For a lying leg raise, outer thighs put on your ankle weights and lie down on your right side. Place your right hand under your head, so that your elbow is bent and your hand is supporting of your head. Your left hand on your wrist; right leg stretched out in the front; with a knee lock and left leg in underneath the right one with a slightly bended knee. Align your body, create balance and hold. Now lift your right leg up as far as you comfortably can and bring it back without touching the left foot (6 inches above the left foot). Do a minimum of seven lift on one leg and change sides for an effective lying leg raise, outer thighs.

In the second part of Project Restoration, I use Meguiars Super Degreaser along with some paint brushes to detail the engine bay of the Golf. I remove all of the grease under the engine bay and show you exly how I do it. \r

DISCLAIMER: If you want to do this to your car and you have a Cold Air Intake or a Short Ram Intake, cover the intake in a plastic grocery bag to protect the internals of the engine. Also, it might be a bit easier if you are working on a warm engine, so let the engine run and get hot, and then let it sit for 15 minutes before you work on it. This will help the grease loosen up and make your life a bit easier. Whatever you do, do not start cleaning your engine while it is still running. If your cars intake sucks in a bit of water, you WILL 100% kill your engine. \r

I know there are going to people that will comment and say that the engine bay isnt supposed to get wet, youre an idiot, youre going to kill your engine. Well think of this, what do you think happens to the engine bay when it rains? Do you think it stays dry? Because the bottom side of the engine where the oil pan is, isnt sealed, the engine bay will get wet all of the time. Engineers design engine bays, including all of the electrical components, to be water restistant, including all connections, so it is perfectly safe to do this to your car. \r

3rd full length-album of the Turkish doom/death metal legends FORGOTTEN


FORGOTTEN was founded in 1995 by Tolga Otabatmaz. Till 2009 they released some demos, but at that year the band decided to release their first album, so they recorded their debut album entitled “13 Martyrs”, which is released by Austrian label Noisehead Records on 17 October 2012. Six years after this release, FORGOTTEN completed their second album entitled “Of Past And Passion” and in 2019 signed to esteemed Greek label Sleaszy Rider Records for the release of it. The album released on 5 April 2019 and got enthousiastic reviews and positive feedback from the metal fans worldwide. Almost a year later covid invaded to our lifes, so the band had no much choices about live appearances and gigs. But they had a lot of time to compose and write music. Tolga and Harun released through Sleaszy Rider once again “Criminal Organizations”, the debut album of their thrash metal side-project TRENCHWAR (December 2020) and now they prepare the 2nd one Trenchwar album. Of course with Forgotten they did the best they could (having few line-up changes) for composing and producing “Returnless”, the new FORGOTTEN album, that will be released on 1st July 2022. “Returnless” has heavy and huge riffs, more fast-forward than “Of Past And Passion”, with brutal vocals as well, comprising 53 minutes of Death/Doom Metal. A complete story unfurling the ruthlessness of "time", with a concept album.

La ONU urge a evacuar a 600 heridos de Alepo

La situación es cada día más desesperada en Alepo, con centenares de heridos que no pueden ser tratados, sin apenas suministros sanitarios, sin médicos y sin comida.

Unas 600 personas heridas en los últimos bombardeos en los barrios rebeldes del este de la ciudad necesitan ser evacuadas de urgencia. Lo ha dicho el enviado especial adjunto de la ONU para Siria, que también ha urgido a que se permita la entrada urgente de ayuda humanitaria y material médico.

“La OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud) ha presentado posibles opciones para esas evacuaciones, ya que en este momento la prioridad máxima es evacuar a los heridos. Es vital que sean capaces de llevar a cabo esas evacuaciones lo antes posible”, ha declarado Ramzy Ezzeldin Ramzy, enviado especial adjunto de la ONU para Siria.

Cada día el horror supera todo lo imaginable. El miércoles, las bombas redujeron a escombros los dos principales hospitales de la zona rebelde de Alepo. Dos pacientes fallecieron y dos miembros del personal sanitario resultaron heridos. El secretario general de la ONU, Ban Ki-moon, ha calificado dichos ataques de ““crímenes de guerra”“:http://es.euronews.com/2016/09/28/ban-ki-moon-denuncia-crimenes-de-guerra-tras-el-bombardeo-de-dos-hospitales-en.

“Sólo un ginecólogo trata a las mujeres en el este de Alepo. Y sólo hay dos pediatras tratando a los niños. No hay ningún anestesista en Alepo. Sólo quedan unos 30 médicos en la ciudad”, ha explicado desde Ginebra el doctor Abdarrahman Alomar, médico y miembro de la Syrian American Medical Society.

Según los Cascos Blancos, en diez días, desde el fin del último fallido alto el fuego, ha habido un millar de víctimas civiles, entre muertos y heridos.

Bajo las bombas, sin un lugar donde esconderse, sin comida (las raciones disponibles sólo cubren las necesidades de un cuarto de la población)... más de 250.000 personas están atrapadas en el este de Alepo, 100.000 son niños.

Contra ReBirth is a 2D run and gun video game developed by M2 and published by Konami for WiiWare. It is the twelfth original installment in the Contra series. It was released in Japan on May 12, 2009, the PAL region on September 4, 2009, and North America on September 7, 2009.

Contra ReBirth retains the same sprite-based side-scrolling gameplay as the series' earlier installments. The game can be played with the standard Wii Remote, as well as with the Classic Controller or a Nintendo GameCube controller. As with most Contra games, up to two players can play simultaneously. The player initially has a choice between two different player characters: Bill Rizer, the traditional Contra hero, or Genbei Yagyu from Neo Contra. Two additional characters: Brownie (Tsugumin in the Japanese version), an android shaped like a small girl; and Plissken, a tall reptilian humanoid alien (whose name is a tribute to the Snake Plissken movie character), can also be selected once the player has completed the game on Easy (Brownie) and Normal (Plissken).

The dual weapon system from Contra III: The Alien Wars returns and the player's normal gun can now shoot in autofire once again. The power-ups in this installment consists of a Spread Shot, a Laser Gun and a Homing Gun. The traditional flamethrower, however, is missing. Playing on the Easy setting allows the player to always keep their current weapon after losing a life, a feature not available in any of the other settings, but locks the player out of the final boss stage and true ending, which usually occurs after all five main stages are completed.

PLOT: In 2633, the Neo-Salamander Force, led by their mysterious leader Chief Salamander, travel back to 1973 to take out the Contra force, when the Earth's defenses are considered by them as "primitive". They end up establishing a base on the ruins of the Shizuoka temple at the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico. Bill Rizer and Genbei Yagyu, two members of the present-day Contra team, are deployed by the Galactic President to travel back in time to stop them. With the help of Brownie or Tsugumin (a miniature gynoid similar to Browny from Contra: Hard Corps) and Plissken (a reptilian alien) the Contra warriors manage to take down the Neo Salamander Force. However, Chief Salamander is nowhere to be seen. In the true ending of the game, it is revealed Chief Salamander is actually "Plissken", who has infiltrated the Contra unit under an assumed name.
