Today I will teach you how to prepare homemade muffins for breakfast or for an evening snack with a coffee or a glass of milk.
Surely you have heard many times that muffins are hard to make, that dough does not rise, that they become hard.. and you know what?
Actually they are very easy to make!
Yes it is true that sometimes during cooking, the dough can come out the mould pans and stain the tray where they are baked, but this is very easy to avoid, you just need to use a pan for muffins so that your muffins come out perfect.
With this recipe you can prepare twenty-four muffins approximately.

To prepare these homemade muffins you will need:
4 large eggs
275 gr. (9,70 oz.) of sugar
200 ml. (6,76 fl. oz.) of milk
265 gr. (9,34 oz.) of flour
125 gr. (4,41 oz.) of refined corn flour
20 gr. (0,70 oz.) of baking powder
200 ml. (6,76 fl. oz.) of sunflower oil
Lemon zest
To prepare these homemade muffins you should follow the next steps:
-Mix the flour, the refined corn flour and the baking powder.
-Beat the eggs with the sugar.
-Add milk and lemon zest.
-Add the flour and let it rest.
-Add the oil and mix well.
-Fill the muffin moulds ¾ parts.
-Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 200 ºC (392 ºF) between 15 and 18 minutesVer video "Homemade muffins"

Kunafa is like the Middle East version of a cheese danish and also an Arabic dish, prepared for the month of Ramadan. Its base is mild, stretchy white cheese-very like fresh mozzarella or paneer-with sweet sugar-based syrup and rich topping.\r

INGREDIENTS:\r
\r
Corn flour ½ tsp\r
Milk 100 ml\r
Sugar 1 cup\r
Water As required \r
Rose water 1 tbs\r
Raisins 10 nos\r
Cashew nuts(chopped) 10 nos\r
Almonds(chopped) 10 nos, \r
Seviya 2 cups\r
Butter 2 tsp\r
Ghee 2 tsp\r
Pistachios(finely chopped) 1 tsp\r
\r
METHOD:\r
\r
1. Boil milk with corn flour in a pan and cook for 2-3 min so that it forms slight thick mixture.\r
\r
2. Boil sugar with little water in a pan to make like a gulab jamun syrup, at last add rose water boil it for 1 min and switch off flame.\r
\r
3. In a bowl add raisins, cashew nuts, almond, seviya, butter and slightly crush it.\r
\r
4. Add ghee and mix it.\r
\r
5. Take a baking tray and place one layer of seviya pour some cornstarch milk mixture, add second layer of seviya, pour some cornstarch milk mixture, add last layer of seviya and press it with hand.\r
\r
6. Bake at 180 degree for 15 mins until it slightly golden in colour.\r
\r
7. Loosen edges with knife and demould into a plate.\r
\r
8. Pour sugar syrup on its top and garnish with pistachios.\r
\r

Narco’s Couch Cake Recipe by Ashley Holt 8 oz butter 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoon vanilla 4 eggs - separated 3 cups all purpose flour 1 T baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk, room temperature Making the cake: Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 1/2 sheet pan. Ingredients For the Vanilla cake\r

¾ of a Cup of Unsalted Butter at Room Temperature\r
3 Eggs\r
1 ¾ Cup of Sugar\r
2 ½ Cups of All Purpose Flour\r
1 Cup of milk\r
2 ½ tsp of Baking Powder\r
½ tsp of Salt\r
1 ½ tsp of vanilla extr\r

Method \r

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.\r

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, add the eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.\r

Add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix it just enough to incorporate the ingredients but DO NOT over mix.\r
\r
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes \r

Let it cool completely before frosting it.\r

1 1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature\r
4 1/4 cups of Powdered Sugar\r

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla until well combined and smooth. Keep whisking until you get a smooth and creamy frosting consistency. Keep it in the refrigerator for few minutes if needed (due to warm room temperature) \r

Coliflor Empanada & Breaded Cauliflower
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
500 g of cauliflower divided into inflorescences
rinse, fill with water
1 teaspoon of salt
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of vinegar
cook to medium soft (10-15 minutes)
1 egg
1/2 cup milk (120 ml) (adjust depending on the thickness of the dough)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of dried garlic
1 tablespoon parsley or coriander (fresh)
1 cup of flour (100-120 g)
Dip the cauliflower in batter
Fry until golden brown on all sides in olive oil

5 - Gak\r
This popular form of slime courtesy of those fine chaps at Nickelodeon had kids giggling with delight over one of the oldest jokes in human history, fart noises. Created by the toy company Mattel, these strange moulding compounds had to be properly stored in their molding case in order to avoid drying out. Stretch it, mold it, snap it, bounce it, love it, squeeze for stress relief or but the gak in the dark model to make yourself a super nifty retro glow in the dark goo flavored nightlight. There are a bunch of homemade recipes online which you can easily find, so feel free to do it yourself and enjoy countless hours of fart noises and stretchy gakky features. 4 - Skip It\r
Heres one which many of us have our wrinkled fingers crossed will make a comeback. Allow me to reintroduce the Skip It! This toy attaches to your foot with a circular hoop, a little plastic twine connects this to the ball at the end, which would record the number of spins as your legs hopped to kick it around and around your legs until you got exhausted or bashed the ball clean off, which happened more often than not, my neighbor busted mine and never replaced it, makes me all sad and nostalgic just remembering kicking the plastic shell in circles for hours. This little plastic toy was great exercise but again, attention spans were fast paced in the 1990s and the skip it was soon replaced by other things, but some of us remember the good times, spent chasing our skip its around in pleasant circular patterns. \r

3 - Pogs\r
These fad toys were ultra super popular for a few months in the 90s and then as fast as they came vanished without a trace, except for a few stubborn collectors who still have a crate of these milk cap inspired creations in their basement, because many of us refuse to let the 90s die! Originally conceived from a game played with milk caps, these pieces of thick cardboard shaped like circles would have decorative designs on one side and a brand name or white space on the other. A pog board could be purchased for cheap as well as a slammer, which is a much thicker version of a pog and youre ready to do battle! Kids would decide in the beginning to play for keeps or just for fun, or not for keeps, but most of us would peer pressure until the stakes were raised to keeps. U each place your pogs on the board face down, then bounce the slammer against the board, every pog which turns up face up with the design showing would be awarded to that player and so on until all the pogs were accredited for, the person with the most at the end wins. This is another crazy 90s fad which has many of us hoping will make a comeback so we can break out those circles of power and slammers of doom! \r

After 24 hours, strain the mixture and pour the liquid into a pot. Add 2 cups of sugar into the pot and cook for about half an hour.\r
