DIY Halloween Peacock Costume

Happy Halloween! I know this video is last min but better late then never right? If you are still thinking of a costume to wear to that Halloween party, Im going to show you how you can make this peacock costume from start to finish. A great way to stand out and make heads turn.\r

Skirt Materials\r
-1 1/2-2 yard of 60 fabric in taffeta\r
-2 yards of stiff tulle\r
-Sewing Pins\r
-Sewing Marking chalk\r
-1 yard of 1 elastic\r
-Scissors\r
-Sewing Machine(optional, You can Hand stitch it)\r

Headband Materials\r
-2 Wide Black headband\r
-Glue Gun\r
-Zo knife\r
-Foam Core Board\r
-1 Sequin Trim @ 1yard\r
-5 or more Peacock feathers\r
-26 10 long feathers\r
-3 feather patches\r

P.S. I added a center piece peacock feather and more sequin trim at the front of the headband. (optional)\r
