Por primera vez en un modelo Ferrari de serie, la arquitectura del 296 GTB presenta un motor turbo de 6 cilindros dispuesto en un ángulo de 120 °, acoplado a un motor eléctrico plug-in. El V6 del 296 GTB ha sido diseñado y desarrollado desde cero por los ingenieros de Maranello, y sitúa los turbocompresores en el interior de la 'V', lo que se traduce en importantes beneficios en cuanto a su compacidad, su menor centro de gravedad y su reducción de masa, todo ello redundando en altísimos niveles de potencia. De hecho, el nuevo Ferrari V6 marca un récord absoluto en un automóvil de serie en términos de potencia específica con sus 221 cv/l.
La integración con el motor eléctrico en la parte trasera incrementa la potencia máxima del 296 GTB hasta los 830 CV, lo que lo coloca en la parte superior de la categoría de sedanes deportivos de tracción trasera. Esto no solo redunda en una mayor usabilidad del automóvil en su conducción diaria, permitiéndole circular durante 25 km en modo totalmente eléctrico, sino que además garantiza la máxima diversión al volante, gracias a la inmediata y constante respuesta del pedal al acelerar.

The general impression of the model – positive but there are both pros and cons.\r
Pros: nice slipper work, good suspension articulation, wheels prically don`t touch the body. For the crawler it`s got impressive speed, excellent tires, the stock battery is enough for 2 hours 30 minutes. Servo after numerous dives into the water was OK. Punisher Shaft effect is weak. Also one of the advantages is the f that during 4-hour-driving nothing was broken!\r

Cons: very weak servo, it`s possible to turn around on a flat surface. The second disadvantage is that the model doesn`t move smoothly, very weak torque and low-speed driveability. I think that the problem is in the motor, if you change it to a high-torque eg. 55 Turn it will be smooth enough, but it will lose speed. The ideal choice is,of course, the brushless system. You`ll get the good speed, smoothness and the excellent torque.\r

What could it be improved: remove both bumpers and remove foams out wheels.\r
To sum up, as the crawler I didn`t like it at all but it`s perfect for mud or just for having fun! To buy it or not it`s up to you!\r

Общее впечатление от модели — положительные, есть как плюсы так и минусы.\r
Из плюсов: отличная работа слиппера, хорошая артикуляция повески, колеса практически не цепляют кузов, высокая скорость для краулера, отличная резина, стоковой батареи хватило на 2 часа 30 минут. Серво привод после многочисленных погружений в воду остался исправен. Слабый эффект кардана. Так же к плюсам можно отнести то что за время покатушки (4 часа) ничего не сломалось!\r
Из минусов: очень слабая серво машинка колеса хорошо поворачиваются только на ровной поверхности. И второй минус, это слабая плавность хода, а так же слабая тяга на низах. Думаю что проблема в моторе, если его поменять на более тяговитый например на 55 витков то плавности будет хоть отбавляй, но при этом потеряем в скорости. Идеальный вариант это конечно сенсорная бесколлекторная система будет тяга, плавность и скорость.\r
Что можно улучшить: убрать оба бампера с мостов и убрать паралон из колес. \r
В итоге как краулер он мне не понравился совсем, а вот как гряземес или просто для покатушек по любой поверхности (кроме камней) просто отличная модель! Выбор за вами!\r
