Hey you guys thanks so much for watching this video and make sure you subscribe to my channel! Today we are making a nail polish slime! This slime is one that really gave me a headache. I think it was from all the bottles of nail polish I used. No I will say if you make this nail polish slime just remember it gives of a strong odor of nail polish and you may want to cut down on the bottles you use. However youcould use any nail polish you like to make this slime and you will have so much fun. I am thinking about doing a slime with less bottles of nail polish that many ually color your hand, but I just dont think that is the point of slime but we will see!! For now just enjoy how cool this slime was to make. \r

For all you nail polish freaks out there I may just do a holo nail polish slime that you can put on your hands now that would be super cool. I think it would be totally fun to do. I dont think I am the queen of slime, but with all these slimes that have come in to the works. Like the mask that I have made and this nail polish slime that I just made. I could be a queen of slime in the making. I think slime is so fun to make and an amazing way to connect with you guys. This slime may seem like the only make it Mondays I have done, but trust and believe they are not! Right now I just have a pretty huge obsession with making slime. I will probably move into more DIYS and HOW TOS but for now I am enjoying this nail polish slime.\r

Moreover, there are a number of natural remedies for hair loss and thinning hair, so you do not have to go directly to the pharmacy for pharmaceuticals.\r

Garlic and onion\r
Traditional medical price has been based on this time-tested remedy for hair regrowth. The sulfur content increases the production of collagen and helps hair grow. Both onion and garlic are Rick sulfur and can serve as a starting point to regrow hair.\r
Chop an onion finely and squeeze the juice. Apply the juice to your scalp for about 15 minutes and then wash gently.\r

Coconut oil\r
The natural ingredient found in coconut oil promotes hair growth. Coconut oil is rich in essential fats, minerals and proteins needed to decrease hair loss and breakage. The content of iron and potassium help to make stronger the hair from root to tip.\r
Grate a piece of coconut and squeeze milk. Mix with a little water and then applied to any area of the scalp where the hair appears to be thinning. Leave this solution in the evening and then rinse with warm water the next morning.\r

This is an excellent source of vitamin C and good for both hair growth and overall health. Amla is rich in antioxidants and is available in many herbal stores.\r
Grind the amla fruit juice and capture. Add 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed equal parts lemon juice and mix well. Apply this on the scalp and leave it on until it dries. Follow this with a gentle rinse with hot water.\r

The zinc content, iron, phosphorus, iodine, selenium and sulfur eggs promote hair regrowth. Eggs are valuable as a strategy for hair loss and to promote regrowth of new hair.\r
Mix one teaspoon extra virgin olive oil with white of an egg. Whisk until a paste-like consistency and the entire scalp and hair hair also apply. Rinse and wash with a mild shampoo after 20 minutes.\r

Lemon essential oil and castor oil\r
This remedy works well for re-growth of lost hair and prevent new hair loss.\r
Combine 8 tablespoons of castor oil and a tablespoon of lemon essential oil in a glass bottle. Shake to promote optimum mixture. Apply this on the scalp and work in a small amount with your fingers. Massage for a total of two minutes and then allowed to stand the mixture for 15 minutes. Follow by a shampoo and rinse with cold water. Repeat daily or as often as you want. Follow this by a cool water shampoo and rinse. Repeat daily or as often as you like. Keep the unused portion away from heat and sunlight. \r

Ayurvedic medicine uses this resource to stop a receding hairline and promote new hair growth.\r
Combine half a freshly peeled 4 tablespoons avocado with coconut milk. Mix in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix or blend in a blender for 15 seconds. The mixture should be pureed and easy to massage the scalp. Leave this on for 30 minutes and then rinse. My Story\r
\r
My name is Noah and on May 18 new, I had a rare reion to a vaccine called VIVITROL and consequently spiraled into a major, agitated, suicidal depression with depersonalization. I lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks and was in full panic or near panic for 8 weeks straight mixed with the darkest most painful depression I cold have ever imagined. I immediately could not work and had to move in with my parents who along with many siblings and friends had to watch me 24/7 as I was so suicidal. I was eventually hospitalized. Getting through each day seemed truly unbearable and I knew I would surely die. I have been put on many many different SSRIs SNRIs Tricyclics, Mood stabilizers, anti psychotics, holistic meds, acupuncture and even a form of shock therapy called RTMS. I barely saw any improvement in my condition for a full year. It was decided I had treatment resistant depression and I spent nearly every moment in tears. Weeks after starting my newest round of medications (Seroquel & Nortryptaline) as a last ditch effort, I had my blood drawn for possible hormone imbalances and my Testosterone levels came back 200 ng/Dl and 150 ng/Dl. The average 25 year old male has 750 ng/Dl. With this discovery I for the first time had any type of possible explanation as to why I was not getting better and why I might be so so sick. The symptoms of such Low T are very similar to those of major depression. I started Testosterone replacement therapy soon after and have been checking in with the world and documenting my experience with treatment as well as giving my insight and perspective on various topics of mental health. I am blessed to say that I have slowly, over the last year and 10 months, been improving and becoming more stable which I never thought to be possible. My low T manifested itself in the form of Major depression, anxiety, and depersonalization/ derealization for over a year. Gaining some mental stability back is nothing short of a miracle as I was near death for what felt like forever. I do not consider myself to be totally healed yet but I am closer now then ever before and aim to use what I have been through to help or at least offer support to others in need I was able to successfully come off my Seroquel and Pamelor.\r

In thisof STREET FOOD KOREA, Marie and I check out these delicious Ddeokgalbi Meatballs on the streets of Myeong-dong! Very tasty balls! LOL\r

Along the main street in the famous Myeong-dong shopping district, you can find many street food vendors selling unique, tasty, and eye-catching street foods!\r
\r
In this video, Marie and I try out some Ddeokgalbi Meatballs (떡갈비완자). Galbi is ually beef ribs. These meatballs are beef rib meat, which has been minced, and then mixed with seasonings, vegetables and then formed into a ball. Ddeok ually means rice cake. But theres no rice cake in these meatballs. The name comes from the way the balls are made, very similar in how rice balls are formed by hand into various shapes. \r

We decided to try the spicy meatballs. You can also get a non-spicy version. The meatballs are put on a skewer, and then the customer can put on various creme sauces, like ranch or dill. These sauces help to calm the spiciness, in the same way that buffalo hot wings can come with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side. \r
\r
Marie and I were very impressed with the flavor of these meatballs! They were very tasty balls! lol No kidding! Id go back and put those balls in my mouth any day. And for 3,000 Won for 5 meatballs, its a really good deal!\r

Bring your baby to the bath area and undress her completely. (TIP: If your baby cries through every bath, leave the diaper on at first. It can give her an increased sense of security in the water.)\r

Gradually slip your baby into the tub feet first, using one hand to support her neck and head. Pour cupfuls of bath water over her regularly during the bath so she doesnt get too cold.\r
\r
Use mild soap and use it sparingly (too much dries out your babys skin). Wash her with your hand or a washcloth from top to bottom, front and back. Start by washing her scalp with a wet, soapy cloth. Rinse the soap from the cloth and use it to gently clean her eyes and face. If dried mucus has collected in the corners of your babys nostrils or eyes, dab it several times to soften it before you wipe it out. As for your babys genitals, a routine washing is all thats needed.\r

Rinse your baby thoroughly with cupfuls of water, and wipe her with a clean washcloth. Then very carefully lift her out of the tub with one hand supporting her neck and head and the other hand supporting her bottom. Wrap your fingers around one thigh. (Babies are slippery when wet.) If its possible, have another adult help by receiving your baby in a dry towel.\r

Wrap your baby in a hooded towel and pat her dry. If her skin is still peeling from birth, you can apply a mild baby lotion after her bath, but this is generally dead skin that needs to come off anyway, not dry skin. Then diaper her, dress her, and give her a kiss on her sweet-smelling head.\r

First Appearance … Titanoboa made its appearance during the Paleocene epoch and was one of the first large reptiles to reclaim ecological niches that appeared after dinosaurs and marine reptiles died off at the end of the Cretaceous period. Those animals vanished after the K/T Extinction event -- or the Cretaceous-Tertiary Extinction Event -- some 65 million years ago.\r

Whats in a name? … Because of its name, its easy to imagine that Titanoboa -- or “titanic boa” behaved like todays boa constrictor .. wrapping itself around its victim, then squeezing until its prey suffocates. More likely, the big snake stayed half-submerged in water, slithering close to its unaware victim. Then it would dramatically leap and clamp its huge jaws around the windpipe of its prey. You wouldnt think of a boa constrictor hunting prey like a crocodile!\r

The Rightful King -- Gigantophis was a 33-foot long snake that weighed a thousand pounds, and was widely hailed as the king of snakes. But along slithers Titanoboa, weighing in at more than a ton and stretching more than 40 feet long! And adding insult to injury, Titanoboa showed up some 40 million years earlier.\r

Size Matters -- Titanoboa truly was titanic compared to many of todays snakes around twice as long as todays longest snakes. But todays Giant Anaconda has nothing to be ashamed about. Larger specimens have have weighed around 500 pounds and measured 25 feet head to tail. Good luck trying to get shove that into carry on luggage! \r

Fight Club … Along with a gigantic snake, it seems that South America during the early Paleocene was home to a giant snapping turtle as well. Remains of the one-ton snapping turtle Carbonemys have been located in the same area as fossils of Titanoboa. Some experts think theres a chance these two giant animals might have clashed from time to time. That would make for a great fight card … Who do you think would win?\r

Undercover -- Many of todays venomous snakes have brightly colored markings, or distinct patterns. But Titanoboa and many other reptiles in its environment had no such markings. Any noticeable color or pattern could have served to warn prey of the snakes presence … And this animal obtained its food by sneaking up on its prey.\r

NYC Snake -- Did you know a Titanoboa was ually spotted at Grand Central Station in New York City. In new the Smithsonian Institution had a 48-foot-long model of the beast installed in the busy rail terminal. A museum spokesman claimed the exhibit was there to “scare the hell out of people”. It also may have had something to do with the Smithsonian Tv special called, “Titanoboa: Monster Snake”.\r

Fossil Fory -- Since 2004, the fossils of 28 Titanoboa snakes were discovered in Cerrejon, Columbias biggest mining operation and one of the largest open pit mines in the world. Why were so many Titanoboa fossils found in this region? Its believed that warm tropical climates were a big reason for their enormous size. Snakes require warmer temperatures to charge their metabolism. Its believed that the warm climate allowed cold-blooded creatures to grow to such immense sizes.\r

Big as a Bus -- Without competition from the dinosaurs, Titanoboa was the largest predator in the world for some 10 million years. Its enormous size would make you think of something out of a horror . Where did Hannah get her tail?\r
Hannah hand makes every one of her tails herself. Thus far all of her tails are neoprene with a fiberglass monofin in the bottom. Her blue tail is painted with screen printing ink, and her sequin tails are hand sewn cartwright sequins (thousands and thousands- it takes over 6 months to make this kind of tail by hand), the fringe she uses is cut clear vinyl shelf liner. To make a tail like this yourself would cost you $500 and up.\r

Where did Linden get her tail?\r
Her tail was made by a professional Special Effects Artist out of molded platinum silicone. The SFX person who made this does not make tails for others. For a tail of this caliber the pricing falls $3,000-$10,000.\r

Can you give me a tail? Can a tailmaker give me a tail?\r
No, and it is impolite to ask that of anyone. You have to work hard and save up for a tail. In high school I worked an entire summer and dedicated all of my savings from my work to buy my first tail. I saved over 3 years for my MerBella Studios tail ($3500). Work hard and save responsibility and you too can have enough to buy a beautiful tail :) If you watch the mermaid community closely there are raffles for tails every once in a while, which gives you a -chance- to get a tail for a lower price.\r

Can you or a tailmaker give me a tail for a lower price? \r
Sometimes tailmakers have sales or promotions where they are sold for lower. Otherwise is is impolite to ask for a lower price, as tailmakers put a lot of time, effort, and expense into developing their tailmaking technique. They have many many more expenses than just the cost of the materials. Start up costs and overhead costs are often paid for out of their own pockets and can be thousands and thousands of dollars out of their own savings. There is a reason why the tails are as much as they are, so be respectful and do not ask for a discount. \r
Many ask for a silicone tail below $400. Just the cost of materials far exceeds that, so no. If you really truely want that kind of tail, be patient, work hard, and save responsibly for it. \r

Im a kid or a teenager. Can I buy a tail?\r
You have to have someone who is 18 years or older order it for you. Some parents will buy tails for birthdays, Christmas, ect bot not all will of course. You can work hard and save (baby sitting, chores, odd jobs, ual jobs, saving allowances, saving birthday/christmas/ect money) to buy your own tail. I highly advise against buying anything but a fabric tail if you are not fully grown (at least 17-23 years old) becuase you will grow out of it. Some kids and teens have grown out of tails in a matter of months. Fabric tails are cheap and stretch more and thus can be used for longer and replaced for cheaper once theyre grown out of. Are they real mermaids?\r
They are real people, and they are people who perform in wearable swimmable mermaid tails. They are not born mermaids. In the clip they show you the tails off of them and tell you they are separate tails that are worn to swim in. Any fake comments will be deleted.\r

Where can I get a tail?\r
Go to for a full list of professional tail makers. MerNetwork also have sections for discussing commercial tails, tail makers, and tailmaker reviews in the forum. I will tell you that no matter what tail maker you would like to buy from, research them and their products and look at reviews not endorsed or posted by the company FIRST. Also research the materials that they use before buying. A good place for mermaid tailmaker reviews and information on materials is MerNetwork.com.\r

Can you teach me to make a tail?\r
No, but I can tell you where to find all the information you will need to make one. MerNetwork also has the most comprehensive information on the net on making every kind of tail there is. So if youre a crafty person you have the informatin to make what ever kind of tail you want, all at your fingertips! Start at this page and check out all of the links, especially the ones at the top (Guide to materials and supplies, FAQ, Tailmaking Reference Index, Tailmaking section of the forum). You HAVE to read through the information if you want to learn how. Asking how to make one will be replied with with links to where you can read it for yourself as those questions have been answered dozens of times previously. If you look there is information on how to make every type of tail there is. \r

Where did Hannah get her tail?\r
Hannah hand makes every one of her tails herself. Thus far all of her tails are neoprene with a fiberglass monofin in the bottom. Her blue tail is painted with screen printing ink, and her sequin tails are hand sewn cartwright sequins (thousands and thousands- it takes over 6 months to make this kind of tail by hand), the fringe she uses is cut clear vinyl shelf liner. To make a tail like this yourself would cost you $500 and up.\r

Where did Linden get her tail?\r
Her tail was made by a professional Special Effects Artist out of molded platinum silicone. The SFX person who made this does not make tails for others. For a tail of this caliber the pricing falls $3,000-$10,000.\r

Can you give me a tail? Can a tailmaker give me a tail?\r
No, and it is impolite to ask that of anyone. You have to work hard and save up for a tail. In high school I worked an entire summer and dedicated all of my savings from my work to buy my first tail. I saved over 3 years for my MerBella Studios tail ($3500). Work hard and save responsibility and you too can have enough to buy a beautiful tail :) If you watch the mermaid community closely there are raffles for tails every once in a while, which gives you a -chance- to get a tail for a lower price.\r

Can you or a tailmaker give me a tail for a lower price? \r
Sometimes tailmakers have sales or promotions where they are sold for lower. Otherwise is is impolite to ask for a lower price, as tailmakers put a lot of time, effort, and expense into developing their tailmaking technique. They have many many more expenses than just the cost of the materials. Start up costs and overhead costs are often paid for out of their own pockets and can be thousands and thousands of dollars out of their own savings. There is a reason why the tails are as much as they are, so be respectful and do not ask for a discount. \r
Many ask for a silicone tail below $400. Just the cost of materials far exceeds that, so no. If you really truely want that kind of tail, be patient, work hard, and save responsibly for it. \r

Im a kid or a teenager. Can I buy a tail?\r
You have to have someone who is 18 years or older order it for you. Some parents will buy tails for birthdays, Christmas, ect bot not all will of course. You can work hard and save (baby sitting, chores, odd jobs, ual jobs, saving allowances, saving birthday/christmas/ect money) to buy your own tail. I highly advise against buying anything but a fabric tail if you are not fully grown (at least 17-23 years old) becuase you will grow out of it. Some kids and teens have grown out of tails in a matter of months. Fabric tails are cheap and stretch more and thus can be used for longer and replaced for cheaper once theyre grown out of. #16 - Crocodile Skin\r
The tribes that live in New Guinea undergo a process called crocodile scarification when a boy becomes a man. The majority of the boys body is cut in order to create patterns that resemble the skin of a crocodile. The process is very painful and can take months for the body to fully heal. \r

The members of the Himba tribe are known for covering their skin with a thick red cream made from local herbs and crushed rock. The cream is seen as attrive to other members of the tribe and it also keeps their skin safe from the blazing African sun. Himba women take a bath only once in their life, just before getting married. On bath night, they wash their hair with ash and must keep the same hairstyle for the remainder of their lives.\r

In the Hamer tribe of Ethiopia young boys prove their manhood by jumping onto the back of a bull, then jumping from the back of that bull to another bull and seeing how many he can jump across. They usually conduct this ritual in the nude. \r

If a couple wants to get married in the Banyankole tribe, the man must first sleep with the aunt of his soon-to-be bride. Another part of the tradition is that the aunt must then check to make sure her niece is a virgin. Only after both tests are passed will she give her blessing and the couple can get married. \r

Everyone in the Mauritania tribe believes that the bigger the woman, the more beautiful she is. Parents even send their daughters to “fat camps” where they are fed an average of 15,000 calories each day. Being larger in size makes you more desirable as a wife. \r

The women of the Dani tribe choose to grieve in a very peculiar way. When a family member dies, the women in the family voluntarily cut off a segment of one of their fingers. They numb it by tying the section off with a string for about half an hour, and after the cut is made, they seal the wound with fire. \r

#8 - The Most Painful Bite in the World\r
As an initiation ritual, the Satere-Mawe tribe boys gather bullet ants from the jungle nearby. After being drugged with herbs from the Medicine Man, the bullet ants, which are said to have the most painful sting in the world, are sewn into a pair of woven gloves. After the drugs wear off, the ants become angry and aggressive. In order to become men, the boys must wear these gloves in ten-minute intervals until they have endured the pain 20 different times. \r

The burial traditions of the Yanomami tribe are more than strange. When a person of this tribe dies, the body is cremated, and the ashes are mixed into a soup that is drunk by the surviving members of their family. They believe that by ingesting the remains of their loved one, their spirit will live with them forever. \r

Shiite men replicate the event by flagellating themselves with daggers to the head. \r

Mountain Bike Anatomy - 50 parts in 5 minutes
This is a mountain bike, and at the heart of any bike is its frame. Lets start with the parts of the frame. This here is the top tube, the down tube, the seat tube, the seat stay, and the chain stay. This area down here is called the bottom bracket shell. At the very front of your bike is the head tube, which houses the steerer tube. This moves smoothly thanks to a set of cups and bearings collectively known as the headset. Above that are headset spacers and the stem. The stem, which clamps on to your handlebars, is fastened to the steerer tube with a top cap and pinch bolts. On your handlebars youll find brake levers, shifters, grips, and end plugs. All this stuff up here is collectively known as the cockpit. \r
\r
Moving down is your fork, which in this case is a suspension fork. This top piece is called a crown. Some bikes are fitted with dual crown forks for added strength. The crown is what holds your stanchions, which you should try as hard as possible not to scratch. Dont hang your bike by the stanchions.\r
\r
Down here is your brake caliper, which camps down on your rotor when you squeeze your brake lever. Some calipers are mechanical, while others are hydraulic. Hydraulic brakes push fluid through a hose, while mechanical brakes pull the caliper using a cable. \r
\r
This big round thing is a wheel. If you buy a front and back wheel together, its called a wheelset. All the parts of your wheels are held together using spokes, which connect to your rim with these little guys. Theyre called nipples. Also on the rim is a valve stem which is used for pumping air into your tires. At the center of the wheel is the hub, and inside the hub are bearings. The hub rotates around an axle. On a lot of mountain bikes this takes the form of a thru axle, which can be removed or installed by hand.\r
\r
On the rear wheel a cassette hub. This has a ratcheting mechanism built into it which is made to accept a cassette. The cassette is a set of cogs which can ually be changed to your liking. The size of each cog is measured by the number of teeth it has, and these teeth are specially designed to work with a chain. Your chain is made up of individual links, with one link in particular being possible to unfasten easily. This is called a master link. \r
\r
The chain can be shifted up and down the cassette with a derailleur, which is attached to the bike via a small breakable part called a derailleur hanger. If your derailleur hanger snaps or bends, you can just get a new one. On the derailleur itself is a long spring loaded piece called the cage, which keeps tension on the chain. The chain passes through the upper pulley and lower pulley, also known as the jockey and idler respectively. \r
\r
Moving down to the bottom bracket shell, youll find your crankset, with the most visible parts being the crank arms. The crank arms are attached to the spindle, which runs through a set of bearings which are inside the bottom bracket shell. The spindle and bearings collectively are known as the bottom bracket.\r
\r
The part with all the teeth is called the chainring. Some bikes have up to 3 of these. At the end of the crank arms are pedals, which can be found in many different forms. The crankset, chain, derailleur and cassette are collectively known as your drivetrain.\r
\r
On a full suspension mountain bike youll find a variety of stuff connecting the front and rear of the bike together, known as the suspension linkage. At the heart of all this is your shock. This is usually fastened to the linkage on one side, and to your top tube or down tube on the other.\r
\r
Moving up, we have the seat, or saddle. The two words are interchangeable, but some people think its pretentious to call it a saddle. Personally I dont care what you call it as long as you dont correct other people. In any case this is most definitely not a saddle post, its a seat post, and its held on to your bike with a seat post clamp, or collar. These days a lot of seat posts can be adjusted on the fly. Those are called dropper posts.\r

So I just named well over 50 parts of a mountain bike, but all of these parts can be broken down into hundreds more.
