In this video I am going to share with you guys my 3 different egg hair masks for frizzy & dry hair and a deep conditioning mask which will help you to grow your hair really fast and strong.\r

1. Egg Hair Mask for Frizzy Hair\r
\r
INGREDIENTS\r
1 Egg\r
1/2 Lemon\r
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil\r
1 Cup Milk\r
1 Bowl to mix & a hand mixer\r
Mix all the above given ingredients into a smooth texture and apply it onto your dry scalp & roots, working through to ends of the hair. Leave the mask for 30-60 mins before shampooing and conditioning as normal.\r

2. Egg Hair Mask for Dry Hair\r

Many men, and less often women, face difficulties in hair loss, and acceptance of this problem can be quite difficult. They may have known it was coming for some time, watching the other people in your family cope with the same problem, but that does not make it easier. Fortunately, while hair loss is largely genetic, a good diet can stimulate healthy hair growth and even possibly reduce baldness. Moreover, there are a number of natural remedies for hair loss and thinning hair, so you do not have to go directly to the pharmacy for pharmaceuticals.\r
\r
Garlic and onion\r
Traditional medical price has been based on this time-tested remedy for hair regrowth. The sulfur content increases the production of collagen and helps hair grow. Both onion and garlic are Rick sulfur and can serve as a starting point to regrow hair.\r
Chop an onion finely and squeeze the juice. Apply the juice to your scalp for about 15 minutes and then wash gently.\r
\r
Coconut oil\r
The natural ingredient found in coconut oil promotes hair growth. Coconut oil is rich in essential fats, minerals and proteins needed to decrease hair loss and breakage. The content of iron and potassium help to make stronger the hair from root to tip.\r
Grate a piece of coconut and squeeze milk. Mix with a little water and then applied to any area of the scalp where the hair appears to be thinning. Leave this solution in the evening and then rinse with warm water the next morning.\r

Amla\r
This is an excellent source of vitamin C and good for both hair growth and overall health. Amla is rich in antioxidants and is available in many herbal stores.\r
Grind the amla fruit juice and capture. Add 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed equal parts lemon juice and mix well. Apply this on the scalp and leave it on until it dries. Follow this with a gentle rinse with hot water.\r

The zinc content, iron, phosphorus, iodine, selenium and sulfur eggs promote hair regrowth. Eggs are valuable as a strategy for hair loss and to promote regrowth of new hair.\r
Mix one teaspoon extra virgin olive oil with white of an egg. Whisk until a paste-like consistency and the entire scalp and hair hair also apply. Rinse and wash with a mild shampoo after 20 minutes.\r
\r
Lemon essential oil and castor oil\r
This remedy works well for re-growth of lost hair and prevent new hair loss.\r
Combine 8 tablespoons of castor oil and a tablespoon of lemon essential oil in a glass bottle. Shake to promote optimum mixture. Apply this on the scalp and work in a small amount with your fingers. Massage for a total of two minutes and then allowed to stand the mixture for 15 minutes. Follow by a shampoo and rinse with cold water. Repeat daily or as often as you want. Follow this by a cool water shampoo and rinse. Repeat daily or as often as you like. Keep the unused portion away from heat and sunlight. \r

Coconut milk, avocado and lemon juice.\r
Ayurvedic medicine uses this resource to stop a receding hairline and promote new hair growth.\r
Combine half a freshly peeled 4 tablespoons avocado with coconut milk. Mix in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix or blend in a blender for 15 seconds. The mixture should be pureed and easy to massage the scalp. Leave this on for 30 minutes and then rinse. Wash with a mild shampoo.

No 1. Sudden Hair loss on the feet and toes\r
What this might mean is you have Serious circulation problems\r
You may think not having hair on your toes is a good thing especially during sandal season, but having hair on your toes is ually a good thing. \r
Get it checked out \r
Sudden baldness can be a sign that your feet arent getting enough blood flow to sustain hair growth. Expect your doctor to check for a pulse in your feet, which is an indication that your heart may not be able to pump enough blood to your feet.\r
2. You feel Frequent foot cramping\r
What this may mean is your suffering from either Dehydration or nutritional deficiencies\r
Randomly occurring cramps are extremely common in the feet so dont get too worried. They can be as serious as circulation and nerve issues, or as harmless as a nutritional deficiency.\r
If youre exercising, be sure to drink plenty of water, since dehydration often leads to muscle cramping. You might also try upping your intake of potassium, magnesium, and calcium (with your doctors go-ahead, of course), since their deficiencies make cramps more common. \r
Or you may like to try For relief, soaking your feet in a warm foot bath and stretching your toes toward your nose, not pointing down.\r
If the cramps dont let up, see your doctor who can test for circulation issues or nerve damage.\r
3. A sore that wont heal\r
What this may mean – well its probably a sore thats taking time to heal but it could also mean Diabetes or skin cancer\r
Stubborn sores are red flags for diabetes. \r
Uncontrolled glucose levels in the blood can lead to nerve damage all the way down to your feet, which means any cuts, sores, or scrapes can come and go without you ever feeling it. If infection sets in you could be in trouble.\r
A non-healing wound can also be a sign of skin cancer. Melanoma can pop up anywhere on your body—even in between your toes—so be sure to include your feet in your regular skin checks. (Brush up on your mole-detecting skills here.)\r

Hypothyroidism is the most common cause of feet that just cant get warm. And if youre over 40, you could be living with a sluggish thyroid without even knowing it. \r
Unfortunately, cold feet are the least of your problems—hypothyroidism can also cause hair loss, fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and depression. Get your feet feeling toasty again by heading to your doctor for a simple blood test, and youll start warming up shortly after starting the daily medication.\r

7. Heel pain especially in the morning\r
What it might mean: Plantar fasciitis\r
You cant mistake it—that sharp pain in the bottom of the heel when you get out of bed or stand up from a chair. Its a strain of the ligament that supports the arch of the foot.\r
whether you did it by wearing too-tight shoes, walking in flip-flops, or wearing worn-out workout trainers, the longer you let it go, the longer it takes to heal. \r
Your podiatrist will probably tell you to ease up on walking at first, rethink your footwear, and adopt a good stretching routine.\r
8. Flaky, itchy, or peeling skin\r
What this may mean: a Fungal infection\r
Even if youre never donned an athletic jersey in your life, you could still be walking around with athletes foot—which is basically a fungal infection. \r
It causes itchiness and peeling, and can be treated by applying anti-fungal cream and keeping your feet as cool and dry as possible during the day.

Many bugs give us reason for pause, including spiders, chiggers, bees and lice. But few get under our skin -- quite literally -- like the tick. If you enjoy the outdoors, be careful of ticks they can attach as you brush past grass and plants. Ticks dont always carry diseases, and most bites are not serious. But they can carry diseases including Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever.\r

Tick Bites\r
Once a tick latches onto skin, it often moves to the warm, moist armpits and groin -- feeding on blood and passing on any disease it carries. A tick bite can also trigger an allergic reion. If you have a tick, it is important to remove it properly. To prevent tick bites, keep your arms, legs, and head covered when outdoors. Use tick repellant with DEET on skin or clothing, or products with permethrin on clothing. Check for ticks after spending time in grassy or wooded areas.\r

Lyme Disease\r
In the U.S., the Western black–legged tick and the deer tick can carry Lyme disease beria. Infected ticks usually dont spread the disease until theyve been attached for at least 36 hours. The first sign of infection is often a circular skin rash. Early symptoms may also include fever, headache, and fatigue. Untreated Lyme disease may spread to other parts of the body, including the muscles, joints, heart, and nervous system. Most cases of Lyme disease can be treated successfully with antibiotics.\r

Black Widow Spiders: Venomous!\r
Wood piles and tree stumps -- thats where venomous female black widows hide. She is long-legged and glossy black, with a distinctive orange, red, or yellow hourglass shape on her underside. These spiders are roughly 1/3 inch wide and 1.5 inches long, counting their long legs.\r

Black Widow Spider Bites\r
Black widow spider bites may cause stabbing pain in the bite area, but they can also be painless. Look for one or two red fang marks, redness, tenderness, and a nodule at the bite site. Severe muscle cramps, nausea, vomiting, seizure, and a rise in blood pressure may follow soon after. Get medical care immediately. Anti-venom medicine is available. If possible, bring the spider with you for positive identification.\r

Brown Recluse Spiders Can Have a Nasty Bite\r
Hiding in attics and closets -- in Midwestern and Southern states -- thats where youll find brown recluse spiders. The spiders range in color from yellowish-tan to dark brown, with darker legs. Their venom is toxic, and their bite can sometimes cause serious wounds and infection. Yet you may not even feel their bite until later.\r

When the brown recluse bites, it is often painless -- then skin may redden, turn white, blister, and becomes painful. Sometimes an ulcer forms. These bites can be deadly in extremely rare cases. Get medical care if you have been bitten by a spider. If you can, bring the spider with you for positive identification.\r

Head Lice: Itchy!\r
In hair -- thats where youll find lice. They like to hide in the neck area of the scalp and behind the ears. If you have lice, you likely got it from sharing a hat, brush, or other item with a person who has lice. Lice are itchy, but scratching can lead to infection. In severe cases, hair may fall out.\r

Head Lice Remedies\r
To kill lice and their eggs (called nits), use lotions, creams, or shampoos from the drug store or prescribed by your doctor which are designed specifically for lice. Wash clothing, bedding, and brushes in hot water and dry in a hot dryer of dry clean to prevent the spread of lice. Check all household members, and treat everyone who has nits or lice. \r

Fleas: Not for Pets Only\r
Fleas are small, wingless, agile insects that live off the blood of their host -- and they dont just bite pets. They dine on people, too.\r

Flea Bites\r
Some people are very sensitive to flea bites -- but scratching can cause a wound or infection. The best solution is to get rid of fleas on pets and in your home. Keep pets out of your bed and be sure to vacuum rugs daily. Spray insecticides according to directions on infested areas. Consider using a veterinary approved insecticide on your pet.\r

When certain types of bees sting, they lose their stinger and die. But a wasp, hornet, or yellow jacket can inflict multiple stings because it does not lose the stinger. These stings can cause serious reions in people who are allergic to them.

Ballistic Gel Crushed By Hydraulic Press And Exploded By Bomb

In this video I crush ballistic gel with my hydraulic press. First to test out the ballistic gel, I blow it up with a homemade dry ice bomb. Before I crush it with the hydraulic press I put a block of the ballistic gel on top of a dry ice bomb. As soon as I set the dry ice bomb I run and wait for it to explode! The explosion is huge! However, it ually doesnt make any huge cuts or gashes to the ballistic gel. If the gel were wrapped around the bomb it for sure would have destroyed it. Then I crush another block in the hydraulic press. It ually holds up quite well in the hydraulic press, much longer than I thought it would. After it breaks it splits into tiny pieces that is really satisfying to watch.\r
