Heres an updated foot workout and stretch video :) This one is a bit more ballet styled and includes a few more of my favorite exercises. They are gentle exercises and stretches you can do everyday to improve your foot flexibility and strength as well as prevent injury and improve your posture, balance, and health overall. Maintaining healthy fit feet is crucial to your health! Take care of your feet, they do a lot for you. like allow you to stand and walk! haha :) If youre here just to improve the look of your feet for dance, thats fine too! Nicely pointed feet will lengthen your lines! :) I will say that having good arches for dance comes easier when you have the right genes for it, but that doesnt mean you cant improve the look of your own feet. My feet would not be nearly as good if I didnt work them out and stretch them every single day. Just dont forget about them :) I have worked hard to improve my feet and have always been keen on having higher arches for ballet. Wild West Day 22 - Plants vs Zombies 2
So Day 22 of Wild West in Plants vs Zombies 2 gives us a chance to use the Almighty Winter Melon! We dont get rewarded at the end of Day 22 with the Winter Melon but its nice to be able to use it. Besides the winter melon there isnt much else to this level other than dont let the zombies eat your brains type stuff. The only catch with this level is you dont decide which plants your going to use, they are given to you instead. but thats ok because they give you a WINTER MELON!!! Enjoy.\r

I will be showing you how to wrap a stone with hemp string in this video. No glue needed. Wrapping a stone can open the door to lots of creative ideas. This is the first of a couple of videos that I have planned. In the next video I will show you several ideas that I have come up with and the different things we can wrap. even seashells. I love to use different strings also. (yarn, crochet string, hemp string and twine) I also plan to make a video to show you how I made this necklace and how I attach a wrapped gemstone. How to Change Your Name in Utah

The Utah name change for an adult as described in the State Code 42-1-1 and must comply with the sex offender statutes in Utah 77-27-21.5. The process starts by filing a petition to the county's civil court where you are a resident of at least 1 year. It is easier, if you were just married, to have your certified marriage license with the raised seal or if you were recently divorced to have your divorce decree. Typically, you will not have a court hearing in Utah but it depends on the circumstances of the name change.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a resident for at least 12 months
If just married, must have your original marriage certificate.
If just divorced, must have your divorce decree.
Filing Fee of $360.
Step 1 - First, you must submit in the mail the Department of Corrections Certification Regarding Sex Offender Registry with a self-addressed envelope so the State can run a quick sex offender background check. Upon receiving the letter back that states you, the petitioner, have a clean record you may proceed to the next step.
Step 2 - Fill-in the Petition for Name Change. Attach the form received back from the Dept. of Corrections regarding your background check, attach the Cover Sheet, have the petition notarized, and you are ready to file your petition package to the County Court Clerk's Office (See Below)
Step 3 - You will be given a court date for your hearing. The court, although very rarely, may decide that the petitioner needs to let others know of the name change and need to be notified, if this happens you will need to send This Form to the necessary parties.
Step 4 - Upon showing up for the court hearing, you will need to bring the Order Changing Name. This is the official certificate that the Judge will sign, thatauthorizes your name change.

Hey that one army I am excited to share with you gameplay with English commentary when I was skyping with Zackswipe. Whats unique about this gameplay is that we had 5 players (tankers) mining and defending save the gold and 2 players ( Zackswipe and me) attacking ( trying to take) gold box. \r

Step 3 - You will have to make your name change public by making an ad in the newspaper for once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. This is done by filling out a Georgia Notice of Name Change and submitting it to any newspaper serving your area. Most newspapers have a direct line for this.
Step 4 - 30 days after the you have completed running your ad in the newspaper, you may request a final name change decree form the court clerk. It is highly recommended that you call the court clerk because you may have to schedule a time where the Judge will be available and you must bring all your original documents as well as the Georgia Name Change Decree.

You must make sure that the first Chicken placed in the Chicken Coop is at 100% ready for harvesting, this will make all the other chickens that are placed in the coop also appear to be at 100%. Watch the video carefully; only 10 chickens are put in the coop, before collecting them. The video shows 10 chickens, you can in fact use less, the least I have used is just 3 chickens. Probability is increased by using 20 Chickens, this currently stands at 30%.

After the crap hits the fan even the smallest of things can cause much pain and or threaten your way of life. I have tested this as well as using a potato in my room when sick to pull out infections or beria from the air. With that being said, I also use it in my ear(juice) to aid my body with recovery from a infection or ache due to being hit in the ear or cut that might get infected and cause a problem. \r
Onions are known to be a cont antibiotic and antiberial.Meaning when put on an infection, they go to work on it! Its a expectorant and that is why its used when someone has a upper respiratory infection and are trying to breath better. Simply steep it and drink! I know, it taste nasty.but what do I always say? If it tastes good its most likely NOT good for us! Bitter is better and sour is power! ;) \r

Place onion juice in ear and lay on other ear for a few moments. Allow it to soak in and when you feel it has done that stand up and let the onion juice drain out of the effected ear. I normally place a cotton ball in the hurting ear to allow heat build up and prevent cold air from blowing into the ear canal. This is similar to placing a warm cloth over the hurting ear. You dont have to do this but I prefer to. DO NOT place anything in the ear if you believe you have a hole in the ear drum, seek your Doctor right away. DO NOT place any chunks from the onion in the ear, this can get lodged in the ear and cause a hole in the drum OR even other further issues. \r
NOTE: onion juice wontlike RX ear drops that evaporate. YOU MUST drain the ear after you place the juice in it and massage the area. DO NOT leave onion juice in your ear. You will feel as though the ear is full when you place the juice in it to start with, this is normal and should go away when you drain the ear. -----much like getting out of the shower or pool and shaking the water out of the ear as you normally would.\r

Ive watched tons of Lego Vending Machine videos and thats where I got the idea of the mechanism. However, it was a LOT HARDER since Im using cardboard. In Lego, all you have to do is just assemble some blocks and thats it. But when youre using cardboard, you would have to put a BIG effort for planning, measuring, cutting and make things work out.\r

Egg Curry Recipe / Egg Masala Curry Recipe is an excellent side dish for rice, roti or chapathi. This Egg gravy also goes well with biryani and pulao. In this video we will see how to make egg curry Indian Style, this is a spicy version of egg curry and it is very flavorful. The consistency of the gravy can be adjusted depending on whether it is going to served with rice or as a side for chapathi / roti. I have made this Egg curry with coconut because coconut adds thickness and richness to the recipe but it can be skipped if you dont like that taste.\r

How to Change Your Name in New York

The New York name change for an adult as described in State law Article 6 Section 60 is done by filing a petition to the county's civil court where you are a resident. It is easier, if you were just married, to have your certified marriage license with the raised seal or if you were recently divorced to have your divorce decree. Typically, you will not have a court hearing in New York but it depends on the circumstances of the name change.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a resident for at least 6 months
If just married, must have your original marriage certificate.
If just divorced, must have your divorce decree.
Step 1 - Fill-Out the New York Name Change Petition. The Petition must be notarized as well as filed with the required forms if:
You were born in New York the only additional form you need is your birth certificate with the raised seal.
You were not born in New York you will be needing not only your birth certificate with the raised seal but another legal document providing evidence of your birth in that State such as a baptismal certificate, passport, etc.
Step 2 - Make 2 copies.
Step 3 - File the Petition to the County Court Clerk's office in the County where your live. Pay the filing fee and you will be given a case number.
Step 4 - After filing your petition you will need to go to a newspaper that serves where you reside and place an ad to make your name change public notice. After filing, you will receive an affidavit that you will submit to the court.

This is a complaint that I hear somewhat frequently, especially from office workers. They feel like theres a knot under the shoulder blade that s up the longer they work, sometimes with searing pain. This can be exacerbated by manipulating loads out in front of the body (carrying, cleaning, stocking, filing).\r
\r
After years of hunting down trigger points (I dont do this as much any more, but Im glad to have that information under my belt), Ive found that the most common site that refers to under the scapula is the lateral trapezius, especially the inferior aspect. Once youve warmed up the region, you should be able to find the relevant area just medial and inferior to the spine of the scapula. Youll be working on the edge of trapezius, right where it crosses over the medial border of the scapula. Dealing with this trigger point can be tricky, as you might have to trap the squirmy edge of the muscle using your fingers. You can go broad instead and not worry so much about trapping just the right point.\r
\r
After dealing with the culprit, think globally. What other regions are yanking on this area, causing it to be ticked off? My first suspects are rotator cuff (if they all team up at the same time, they can glue the scapula out laterally), upper traps, and pecs. Iron these areas out and assign some nice chest stretches to keep this from reappearing.\r
\r
