¿Do you speak english?
Los españoles carecemos del don de lenguas. Lo confirma Eurostat, la oficina estadística de la Unión Europea (UE), que certifica como casi la mitad de los adultos españoles (46,6%) es incapaz de hablar otra lengua que la propia, frente al 36% que sí lo hace. Nos colocamos así en el furgón de cola idiomático en el viejo continente, como uno de los tres países de la UE con una proporción más alta de adultos entre 25 y 64 años que no hablan ninguna lengua extranjera. Sólo Portugal, con un 51% de negados para los idiomas, y Hungría, con un 75%, ofrecen registros peores.
