Resumen


Pokémon Light Platinum es un hack para GBA lanzado en 2011 por el ROM hacker WesleyFG. Dado a que rápidamente se convirtió en un éxito -en parte debido a que fue uno de los pocos que lograron ser terminados- y que, en los últimos años, la plataforma de NDS ha ido adquiriendo bastante más facilidad y capacidades, ahora estoy rehaciendo este hack en esta plataforma para que la gente que no ha jugado a la versión GBA se anime, y también en parte animar a la gente a adentrarse en esta nueva plataforma; empezar a investigarla más a fondo y explotarla.

Si bien la trama, localización, personajes y demás características son prácticamente iguales, hay bastantes cambios (unos pequeños, otros más notorios) con respecto a la versión original:

Hay un total de 107 Pokémon más que en la versión original. Todos los que aparecían en la versión de GBA aparecen en esta versión, por lo que estos nuevos Pokémon provienen de las seis distintas generaciones. Esto conlleva a que la Pokédex por lo tanto será un poco más difícil de completar, al haber un total de 493 Pokémon por capturar desde la primera generación hasta la sexta.

Por el motivo de antes, ahora los entrenadores tendrán equipos Pokémon diferentes con respecto al juego original, y en la mayoría de los casos serán equipos mucho más fuertes todavía. Igualmente, los Pokémon salvajes también diferirán (aunque en menor medida) del original, habiendo más variedad en los distintos pueblos y rutas y otros modos de encontrarlos (como árboles de miel, Golpe Cabeza, pesca...).

Ligeros cambios en la trama del juego, aunque son de menor importancia y la única razón por la que están hechos es para adaptar el hack a las posiblidades de la ROM base.

Insertado el tipo Hada (con todas sus debilidades y resistencias). Todos los Pokémon que en la sexta generación posean este tipo, lo tendrán (Gardevoir, Sylveon...). Además, las debilidades y resistencias de los demás tipos también han sido actualizadas a las que tienen en la sexta generación.

Reintroducido el sistema de bayas que se perdió tanto en el Light Platinum original como en HeartGold y SoulSilver. Ahora los árboles de bayas estarán fijos en las rutas, y darán una baya cada día (a las 00:00 de cada día aparecen nuevas bayas en los árboles que no tuviesen). Los árboles de las distintas 64 bayas que existen están escondidos por toda la región de Zhery y Lauren, por lo que tienes que buscar muy bien para hacerte con todas.

Otros cambios menores, como el aumento de la probabilidad de encontrar un Pokémon variocolor (de 1/8192 a 1/257) o la actualización de los cambios de stats que sufren algunos Pokémon en la sexta generación.

Resumen


Pokémon Light Platinum es un hack para GBA lanzado en 2011 por el ROM hacker WesleyFG. Dado a que rápidamente se convirtió en un éxito -en parte debido a que fue uno de los pocos que lograron ser terminados- y que, en los últimos años, la plataforma de NDS ha ido adquiriendo bastante más facilidad y capacidades, ahora estoy rehaciendo este hack en esta plataforma para que la gente que no ha jugado a la versión GBA se anime, y también en parte animar a la gente a adentrarse en esta nueva plataforma; empezar a investigarla más a fondo y explotarla.

✅ Emulador MAME para PSP
Seguimos con los emuladores de PSP. En este caso nos ponemos con MAME para PSP. Aunque penséis que en su mayoría son juegos de 8 y 16 bits, la plataforma MAME es difícil de emular, y algunos juegos de los 90 os darán más de un problema para funcionar correctamente.
Os recomiendo para emular MAME utilizar otro tipo de dispositivo más potente, como por ejemplo vuestro smartphone, seguramente más potente que el hardware de PSP.
En el comentario fijado os pongo enlace a las dos versiones de MAME4ALL comentadas en el vídeo para que podáis trastear. La que mejor rendimiento da es, como es lógico, la última versión.
Los juegos debéis ponerlos dentro de la carpeta ROMS del emulador. Deben estar en formato .rar y no todos os funcionaran.
Yo MAME4ALL en PSP lo uso más como curiosidad que como plataforma arcade para pegarme viciadas.

Sustituir el lector DVD-Rom ide por un adaptador de disco duro data al Macbook 2008

He comprado en EBAY un adaptador para sustituir el dvd rom del portátil por un disco duro.
La particularidad de este adaptador es que podemos conectar el disco duro con interfaz Sata al interfaz IDE que tiene para conectar el DVD. A partir de este modelo ya salieron con interfaz Sata tanto el disco duro como el DVD, así que ojo al comprar el adaptador.
La mayoría de la gente coloca un disco duro SSD donde tenían el DVD esto funciona bien pero teniendo en cuenta que la interfaz que viene para el DVD suele ser mas lenta es conveniente colocar el disco duro de platos en el sitio de DVD y el disco duro SSD en el sitio del disco duro de platos.
El proximo video colocare el disco duro y veremos las diferencias de rendimiento.
