Desde su anuncio en el ya lejano 2018, Atomic Heart se ha convertido en uno de los juegos de acción más esperados de los últimos tiempos. Ahora que al fin lo hemos podido jugar de principio a fin, ¿qué tal el resultado final? En este vídeo análisis de Atomic Heart te hablamos de uno de los títulos de acción RPG y mundo abierto más espectaculares del momento.

Conocido por muchos como el BioShock Soviético, este juego nos lleva a un mundo retrofuturista en el que la Unión Soviética ha ganado la guerra y es la fuerza dominante del planeta. Ángela Quintas: "Las actrices tienen mucho déficit de proteínas"

Madrid, 26 ene (EFE).- "Las recetas de adelgaza para siempre" (Planeta, 2018) es el título del último libro de la nutricionista Ángela Quintas (Madrid, 1972). Del anterior ("Adelgaza para siempre") vendió cuarenta mil ejemplares. Una cifra que aspira ahora a repetir gracias a las noventa recetas que incluye esta nueva obra, con la que quiere demostrar que adelgazar es fácil, siempre que se aplique el sentido común y que no es necesario recurrir a dietas milagrosas para conseguirlo. Quintas habla de este libro con EFE Radio en el programa "La hora de Luján", que presenta Luján Argüelles. A lo largo de la entrevista, Quintas insiste en que el "vino no tiene propiedades mágicas", que la gente tiene que beber agua en función de lo que necesite sus cuerpo y que cualquier dieta, para que funcione, no puede implicar que quien la sigue tenga que pasar hambre. Quintas subraya la necesidad de planificar las comidas de la semana, en volver a los mercados a comprar productos frescos y en desterrar los alimentos envasados.
