Strong and sturdy\r
Look nice when theyre first done\r
Nail polish sticks to them really well\r

They smell horrid\r
They grow out and look horrible without a refill\r
Some nail salons use acrylic which is ually illegal (in australia) and is prone to giving you fungus and other infections\r
Acrylic is damaging to the nail bed and when taken off you will have damaged nails underneath no matter how careful you are due to how they are put on to begin with (buffing, cuticles being cut etc)\r
They are known to yellow\r
They are usually at least 2cm thick and look ridiculous!!!!! (the worst con in my opinion)\r

You can wait longer between refills as the gel is applied thin and is less noticeable\r

Hi Guys and Gals here we have the new Trackmaster Thomas greatest moments with Annie and Clarabel, I bought this from Target near where I live and it was AU$35 (about US$38). Yes we pay allot for toys here in Australia but I often wonder why, thats the reason i buy most of my trains on ebay (I could have bought almost 2 trains on ebay for that price too), and its not because I wanted it right away because I bought it about a week ago and its just been sitting here. so Australian retailers I say .\r

This Thomas is of course the updated new version released by trackmaster and it comes with its new version Annie and Clarabel, The faces on the 3 are from the animated version of the show and s and the face on Thomas should be quite familiar to everyone by now. This new version is 5mm longer than the old version and 2mm taller, I like the proportions on the new version better than the older one and it looks more like the real life version.\r

Mechanically it is completely different from the old version, the drive unit is the flat type and the release screw for the cover is at the front. The drive unit on mine is quiet but it has a clicky sound and ran very jerkily which I found annoying seeing the price I paid for it was allot. This issue shouldnt happen any more especially since I found the 3 BMM engines to be superb quiet and smooth runners.\r
\r
In conclusion I would need another Thomas like this to see if the clicky problem is universal or just mine, but for looks I give it a 9/10 I dont like the red tab at the back. I wont give a score on the running side because this unit might be faulty and it would be biased.\r

Hello and welcome to Lego Loft. Im stacks and today weve been to the LEGO Store to buy some more Lego! Weve had another trip to the LEGO Store and weve picked up not one, not two, not three but four pick a brick cups and weve also got a build a minifigure pack and one of these pirate sets, thats our second one. In 1. So this is Pipers first cup. Ill get these pieces out, lets see what hes got. Stay on the table, please stay on the table Lego. Right, I instructed piper to get me plenty of roof slopes cause I like building roofs out of roof slopes. We only got them in 2 by 4, theres no smaller ones or corner pieces which is a bit annoying. I want more variety, come on Lego Store. Weve got them in red and black. I saw these green bricks and I like this green colour. I though Im going to build a green wall, I said Piper, get me some of them green pieces He got 4. Thats going to be a really small wall. We go some of these tail fins for planes. He got trans yellow studs and 1 by 1 trans clear plates. Lets get it in the box. Tidy up. I hope all you kids at home tidy your Lego when youre finished playing with it, that means you should never tidy it because you should never finish playing with it. You should always play with your Lego, I do. In 2. This is my selection of Lego elements. Ive got some green plates. What else? I see some yellow jumpers. I can see some big bricky bits, light blue 2 by 4 bricks. Also white orange and red. We got 1 by 4 brown brick. 2 by 2 tan and orange tiles. Plates here, 2 by 8 plate. 1 by 8 tile in red. White grate bits, theyre Gr-r-reat. Number 3. Pipers second lot of Lego. This one looks like its gonna be messy. Orange tiles again. Its going everywhere, careful! Stay put Lego. Dont roll off the table. These cylinder pieces have a mind of their own. Are you staying still? Okay, theyre staying still, lets do it. Weve got these white fence pieces. Loads of studs. And finally. This is the last pick a brick cup of the day. Its got some sticky tape, get off of my fingers. Lets open it up. Weve got some 1 by 4 white arch pieces, but thats not all. Nice selection. White doors in frames. Flowers, white, red and pink and green stems. Im obsessed with 2 by 2 by 2 light grey slopes. More tan tile and 1 by 2 purple tiles. Green bumper pieces and 2 by 1 curved slopes. And wheel pieces. Did you know That LEGO are the worlds largest manufurer of tyres, thats crazy but awesome. Got some of these windscreen (windshield) pieces for cars. weve got a crate and inside Ive put some ruby red gemstones. Green headlight bricks and trans orange cheese slopes. This is all of the pick a brick haul. That is tons of Lego, fifty pounds worth. we only got 2 minifigures even though its a 3 pack. We were very naughty and stuffed loads of extra accessories in there hoping wed get away with it. We did get away with it I dont think they wanted to complain since we spent a lot of money. A top hat, some blue plates, stuck together heads. We wanted more faces. Weve got some seagulls, blond hair. A printed piece, I dont know what it is but I like printed pieces so I got it. This cryptid has been reported along the Atlantic coast, from the US to Canada … and is said to prefer colder weather. In Algonquin folklore, the Wendigo can be perceived as either a cannibalistic monster or an evil spirit. In its spirit form, it will possess a human and transform them into an abomination. Or it can appear as a monster that displays human traits. In this version, theyre said to stand around 14 feet high, with a gaunt frame and ashy grey skin. One particular description I liked called it an enormous, animated skeleton that reeks of decay. Most accounts agree they have long tongues, sharp yellow fangs and glowing eyes. According to legend, Wendigos were originally humans that turned to cannibalism, or committed another egregiouslike murder … and that triggered their unholy transformation. \r

The word ‘Sasquatch comes from the language of the Salish (sal-ish), people indigenous to coastal British Columbia. The word means ‘wild man … and native tribes have long related stories of ape-like animals roaming through North American forests. The Spokanes (spoh-KANs) of Washington state spoke of a race of hairy giants that would arrive at night to steal people and salmon. Witnesses have described them as having a pronounced brow ridge, standing up to 11 feet tall and covered in a coat of reddish brown fur. While theyre most often portrayed as ape-like creatures, the earliest reported sightings claimed they were more bear-like in appearance. Theres a pictograph of a Sasquatch that dates back around a thousand years located near Taft California at the Painted Rock Shelter? You can see it in detail in the picture taken by Kathy Moskowitz Strain. The painting itself is about 8.5 feet tall … and depicts a creature standing upright with its arms outstretched. The left arm has white outlines … while its right arm appears to be a rusty shade of red. Two similar forms are located next to the creature, which are believed to portray a mother and child. Local indigenous people referred to the being as “Hairy Man” Did you know that sightings of such cryptids have been reported on every continent except Antarctica.

These types of snakes are ually made up of several different species. Their name is a dead giveaway for what these guys can do. Their most effective defense mechanism is the ability to spit their venom into the eyes of whatever it targets. Their aim is scary-accurate but they can only try to guess their preys movement, which can lead to a missed shot.\r

Dont be fooled. I know this looks like a worm and all but its ually a snake. This snake doesnt have any eyes, which is how it got its name, the blind snake. They mostly live underground and scavenge for different types of bugs and larvae. It is mildly venomous so make sure you do a double take and dont pick up one of these guys by mistake.\r

The Madagascar leaf-nosed snake isnt the biggest snake in the world, but it definitely is one of the most unusual looking snakes. They happen to be thought of as one of the calmest snakes and arent prone to biting unless theyre provoked or feel threatened.\r

Look at this snake. Look at how majestic it looks. It looks like someone painted it with glow in the dark paint that they use for raves. This is the type of color combinations you see on acid trips, so Im told. But the California red-sided snake isnt one to worry about since they need to “chew” their prey to deliver their venom, which isnt life- threatening to humans.\r

This snake happens to be one of the larger snakes on this list. When fully grown, the adults can come out to be around 6 ft in length and are ually non-venomous. Fun f, these guys arent this emerald color when theyre babies because when theyre born theyre either red or yellow and turn green once they reach adulthood. \r

No 1. Sudden Hair loss on the feet and toes\r
What this might mean is you have Serious circulation problems\r
You may think not having hair on your toes is a good thing especially during sandal season, but having hair on your toes is ually a good thing. \r
Get it checked out \r
Sudden baldness can be a sign that your feet arent getting enough blood flow to sustain hair growth. Expect your doctor to check for a pulse in your feet, which is an indication that your heart may not be able to pump enough blood to your feet.\r
2. You feel Frequent foot cramping\r
What this may mean is your suffering from either Dehydration or nutritional deficiencies\r
Randomly occurring cramps are extremely common in the feet so dont get too worried. They can be as serious as circulation and nerve issues, or as harmless as a nutritional deficiency.\r
If youre exercising, be sure to drink plenty of water, since dehydration often leads to muscle cramping. You might also try upping your intake of potassium, magnesium, and calcium (with your doctors go-ahead, of course), since their deficiencies make cramps more common. \r
Or you may like to try For relief, soaking your feet in a warm foot bath and stretching your toes toward your nose, not pointing down.\r

Shawarma is vastly popular across the middle-east. Chicken baked in a yoghurt marinade, rolled up in pita bread and served with tahini.\r

Ingredients - How to make Lebanese Chicken Shawarma Wrap - Delicious Spicy Chicken Shawarma\r

*My 1 tbsp Oil = 50 ml or (One Ladle = 50 ml)\r
\r
*2 whole Boneless Chicken Large Breast\r
*6-8 Pita Bread \r
*1/2 tsp Black cardamom powder\r
*2 tsp Garam Masala Powder\r
*1 tsp Black pepper powder\r
*2 tbsp Minced garlic or finely chopped Garlic\r
*2 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd\r
*3 tsp Olive oil or Vegetable Oil\r
*1 tsp Red chilli powder\r
*2 tbsp Malt vinegar, Apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar\r
*3 tbsp Lemon Juice\r
*Salt to Taste\r
*2 Cup Shredded Cabbage\r
*1 Fresh parsley Sprigs (Optional)\r
*1/2 cup chopped cucumber\r
*1/2 cup chopped Beetroot\r

Okay, so technically this recipe should ually be called Shawarma-Style Chicken. True shawarma is cooked with stacked, spice-marinated meats lamb, turkey, chicken, beef, or a mix of meats on a vertical spit. \r

The shawarma turns and cooks on the spit for hours and hours, basted in fat and its own juices. Fat = flavor = tasty, amazing shawarma. Thin slices of meat are shaved from the surface and served, either on their own or tucked inside a warm flatbread, topped with tahini or garlic sauce. Shawarma is one of lifes great pleasures.\r

Ive been trying to replicate the flavor of shawarma at home for months, playing with different spice combinations and cooking methods. At first I tried buying premade shawarma spice blends from the Middle Eastern markets, but none of them made my mouth happy. I needed more spice, more flavor, more oomph. So I began to experiment. Then finally, last week, I nailed it.\r

This recipe is probably as close as Ill ever come to making shawarma at home. My family says its even better than the shawarma at our local Lebanese restaurant. \r
\r
You have two choices for cooking this recipe in the oven or on the grill. To be honest both cooking methods taste great, there really isnt a big difference between the two. \r
\r
I use boneless skinless chicken meat (a combination of dark and light meat) in the recipe. Shawarma gets a lot of its flavor from the meat fat that it is basted in. Ive replaced the flavor of the skin fat with olive oil, including a final saute in olive oil prior to serving. \r
\r
It may seem strange to saute meat that has already been cooked, but youre going to have to trust me on this one. The extra saute adds a ton of flavor and really gives it a shawarma-like texture that cant be replicated in the oven or on the grill. \r
\r
If youre trying to cut down on your oil intake you dont need to do the extra saute, it will save you 2 tablespoons of olive oil… it wont taste exly like shawarma, but it will be yummy. But please, dont replace the chicken thighs with breast meat. \r
\r
This dish really needs some dark meat in it to make it taste great. You can make it with all chicken thighs, if you prefer (I ually love it that way), but dont sub all chicken breast. Pretty please.\r
