry becomes extremely dry.but make sure that you dont let it over burn.squeeze out half a lemon after you dish out the fry and serve along with some chopped onions and nicely roasted cashew nuts.\r

    - Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Roll out store bought cookie dough into balls and place on parchment (or wax) lined cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Tap tap tap! Give the tray a few taps on the counter. Let the cookies cool, and remove them from the tray. Pour chocolate chips on to a plate. Scoop out some vanilla ice cream and sandwich it between 2 cookies. Take your sandwich and roll it in chocolate chips. Freeze and serve! \r

Place peanut butter yogurt into a container, sprinkle chocolate shavings in, and top with with jelly yogurt. Swirl! Freeze, scoop and serve!\r

In a bowl combine powdered sugar with milk and mix together until smooth. Coat donuts in powdered sugar milk mixture. Roll coated donuts into fruity pebbles and enjoy!\r

As the top starts to set spoon out Nutella on top and then place sliced bananas and strawberries, and rolll! Place on a plate top with whipped cream, grape jelly yogurt and chopped almonds!\r

    1 Apple \r
    3 Teaspoons brown sugar \r
    2 cups pre-made cake mix \r
    1 cup of milk\r
    \r
    - Cut apple in half and core it. Thinly slice and cut slices in half. Layer slices inside mug. Cover sliced apples with brown sugar. In a bowl combine pre-made cake mix with milk until smooth. Cover apples and brown sugar with cake mix batter. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, flip the mug over and cake!

    Heres how I made cake doughnuts. Ive used another recipe in the past and this one is far better. The buttermilk makes a big difference.\r

    Buttermilk Doughnuts\r

    2 eggs\r
    1 cup sugar\r
    2 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted\r
    1/2 tsp. vanilla\r
    2 3/4 cups all purpose flour\r
    1 tsp. baking powder\r
    1 tsp. baking soda\r
    1/2 tsp. salt\r
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg\r
    1 cup buttermilk\r
    Oil for frying\r
    \r
    For cinnamon powdered doughnuts:\r
    \r
    1 cup confectioners sugar\r
    2 tsp. cinnamon\r
    \r
    Mix together the confectioners sugar and cinnamon and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon colored. Add butter and vanilla and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Add to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/2 thickness. Cut with a floured doughnut cutter. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry doughnuts, a few at a time for 1 minute on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Roll in sugar if desired. Makes 2 dozen.
