Good Morning America Britney Spears Interview Giant Surprise From Fans

Britney Spears hit "Good Morning America" on Tuesday morning to publicize the details on her upcoming residency at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. As her appearance was wrapping up, Spears made another major announcement: The 31-year-old singer revealed that her currently untitled album will hit stores on Dec. 3.

While she has yet to give many details on the upcoming album, Spears has hinted at collaborations with producers including William Orbit, Otto Knows, will.i.am, and Naughty Boy. She also said that the album will take inspiration from all of her past records.

When asked about the project by "GMA" weatherman Sam Champion, Spears said, "I love the 'Perfume' song. It's really beautiful. It's a ballad."

Spears' forthcoming eighth studio album is expected to be led by her latest single "Work Bitch." After being leaked online this weekend, the track made its official debut on Sunday afternoon.

Nightwolf is a character in the fighting game series Mortal Kombat. Nightwolf was the first Indian character in the Mortal Kombat and was introduced in Mortal Kombat 3.

Although it was presented as a historian and as a shaman from northern Mexico and the southern United States, he does not live in the past. He is a proud and fierce warrior dedicated to the cause of good and is in contact with Raiden through visions. Shifu receives word that Shen has killed Thundering Rhino, the leader of the kung fu council protecting Gongmen City, and is plotting to destroy kung fu tradition and conquer China with his newly developed weapon, a cannon that fires weaponized fireworks. Po and the Furious Five set out to Gongmen City to stop Shen and destroy his weapon. They find the city occupied by Shens forces, with the two surviving council members Storming Ox and Croc imprisoned. The six heroes ask the council members for help to liberate the city, but the two cite their helplessness against Shens weapon and refuse. Po and the Five are discovered by the wolf boss and give chase, only to be arrested in front of Shens tower.\r

Upon being brought before Shen in his tower, Po and the Five free themselves and destroy Shens weapon. However, Po is again distred by a flashback upon seeing the same symbol as before on Shens plumage, allowing Shen to escape and destroy the tower with an arsenal of cannons. After Po and the Five escape, Tigress confronts Po over his distrion, who reluctantly explains that he remembers Shens presence on the night he was separated from his parents, and wants answers about his past from Shen. Though empathetic, Tigress tells Po to stay behind for his own safety. Despite this, Po breaks into the fory to question Shen, inadvertently foiling the Fives plan to destroy the fory. Shen claims that Pos parents abandoned him, and then blasts Po out of the fory into a river with a cannon, where he is presumed dead.\r

Po survives and is rescued by the same soothsayer, who takes him to the ruins of the nearby village where Po was born. Guided by the soothsayer to embrace his past, Po remembers that when he was an infant, his parents had sacrificed themselves to save him from Shens army, his mother hiding him in a radish crate and luring Shens forces away from him. Po attains inner peace, realizing that he has lived a happy and fulfilling life despite this early tragedy.\r

Po returns to Gongmen City to save the captive Five and prevent Shens conquest of China. A battle ensues between Shens armada, sailing in the heart of Gongmen City, and Po and the Five, joined by Shifu, who has persuaded Ox and Croc to help. Po modifies the movements used during his inner peace training to redirect Shens firework shells against his own armada, destroying it. Po then urges Shen to let go of his own past, but Shen attacks Po until Shen slashes the ropes holding up his last cannon, which falls and crushes him. Victorious, Po returns to the Valley of Peace and reunites with Mr. Ping, lovingly declaring the goose to be his father.\r

At the same time, Pos biological father, Li Shan is shown to be living in a far-off, hidden village inhabited by surviving pandas, and senses that his son is still alive.

I use pencils and pretend they are microphones, then we all walk around in a circle while singing the song and doing the ions, I normally put a bongo drum in the middle of our circle but any instrument would work. For ex: singing with the microphone, dancing around in a circle, pretend to play a music instrument like guitar, piano, drum, etc.. Then when we sing SO we all jump to face the middle, SING (pretend to sing with microphone up to mouth) and DANCE (shake your body!) and PLAY (play the drum in the middle with the pencils). This all began because I had been teaching an ESL beginners class to kids in Trujillo, Honduras for 2 years. Most ESL childrens classes have between 4 to 20 kids. well I threw myself in a classroom of 30 to 40 untamed pre-school and kindergarden kids! (just to prove my sanity. I even volunteered!!) With no curriculum, no lesson plans, no previous experience and no guidance, I was on my own diving into this fun adventure called teaching English as a Second Language! The best part was that during this adventure of mine, I discovered that teaching kids was truly my lifes passion!\r

A few years ago, I started to search online to get some ideas and I soon discovered that there wasnt much available that would keep these kids engaged, encourage them to participate in class and overall really learn English. Basic workout, aerial fabrics beginners. Back to circus training after 4 years of just teaching circus, this video is to record my progress in coming back to circus training to compare it with my future and past training a videos, acrobatics basic postures

Dance in fabrics is a circus discipline compared to calisthenics or bodyweight training, called acrobatics in fabrics, acrobatic cloth or aerial ballet in Spanish and aerial fabrics, aerial tissus, aerial silk, and aerial acrobatics in English, is a discipline of the Circus where artists perform choreography, figures and falls while hanging from a cloth.
In spite of being named in aerial dance, it is more related to the physical activity and sports like the artistic gymnastics, due to the great amount of strength and flexibility required.
The fabrics can be:
Low elasticity fabrics: Usually used for beginners who have not yet developed strength and technique to perform basic rises and postures.
Medium elasticity fabrics are the main choice of professional aerial artists and training programs.
This technique derives from the circus rope, or smooth string, which in turn is likely to come from a technique that India where yoga will perform on rope.

Strength and good training in circus and acrobatic skills will give great results in the rapid learning of these abilities.
Muscular strength:

Muscle strength is one of the physical capacities, and represents the neuromuscular ability to overcome an external or internal resistance thanks to muscle contraction, either static (isometric) or dynamic (isotonic strength).
Skeletal muscles perform two actions: contraction and relaxation. When the muscle is stimulated by a motor pulse, it contracts.

Eccentric or negative contraction: refers to the opposite of the process of concentric contraction, returning the muscles to the original point of the game.
Isometric or static: refers to the type of contraction in which the muscle develops a tension without changing its length ("iso" equal, and "meter" = unit of measurement).
