    Try my NO recipe casserole for an easy healthy dinner - thats packed with nutritious vegetables! You dont need a recipe to get creative in the kitchen with your healthy meals, so just have fun with it and use what you have!\r

    Casserole “Recipe\r
    Ingredients:\r
    brussels sprouts\r
    cauliflower\r
    onions\r
    pearl onions\r
    carrots\r
    butternut squash\r
    garlic cloves\r
    turkey bacon\r

    Sauce:\r
    canned pumpkin\r
    almond milk\r
    vegetable broth\r
    seasonings: salt, garlic powder, garam masala, cumin, sage\r
    carrot puree\r
    nutritional yeast\r
    \r
    Roast your veggies– toss with a little olive oil, salt & pepper, and roast at about 400-425 for 20-30 minutes.\r
    Blend your sauce and season to taste.\r
    Mix the sauce and vegetables in a large dish.\r
    Top with breadcrumbs.\r
    Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.\r
