Buttercream: 8 oz butter 3 cups powdered sugar, 10x - sifted 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream - In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream butter and sugar until very light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and salt, mix until combined and smooth. Add heavy cream and beat on high for 5 minutes.
