1 1 /2 cups Soy Milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)\r
1/2 cup raw cashew nuts\r
3 tbs almond meal\r
1 tbs lemon juice\r
3 tbs grape seed oil (or oil of choice)\r
2 tbs agar agar powder (mixed with 1/2 cup + 2 tbs boiling water)\r
2 tbs miso paste\r
1 tsp vegetable stock powder\r
1/2 tsp white pepper\r
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt\r

HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE\r

1. Muffins/Loaf can last in the fridge all week in an airtight container. After that, freeze. Take out the night before eating and defrost in the fridge.\r

2. We love both cold, but if you want to heat up, you can pop a slice of the loaf in a toaster/toaster oven! Or the muffins, cut in half and heat up on the stove with some coconut oil.\r
