Overall it worked much better then I thought it would. At a weight of 12 pounds its packs high power that at the same time is easy to control. I say that because, the trigger is not overly sensetive ie. jumpy. If you want half power for precision control on cutting smaller logs, just pull trugger part way, for the bigger stuff all the way. Gymnastics Fail - Big Mamas Epic Fall Off Beam

My cartwheel fail on balance beam during filming of our Family Gymnastics Challenge was far more epic fail than former star gymnast returns to the gym. I was so seriously sure a cartwheel on beam was going to be so easy and Id planned doing it before getting sick. But ually - its probably just as well I did it as a dismount instead - because I might not have properly considered Im twice the size I was the last time Id have tried it. Mind you, I still think youre never too old for gymnastics. #nevertöld #gymnastforever\r

Dying My Hair Red With Kool-Aid

Harro! Today I will be taking you guys with me as I dye my brown hair with Sugar Free Strawberry Kool-Aid. Hopefully this will help out anyone out there who is considering doing this. OPEN UP FOR FAQ\r

FAQ:\r
1) It didnt work!\r
- If it didnt work, either try to make the water hotter or reduce the water to kool aid ratio. Or try to leave your hair in longer.\r
\r
2) How long will it last?\r
- The color should last you a while. It fades over time but in my experience, the color never disappeared completely unless I dyed over it.\r
\r
3) Every time I wash my hair the water runs pink!\r
- This is normal. The color gets lighter and lighter the more you wash it. Too reduce fading, I suggest making a color depositing conditioner with the sugar-free kool-aid and your everyday conditioner. Just mix it together 1 part kool-aid and 2 parts conditioner to BOOST the color!\r
- Also, washing hair in cold water instead of hot will keep the pores in your hair closed, thus keeping the color in. Hot water opens the pores in your hair. \r

Baby Bathing Tips: How Often Should You Bathe A Baby? | CloudMom

Giving your newborn a bath can seem pretty scary at first, but it doesnt need to be an intimidating experience! \r
\r
OK, confession time—I didnt bathe my first born or my daughters for nearly a week after bringing them home from the hospital because I was just too intimidated and scared to try it. I usually just received help from my mother with that because I simply didnt want to even attempt it, as I had small babies (none were over 7 lbs—and my girls were in the 5 lb range!) and I didnt want to risk anything. Mommas, this is a totally normal feeling; like youll see in my sponge bath demo video, its not such a traumatic experience once you do it a few times and get used to it. Once your babys umbilical cord falls off, then you can move toward using an infant tub, which I also cover in another demo video. Youll get the hang of it!\r

What should I know about bathing a baby?\r
\r
First of all, you really dont need to worry about bathing your baby every day. In f, some doctors say that bathing your baby several times per week is more than enough. As for me, I ually did end up starting to bathe my babies daily, just because it seemed to soothe them. I also couldnt get enough of that clean baby smell—so yummy, fresh and sweet! A lot of times when my babies woke up in the morning, they would have really mucky eyes and nose, so I found that bathing them took care of that. I dealt with some serious mucky eyes issues all the time; so much in f that I ended up making a video about it to help other parents who are dealing with it. \r
\r
I always did the bath after the babys morning feeding, because my little ones would always be too hungry and would SCREAM if I even tried to bathe them first thing in the morning. I also couldnt do it at night because I was always either busy with my other kids or just too tired from the day. \r
\r
In a nutshell, I would generally feed the baby first thing in the morning, burp him or her, and then bathe the baby and dress him or her in a onesie or a side-snap T-shirt. After the bath, the baby would then be ready—or just about ready—for a morning nap. Bathing can be helpful with soothing babies, but try not to be too upset if your baby cries during his or her bath. One of my babies screamed—and I mean, SCREAMED—while their diapers were changed, and it drove me emotionally crazy. Some babies simply just dont like baths because they arent quite used to it, so they feel uncomfortable. However, your baby will probably enjoy feeling nice and clean after the bath, so you may notice some relaxation after the bath.\r
\r

My Story\r

My name is Noah and on May 18 new, I had a rare reion to a vaccine called VIVITROL and consequently spiraled into a major, agitated, suicidal depression with depersonalization. I lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks and was in full panic or near panic for 8 weeks straight mixed with the darkest most painful depression I cold have ever imagined. I immediately could not work and had to move in with my parents who along with many siblings and friends had to watch me 24/7 as I was so suicidal. I was eventually hospitalized. Getting through each day seemed truly unbearable and I knew I would surely die. I have been put on many many different SSRIs SNRIs Tricyclics, Mood stabilizers, anti psychotics, holistic meds, acupuncture and even a form of shock therapy called RTMS. I barely saw any improvement in my condition for a full year. It was decided I had treatment resistant depression and I spent nearly every moment in tears. Weeks after starting my newest round of medications (Seroquel & Nortryptaline) as a last ditch effort, I had my blood drawn for possible hormone imbalances and my Testosterone levels came back 200 ng/Dl and 150 ng/Dl. The average 25 year old male has 750 ng/Dl. With this discovery I for the first time had any type of possible explanation as to why I was not getting better and why I might be so so sick. The symptoms of such Low T are very similar to those of major depression. I started Testosterone replacement therapy soon after and have been checking in with the world and documenting my experience with treatment as well as giving my insight and perspective on various topics of mental health. I am blessed to say that I have slowly, over the last year and 10 months, been improving and becoming more stable which I never thought to be possible. My low T manifested itself in the form of Major depression, anxiety, and depersonalization/ derealization for over a year. Gaining some mental stability back is nothing short of a miracle as I was near death for what felt like forever. I do not consider myself to be totally healed yet but I am closer now then ever before and aim to use what I have been through to help or at least offer support to others in need I was able to successfully come off my Seroquel and Pamelor.\r

I work out all the time as a part of my mental health recovery!!! Weight training and all kinds of cardio rule much of my free time!

At first becoming a stay at home Mom was a tad overwhelming especially since my little baby wasnt quite used to a routine yet. It took a couple of months to establish a mommy morning routine for myself and also a baby morning routine so that I knew what to expect so I could plan out my day in an organized fashion like I like! First we get up at 6-7am and she has her morning feed, then I make breakfast and get ready for the day while Doug watches her. Being able to put on my makeup and ually take a shower without being rushed is so important for maintaining me time! Then she goes down for her first nap of the day and I clean up the house. After that we go on a walk with the stroller and thats our mommy and baby morning routine!\r

*Story Line* SPOILERS!\r
A girl named Tessa walks into school hopping to not see her current boyfriend, Chase. Tessa is glad to see that Chase is no where in sight and that maybe it is a good thing for Tessa to come into school later. Tessa soon hears a voice call out to her, its her boyfriend Chase. He walks over to Tessa and explains he was very worried about her and kisses her. Tessa is not very happy to see Chase, Chase says to Tessa that they should walk to class together and Tessa slowly says that she must use the bathroom, Tessa thought she could escape Chase this way. Chase then insists on going with Tessa and as Tessa walks to the bathroom she spots Josh. Josh, Tessa has had a crush on Josh for as long as she can remember. Tessa runs over to Josh and starts talking to him, their conversation is cut short as Chase says to Josh that Tessa needs to use the bathroom. Tessa quickly tells Chase that she would much rather walk with Josh to his locker, Chase is not very happy about this and gives Tessa her books and a quick kiss on the check then walks off. Tessa explains to Josh that she never has really liked Chase like he likes her and hasnt had the courage to break up with Chase, Josh asks Tessa how badly she really wants to break up with Chase and Tessa responds with 8.5-9 out of 10. Josh sees how desperate Tessa is so he calls out to Chase and quickly grabs Tessa and kisses her right there in front of Chase. Chase is not happy by this and breaks up with Tessa says some pretty rude things to Josh then storms off to class, also throwing Tessa into the wall. Josh helps Tessa up, then confesses his love to Tessa and asks Tessa to be his girlfriend. Tessa accepts Joshs offer by kissing him, after Tessa says hello to her new boyfriend Josh and they have a very long hug. \r

It’s important to understand before you try any of this to understand that these tricks can backfire. If you’re not sincere in wanting your ex back, don’t’ waste your time. This is a ‘covert’ operation and must be kept secret.

Get a make over

One way to guarantee your ex’s interest in you is to put on a fresh new look. This doesn’t mean that you have to invest lots of dollars in your look, but you do need to try a different style. This will tell your ex that you’ve moved on and are becoming more open to change and the excitement it can bring.

Try new colors; buy some clothes that you would not have tried before. Get a new hair style. Just change your appearance in a fresh new way. You will appear to be a brand new person with the added bonus of being familiar at the same time.

Date! Date! Date!

You’re going to be meeting new people anyway, so don’t fail to use this to your advantage. Be sure to take photos of you with your new friends and post them on social media along with bubbly and glowing reports about how much fun you’re having these days.

This will give your ex time to remember that you are a fun person to be with and, as it works out, you are a ‘high value’ partner. Others want you. Now he or she will have to try to remember why they dropped you in the first place. (The secret bonus to this covert operation is that you might just meet somebody who will make you forget about your ex entirely.)

Use social media

As we mentioned above, social media is a great place to let your ex know how very well you’re getting along in your new ‘single’ life. You and your close friends can use social media to demonstrate that you’re not just moping and pining away, but are getting out and about and are enjoying new things and people.

Unless your ex has completely blocked you out of his/her life, you can bet they will be watching – and probably secretly hoping you’re miserable. Don’t appear to be suffering, no matter what you do.

While making your ex jealous may sound manipulative, the underlying game here is to make positive changes in your life, changes that will make your ex want to be a part of the new way you are living. These pointers merely direct you toward a healthy way to get past the breakup and have a little fun along the way.

DAY 15 - Easy and fun ion song to teach the verbs SING and DANCE and PLAY as well as the sentence structure for I like. . I use pencils and pretend they are microphones, then we all walk around in a circle while singing the song and doing the ions, I normally put a bongo drum in the middle of our circle but any instrument would work. For ex: singing with the microphone, dancing around in a circle, pretend to play a music instrument like guitar, piano, drum, etc.. Then when we sing SO we all jump to face the middle, SING (pretend to sing with microphone up to mouth) and DANCE (shake your body!) and PLAY (play the drum in the middle with the pencils). Hi! My name is Karlee Demierre but my kids know me as Teacher Karlee! Im Canadian but for the past 3 years I have been living in the cute tropical beach town of Trujillo, Honduras. In new, My husband and I miraculously created an English Language school in 2 weeks .which I like to refer to it as The Gongshow (Read the story on my site: ) \r

Ive now been teaching English as a Second Language full time for a year at my school and absolutely love it! I teach 2 year old kids all the way up to adults, from the very basics to beginner to intermediate. \r

This all began because I had been teaching an ESL beginners class to kids in Trujillo, Honduras for 2 years. Most ESL childrens classes have between 4 to 20 kids. well I threw myself in a classroom of 30 to 40 untamed pre-school and kindergarden kids! (just to prove my sanity. I even volunteered!!) With no curriculum, no lesson plans, no previous experience and no guidance, I was on my own diving into this fun adventure called teaching English as a Second Language! The best part was that during this adventure of mine, I discovered that teaching kids was truly my lifes passion!\r

A few years ago, I started to search online to get some ideas and I soon discovered that there wasnt much available that would keep these kids engaged, encourage them to participate in class and overall really learn English. So I started creating English language games and other English teaching materials that would engage my kids, accelerate their learning and really make learning English FUN for them! \r

My mission is that these English language games will spark participation and ignite learning in your ESL beginners class. My goal is to give you some English teaching materials that will make it easy for you to teach ESL children and make it FUN for the kids to learn English!\r

So Im setting out to share my JOY with the world and I hope these English teaching materials and other ideas I share will help bring more LAUGHTER and PARTICIPATION to your ESL childrens class and all the kids you LOVE! . keep PLAYING and LEARNING!\r
