El Gobierno justifica el fin de las Golden Visa para atajar la especulación
El Gobierno ha explicado este martes que la eliminación de las Golden Visa que permiten desde 2013 adquirir el permiso de residencia a cambio de comprar una vivienda de 500.000 euros servirán para atajar la especulación en el sector inmobiliario, ya que este tipo de transacción llegan a suponer un 7,1% del total de compraventas en Marbella o el 5,3% en Barcelona.

Autoridades españolas capturan a banda de delincuentes que pretendía comprar riñón de forma ilegal
Las autoridadesLas autoridades capturaron a una banda internacional de delincuentes, que se dedicaba especialmente a robar lujosas residencias en el país de la península ibérica. Los criminales cayeron en manos de la policía cuando pretendían comprar un riñón para trasplantárselo al hijo del jefe de la organización criminal.
Esta red de delincuentes conformada por 54 personas, entre ellas colombianos, españoles y serbios, presionó a un ciudadano marroquí para que accediera a vender su riñón por una suma cercana a los 6.500 dólares.
Aunque el donante había aceptado vender su órgano, tiempo después se arrepintió porque dudaba que le pagaran lo prometido. Por esa razón, los delincuentes lo secuestraron para ejercer presión y tortura, por lo que finalmente tuvo que aceptar ceder su riñón.
Pese a este caso, la Organización Nacional de Trasplantes, junto con la policía, afirman que esto no demuestra que en España exista mercado negro de órganos. After uploading this video I have gotten a lot of negative comments about calling my animals a collection. I wanted to make it clear that I do not consider my babies a collection. I love them with all my heart. I was just trying to explain that I am not an animal horter and I meant that its a hobby of mine to take in exotic animals and learn about all kinds of exotic animals. (From lots of research and experience) Along with those comments I also wanted to make it clear that I do not handle my pets this carelessly on a normal bases. This was my second video Ive ever made so I was still pretty nervous.\r

Keep in mind that these are all only my pets and technically thats a lot for a 20 year old full time student and part time worker. Brazilian women gaining empowerment from stigmatized dance form (C)
Rio de Janeiro, Jul 26 (EFE).- "Funk carioca," a stigmatized dance form associated with the lowest socioeconomic strata in Brazil, has become a weapon of empowerment for women in their efforts to combat discrimination and violence.
Taisa Machado, an actress, dancer and instructor of funk carioca, which originated in Rio de Janeiro and has spread to several regions of Brazil and even Argentina, has chosen "pleasure and freedom" as slogans for the classes she teaches in the bohemian Rio neighborhood of Lapa.
"Women come here and are able to tap into their sensuality. Funk is not easy, but dancing and feeling powerful become inevitable. Within that universe, I see that my white students experience that aspect of their bodies with more freedom than the women from the district I come from," she told EFE.
The social stigma attached to funk carioca is "the criminalization of poverty and a reflection of racism," the 30-year-old Machado said.

Sooryagayathri is a 9 year old kiddie who hails from Vadakara, a small town ship in Kozhikode district, Kerala, India. Her ability to replicate the musical nuances effortlessly makes her special. Her parents Sri P.V.Anilkumar who is a leading Mridangam player in Kerala and her mother Smt Divya has been supporting Soorya in her musical journey. She learns music from Sri Nishanth and Smt Anandi. Sooryagayathri is a 5th grade student in Narikkunnu U.P.School. \r

Interesting stuff about the recording:\r

* We never hired a single person for this venture!\r
* Fed up of depending others especially the so-called bureaucrats in the field, I decided to do everything myself! And have been learning each and every thing for last few years to become self-dependent!\r
* I composed and recorded it in my voice first, including Sooryas portion and sent it to her 10 days before and She learnt it listening to it! The nuances were corrected over the phone!\r
* Soorya came to Chennai from Vadakara, Kerala where she hails from, to record this stuff.\r
* In this video, I myself did the singing, playing harmonium, recording, arrangement, orchestration, mixing and video editing too! Got the help from Ganapathy sir for playing Tabla.\r
* Interestingly, the video shoot was done with my iPhone, Thanks to Apple! I purchased a 300 led light from the market! Sooryas mom Divya is now an expert in lighting and Sooryas father P V Anilkumar on the camera! After each portion of video shoot, we were transferring it on to the iMac and checking the details! I was forced to learn video editing and now can really manage the stuff!\r
* We had a blast doing the recordings and shoot. Each and every nuances were taken care, especially the syncs! \r
I was pretty particular about the simplification of the music to make it enjoyable to all the listeners. Thats why we chose Jai Ganesha as refrain!\r
* Sooryagayathri is a girl who is attachedly detached! Goddess is ing through her indeed! Love her so much! My facebook is flooded with comments and messages appreciating the 9 year old kiddie! \r
