Volvo V40 (2012). Sistema Detección de Peatones

Pedestrian Detection with full auto brake is a technology that can detect if a pedestrian steps out into the road in front of the car. In an emergency situation the driver first receives an audible warning combined with a flashing light in the windscreen's head-up display. If the driver fails to react to the warning and a collision is imminent, full braking power is automatically applied. The technology can avoid a collision with a pedestrian at speeds up to 35 km/h if the driver does not react in time. At higher speeds, the focus is on reducing the car's speed as much as possible prior to impact.

Este nuevo motor biturbo de ocho cilindros en V y cuatro litros de cilindrada presenta una evolución bastante conservadora para los S6 y S7, ya que la misma base mecánica se utiliza en el Audi S8 con 100 cv más: 520 cv. De serie va asociado al cambio de marchas S Tronic de siete velocidades y al sistema de tracción integral Quattro, pero lo más destacable es su sistema “cylinder on demand”, el cual desconecta cuatro de los ocho cilindros cuando no se requieren altas dosis de potencia, logrando así rebajar los consumos notablemente. De hecho, respecto a los S6 de la anterior generación, los consumos descienden en torno a un 25%.
Entre su equipamiento de serie podemos destacar la suspensión neumática adaptativa de especificaciones deportivas, así como el sistema “drive select” que permite variar diferentes parámetros para escoger una puesta a punto del coche a gusto del conductor. Igualmente se incluyen como dotación estándar los faros delanteros de xenón con luces diurnas de leds y los pilotos traseros con leds. Como opciones más reseñables podemos citar los discos de freno cerámicos reforzados con fibra de carbono, el sistema de proyección de datos en el parabrisas Head Up Display o el sistema de visión nocturna entre otras cosas.

Development

A photo of a model labeled F-60 was posted on the Internet in September 2011.[10] In June 2012, photos and camera video clips started to emerge on internet about a heavily overwrapped possible F-60 prototype being road-transferred on a highway, earning the nickname "the zongzi plane" (粽子机) among Chinese netizens, though some suspect it of merely being a L-15 trainer aircraft.[11] Pictures of a possibly fully assembled aircraft parking on an airfield emerged on September 15–16, 2012. The F-60 is reported to be the export version, where the J-31 would be the domestic Chinese version of the same fighter Chinese aviation expert Xu Yongling has called the J-31 an export-oriented low-end latest generation warplane.

Flight testing

The prototype conducted a high-speed taxiing test and briefly became airborne. On 31 October 2012, prototype No. 31001 conducted the model's maiden flight., It was accompanied by two J-11 fighters in a ten-minute test flight with its landing gear lowered.

With the maiden test flight of the prototype No.31001 on October 31, 2012, China became the second nation after the 1991 Advanced Tactical Fighter fly off, to have two stealth fighter designs in field-testing at the same time,The aircraft has continued a limited test program, with footage emerging of further flights which took place in February 2013.

Public unveiling

A 1/4 scale model of the J-31 was shown at the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition 2012, hinting at a desire to offer the aircraft for export, as an alternative for those countries that cannot purchase the F-35.

The J-31 airframe was publicly unveiled on November 12, 2014 at Zhuhai Airshow.[22][23] In TV broadcast of the unveiling, AVIC chairman Lin Zuoming claimed that funding for the aircraft came entirely from the company, with no input from military

As typical in flight displays of fighter jets, afterburners were engaged throughout the maneuvers. Nevertheless, Western media claimed it to be evidence of aerodynamic inefficiencies, concluding that the aircraft "bleeds a lot of energy and the pilot had a hard time keeping the nose up." Flights were done when the jet was "clean," so results would be worse when fitted with a combat loadout. However, a large-scale model of the FC-31 on display did show some detail changes of configuration compared to the flying prototype.

At the 2015 Dubai Airshow, AVIC released more details regarding the aircraft's capabilities. The company revealed it is still looking for a partner in the aircraft project, and is actively marketing the aircraft to People's Liberation Army Air Force. AVIC's plan is to have a production model first flight by 2019.

Due to mixed reports from China, it is unknown as to whether the J-31 will be inducted as a naval fighter, or only intended for foreign customers. In one interview with China's state media, the J-31's chief designer Sun Cong expressed his hope that the aircraft would follow his J-15 onto China's aircraft carriers.However, officials from AVIC only said that the aircraft was intended for export as a competitor to the F-35

Pakistan is reportedly interest in acquiring 30 to 40 of these aircraft. While the J-31 has been touted as a rival to the American F-35 in the export market, it remains to be seen how successful this will be. With the exception of Pakistan, China does not share the same kind of strategic relationships that the U.S. does—countries that are both willing and can afford to purchase the aircraft

New scaled models displayed at the Zhuhai Airshow revealed several planned differences from the 31001 flying prototype. The differences include a stealthier cockpit, a next-generation helmet mounted sight, holographic cockpit displays, EOTS, aerodynamic revisions and more powerful engines.

Leaking a leaking VTEC gasket or clogged/malfunctioning VTEC uator are a common problem on older Hondas. The VTEC solenoid mounts to the engine head, and allows the flow of oil into small passages that change the camshaft profiles, causing the engine to perform faster.\r

This is not to be confused with the VTC solenoid, which advances or retards the variable valve timing gear to change engine timing. A video on VTC solenoid replacement can be found here:\r

If your Honda is leaking oil down the passenger side of the engine, the most probable cause is a leaking VTEC solenoid. Oil will drip from the top, down over the oil filter and the side of the drain pan, and in some cases onto the subframe. Significant oil loss can be observed, along with a P1259 VTEC malfunction code.\r
\r
This tutorial demonstrates how to replace the VTEC solenoid and gasket. The gasket itself has a strainer that can sometimes get clogged. This procedure will be applicable to the Acura TSX, Honda Accord, Honda CR-V and Element.\r
\r
Three 10mm bolts secure the VTEC solenoid to the back of the engine, toward the firewall. It can be accessed from both the top or bottom of the engine. Have a catch pan ready to drain access oil once the bolts are removed. The oil pressure switch is also part of the solenoid assembly.\r
\r
Clean the mating surfaces thoroughly, before reinstalling the gasket dry. Torque the three 10mm bolts to 104 in-lb. Top off the engine oil and start the vehicle. Once the engine is warm, check for leaks.

Volkswagen Touareg - Innovision Cockpit, video explicativo

Diseño One-Screen. En el Touareg de tercera generación, el “Innovision Cockpit” celebra su estreno mundial. La mayor parte de los pulsadores están integrados en la pantalla de 15,0 pulgadas (1.920 x 1.020 píxeles) curvada hacia el conductor del sistema de infotainment de gama alta «Discover Premium». Entre ellos se encuentran el control del sistema de aire acondicionado de 2 zonas (o del sistema de aire acondicionado de 4 zonas opcional), el accionamiento de la calefacción y la ventilación del asiento, así como la función de masaje.

En cambio, se eligió conscientemente una solución analógica para los interruptores que se utilizan con mucha frecuencia y de manera intuitiva, tales como la regulación del volumen (como alternativa, el volumen también se puede modificar mediante la función táctil en la pantalla del sistema de infotainment).

En el lado del conductor, la pantalla cubierta de vidrio del Discover Premium conecta visualmente con el cuadro de instrumentos digital con su propia cubierta de vidrio: los cuadros digitales de 12,0 pulgadas de alta resolución (1.920 x 720 píxeles) del Touareg.

Las dos pantallas forman, en un denominado diseño One-Screen, un entorno digital continuo en un eje visual y de uso. Mazda 3 Hatchback a prueba - CarManía (2019)

Renovar un segmento o intentar ser pionero en algo siempre es un tema complicado. Pero lograr desde el lanzamiento ser el rival odiado, al que le tienen miedo y lograr ser rápidamente un referente sólo lo podía hacer un auto con calidad interior, diseño y distinción.

Mazda 3 logró desde su presentación sorprender a propios y extraños, en base a un diseño exterior sin igual, con colores interesantes, líneas tenues pero que dan volumen al cuerpo del auto. Sin duda logra dar una imagen de deportividad y de movimiento aún estando parado.

Exterior

Es un auto que tiene una gran parrilla con un marco negro, nuevo grupo óptico que le da mas importancia a su nuevo estilo, un gran cofre que le da personalidad y lo hace ver muy largo. Los costados tienen unas líneas tenues que le dan un movimiento natural a la cadera del auto y junto con su poste C tan grande le dan una imagen de un shooting brake muy interesante y diferente.


Interior

El interior, es donde ha mejorado de gran manera, la atención a los materiales se nota más en esta entrega. Las costuras de los asientos y tablero le dan una imagen mucho más cercana a un auto premium. La verdad es que esta atmósfera de mejores acabados y experiencia es uno de los pasos importantes para la marca, que pretende acercarnos a un mundo de lujo a su estilo, de mejores interiores, prestaciones y sensaciones sin igual.

Nueva pantalla flotante de 8”, clúster digital, head up display mejorado, sistemas de seguridad y otros temas son los que intentan catapultar al Mazda 3 para lograr ser el mejor del segmento y lo que sigue.

En seguridad 7 bolsas de aire, sensor de tráfico cruzado, monitor de punto ciego, presión de llantas, control de tracción, entre otros son los sistemas que tiene de base este nuevo Mazda y que logran dar una atmósfera de mayor tranquilidad al interior.

El motor es el 2.5 litros SKYACTIV-G que entrega 186 HP @ 6,000 RPM con un torque de 186 lb·pie @ 4,000 RPM acoplado a una transmisión SKYACTIV-G de 6 relaciones y promete un consumo combinado de 15.2 Km/l. Es un auto de capacidades muy decentes, el 0 – 100 Km/h lo hace aproximadamente en 8 segundos, lo que entendiendo el tipo de auto es un buen valor.

En tema de manejo se siente un auto más refinado, mucho más agradable al interior y con un exterior impactante. La adhesión de tecnología y mejoramiento de diseño le dan un arma casi mortal para convencer sin mucho esfuerzo. Los precios me parecen justos para lo que ofrece y si eres alguien que agradece un mejor diseño, mejor interior y una sensación completamente diferente, este Mazda 3 es para ti.

KIA Soul a prueba - CarManía (2020)

El segmento de mini SUV sigue creciendo y las ofertas mejoran y van desde lo básico a muy equipadas, KIA intentó lograr encontrar un balance y presentar un nuevo Soul en su tercera generación para terminar de encantar a los que buscan en este nicho y que se queden con KIA como primera opción.

Se presenta ya como modelo 2020, algo muy adelantado, pero que le ha servido a la marca también para ganar mucho más dentro del mercado, ya que ofrece un auto con casi 8 meses más de uso, siendo un modelo de año posterior.

Exterior

El frente, desde mi perspectiva, luce increíble, futurista, jovial, divertido e interesante. Una nueva fascia, parrilla, grupo óptico (completamente en LED) con mejor presencia y líneas de carácter que le dan una personalidad más completa e divertida. Sigue con sus líneas cuadradas pero con los remates en las fascias y calaveras en la parte trasera da mayor continuidad y diversión a los movimientos de diseño, o que lo hacen ver menos torpe y con mayor impacto visual. Esto se agradece ya que definitivamente luce más agradable e interesante a la vista. Recordemos que esta versión que yo probé, era un prototipo y algunas cosas serán un poco diferentes, porque este auto lo tuve en febrero y no fue sino hasta esta semana que se presentó este auto.


Interior

El interior mejora, tenemos más cuestiones de seguridad, una mejor pantalla de 7”, cargador inalámbrico, luces interiores de cortesía en LED configurables, volante multifunciones y un clúster de instrumentos más grande con pantalla de 4” para tener datos del auto a la mano. Se agrega un head up display para ser más segura entre otros sistemas de seguridad.

Soul 2020 podrá tener dos configuraciones de motor: El primero de ellos es un 1.6 l, a gasolina, MPI, capaz de generar 121 caballos de fuerza y 112 lb-pie de torque, ligado a una transmisión manual o automática de seis velocidades. La otra opción será un 2.0 litros, a gasolina, MPI con ciclo Atkinson, que produce 147 caballos de fuerza y 133 lb-pie de torque, en comunicación con una transmisión IVT de ocho velocidades simuladas.

Entregando un rendimiento de combustible superior a la anterior generación. El 1.6 litros consigue 15.59 km/l en ciudad; 19.3 km/l en carretera y un consumo combinado de 17.06 km/l en transmisión manual, mientras que con la automática consigue 14.12 km/l en ciudad, 19.43 km/l en carretera y 16.10 km/l combinado.

Me parece muy atinado su cambio, mejora, ofrece mas cuestiones de seguridad y tecnología, de momento la versión que yo tuve, GT Line no estará disponible, pero esperemos pronto ver ese motor Turbo y versión disponibles.
El manejo es bueno y la comodidad también, es un buen auto pensado para familias pequeñas que tiene la necesidad de espacio, comodidad y seguridad, sin duda, una opción muy buena si deciden entrar en el segmento de los mini SUV’s.

Mazda 3 Sedán a prueba - CarManía (2019)

Sabemos el revuelo que ha causado Mazda, con el reciente lanzamiento del nuevo Mazda 3, en sus dos variantes, hatchback y sedán. Pero, ¿qué tan cierto es que está logrando ser una marca que mejore en calidad y en percepción ante los ojos del cliente?

Sólo diré, que lo está logrando. El nuevo Mazda 3 sedán luce más refinado, con mejor diseño y sus interiores han mejorado contra su generación anterior. El cuidado del detalle hace de este sedán algo especial, tanto, que se percibe como algo fuera del segmento. ¿Será o llegará a ser premium? Sólo el tiempo y sus productos lo dirán, hoy puedo decir que dentro de las maras de volumen, se destaca gracias a sus productos.

Este sedán creo tiene grandes argumentos para ser un consentido del público mexicano y mundial.

Exterior

Es un auto que tiene una gran parrilla con un marco cromado, a diferencia de la versión hatchback, nuevo grupo óptico que le da importancia a su nuevo estilo, un gran cofre que le da personalidad y lo hace ver muy largo e intrigante. Los costados tienen unas líneas tenues que le dan un movimiento natural a la cadera del auto y rematan en una cajuela con un diseño y corte en la parte superior a manera de spoiler natural.

Motocross Urban Fever - Game Walkthrough (all 1-9 races)

Its a f that if you get on a motorcycle, sooner or later youre going to get hurt. That goes double when youre racing them. And that in turn is doubled again when you try to do stunts. And then we have the racing and the stunts that you see in Motocross Urban Fever and its a wonder that your avatar hasnt shattered every single bone in his body. But thats the advantage, with this game, youll be able to do all those stunts without worrying about hurting a single hair on your head.\r

Motocross Urban Fever brings you to the urban racetrack, with large ramps, buildings everywhere, litter and debris in your way, and various other obstacles and features. In this game, youll be racing against two other guys on motorbikes, who you race against depends on who you choose as your own racer. The three are Miniclip Fury (blue and gold), Flying Lizard (Green), and Flaming Skull (black and red). The choice is purely aesthetic, so you can go with whichever racer you prefer.\r

Speaking of aesthetics, lets look at the overall game. Generally, the game looks gorgeous, with a great deal of detail going into the environment. Youve got storefronts with goods displayed, graffiti on walls, street lamps shining light, barrels burning, and so on and so forth. All this comes together to produce a great urban environment.\r
\r
More than this though, youve also got the sound effects. You can hear every rev, every imp, and every turn. More than that, you can also hear the background sounds of the city, like police cars in the distance. Each time you make a jump youre treated to a comment by the announcer, though these can get repetitive at times. Of note is that these sounds can change depending on where you are. Up on the streets amongst skyscrapers? Everythings fairly normal. Go underground in a subway? You get nice reverb that youd expect from an enclosed environment.\r

But a game, no matter how good it looks or how great it sounds, isnt much unless it plays well. Each track in Motocross Urban Fever has different objectives. The first simply requires you to finish the race while the second requires you to grab 15 Miniclip Ms. Other race objectives will vary, giving you a great deal of variety in the game, enough that youre going to keep entertained throughout the entire game.\r

In addition, the races themselves are all plotted out rather well, with the sharp turns that youd expect in a big city, obstacles placed naturally and logically, and amazing jumps that send you skywards. The AI is also pretty good, and while challenging, is not impossible to beat. Newcomers to racing games will be hard-pressed to win, but theyll feel rewarded. More experienced players will still feel challenged, enough to not write the game off as being too easy to win.\r

All in all, this is a great looking game that also plays extremely well. Be sure to not miss out on Motocross Urban Fever!

In Palos Verdes, California in February of 2016, a driver of a Lexus lost control of his car and hit two cars before ending his drive on the roof of someones house. Unfortunately, the roof and the car sustained damage; however, the driver suffered minor injuries. The cause of the crash was a medical condition of the driver.\r
