retired soldier who climbed five floors like a 'Spider-man' to save a home-alone boy in China has won millions of hearts.

Zhang Xin yesterday scaled the façade of a residential building with his bare hands to reach the two-year-old who had got stuck between window bars.

Selfless Mr Zhang has been compared to a heroic Malian immigrant who climbed five storeys to save a child in Paris less than two week ago.The dramatic rescue saw the Good Samaritan clambering from window grille to window grille in order to reach the struggling child, who was jammed at his torso.

The toddler had been left at his home unattended by his grandmother, reports said.

The saviour's action has been captured on video clips by nearby residents in the Zhijiang town of Huaihua city in Hunan province.

Mr Zhang said he was notified of the accident by onlookers. He was told a little boy had been trapped at an anti-theft grille on the fourth floor.

Kunafa is like the Middle East version of a cheese danish and also an Arabic dish, prepared for the month of Ramadan. Its base is mild, stretchy white cheese-very like fresh mozzarella or paneer-with sweet sugar-based syrup and rich topping.\r

INGREDIENTS:\r

Corn flour ½ tsp\r
Milk 100 ml\r
Sugar 1 cup\r
Water As required \r
Rose water 1 tbs\r
Raisins 10 nos\r
Cashew nuts(chopped) 10 nos\r
Almonds(chopped) 10 nos, \r
Seviya 2 cups\r
Butter 2 tsp\r
Ghee 2 tsp\r
Pistachios(finely chopped) 1 tsp\r

METHOD:\r
\r
1. Boil milk with corn flour in a pan and cook for 2-3 min so that it forms slight thick mixture.\r
\r
2. Boil sugar with little water in a pan to make like a gulab jamun syrup, at last add rose water boil it for 1 min and switch off flame.\r
\r
3. In a bowl add raisins, cashew nuts, almond, seviya, butter and slightly crush it.\r
\r
4. Add ghee and mix it.\r
\r
5. Take a baking tray and place one layer of seviya pour some cornstarch milk mixture, add second layer of seviya, pour some cornstarch milk mixture, add last layer of seviya and press it with hand.\r

6. Bake at 180 degree for 15 mins until it slightly golden in colour.\r
\r
7. Loosen edges with knife and demould into a plate.\r
\r
8. Pour sugar syrup on its top and garnish with pistachios.\r
\r
9. Now kunafa is ready to serve.

Its the new cat on the block, this strange but extremely precocious and cute breed of kitty was first recognised by the International Cat Association in 2001. These hybrids were conceived after cross breeding domestic cats with several medium-sized, large-eared wild African cats. These lovable felines are known to be extremely social and very loyal, their loyalty has even been compared to several breeds of dogs. At first becoming a stay at home Mom was a tad overwhelming especially since my little baby wasnt quite used to a routine yet. It took a couple of months to establish a mommy morning routine for myself and also a baby morning routine so that I knew what to expect so I could plan out my day in an organized fashion like I like! First we get up at 6-7am and she has her morning feed, then I make breakfast and get ready for the day while Doug watches her. Being able to put on my makeup and ually take a shower without being rushed is so important for maintaining me time! Then she goes down for her first nap of the day and I clean up the house. After that we go on a walk with the stroller and thats our mommy and baby morning routine!\r
