Jakarta, Jan 30 (EFE/EPA).- A city integrated with the jungle of Borneo island, where only electric vehicles will be driven, fossil fuels will not be used and energy conservation will be a priority: this is how Indonesia is projecting its new capital.
 
"We keep calling it the Wakanda of Indonesia — very green, but at the same time very futuristic," said Ardzuna Sinaga, the co-founder of design studio Urban+ and winner of the design competition held by the government to shape the new capital.

*********Arabic mehndi designs for beginners, which are very easy to draw. The main distinction between normal Indian Mehndi and Arabic Mehndi is the use of motifs inspired by their religion and culture.\r
• Arabic Mehndi Design 1\r

This design has three steps:\r

* We are going to create a flower. Draw a circle in the center and start creating equal sized petals around it. Double the outline to make it darker, all Arabic designs look best when encircled with a dark outline. \r

A yellow V-neck is the latest addition to the new shirt that the Spanish national team is set to wear in next Wednesday’s friendly game in Panama, a sneak preview of the strip that ‘La Roja’ is going to wear at the Confederation Cup next June in Brazil.

Sports brand Adidas presented said shirt at the Football Pavilion in Las Rozas, Madrid. The design, which includes a yellow V around the internationals’ necks, is an attempt to turn back the clock to the very first shirts that Spain wore in the 1920′s.

The presentation included a Video Mapping (Mapp3d Videomapping) that looked back through Spain’s successes since 2008, when ‘La Roja’ won the European Championships in Austria and Switzerland, then the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and most recently the 2012 European Championships in Poland and the Ukraine.

Terrorist attacks in Peshawar near the high security area New

At least three huge explosions were heard in the Saddar area of Peshawar, Pakistan on Monday (April 5) in what appeared to be rocket attacks. The explosions took place on Shama Chowk, where US consulate and a police station are located and it is suspected that these could have been the targets.

According to some reports, as many as five blasts were heard in quick succession followed by firing but it was unclear whether it was an exchange between terrorists and security forces.The area in the northwestern city, which is a very high security zone was cordoned off by security personnel.

Following the blasts there were reports that parts of the US consulate building had been damaged. Eye witnesses said they saw some injured taken away to ambulances, but there was no official information about any casualties. All civilians and vehicular movement was barred from the area and media kept at a safe distance.

Earlier in the day there was a suicide attack during a meeting of the Awami National Party in the Lower Dir dictrict in North West Frontier Province in which at least 25 people were feared killed and at least 100 injured.

Depending on the angle from which you spotted it, the 30 foot-wide mysterious craft appeared to be saucer-shaped. It was so large that local law enforcement had to remove roadside signage so it could pass through. But it was covered in a tightly concealed tarp, making any further examination impossible.

However, as Gizmodo points out, the craft does not technically meet the definition of UFO. For starters, even if it were an alien craft, the object was not flying. And more important, it's no longer unidentified.

Local sheriff Don Read announced that the tarp was in fact covering a flying object, but one of decidedly Earthly origins. More specifically, it was a drone aircraft manufactured by Northrop Grumman. After Read's disclosure, Northrop Grumman senior manager of public relations Brooks McKinney stepped forward to provide more details, telling Life's Little Mysteries that the "UFO" is a X-47B unmanned combat drone designed to operate from aircraft carriers. It was headed to the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland.

1999 Burger King Pokemon Toy Collection & Review\r
Back in 1999 Burger King ran an ambitious campaign of including one of 57 different Pokemon as toys in their kids meals in celebration of the first Pokemon , Mewtwo Strikes Back.. Today, were going to take a closer look at the various toys.\r
\r
The Pokemon toys were split into different categories depending on their gimmick. The charers available in the Poke Beanbag form are Oddish, Poliwhirl, Meowth, Gyarados, Snorlax, Golbat, Butterfree, and Togepi who was the only Pokemon to receive a toy that isnt from the first generation of Pokemon.\r

Three variations of a plush Pikachu were made and it was classified in its own category of talking. Each Pikachu variation said its name in a slightly different way when its stomach was squeezed. Unfortunately, mine no longer talk but I believe one said Pikachu and the other Pika-Pika-Pika. You can tell the difference in the variations by the letters on the tags. \r
\r
The next category of toys was my favorite. The Light ups. The charers available were Mew, Mewtwo, Gengar, Raichu, and Charmander. These toys have a switch on them that when turned on, lights up the toy. Its too bad these toys were designed so you cannot replace the batteries so mine no longer light up.\r
\r
The fourth category is Key Chains and there were lots of charers made in this style including Geodude, Hitmonlee, Sandshrew, Nidorino, Cubone, Vileplume, Sandslash, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Dragonite, Kangaskhan, Electabuzz, and Muk.\r
\r
The round Pokemon were converted into Rev Top toys that spin like tops. The charers in this style are Graveler, Golem, Koffing, Venonat, Tangela, Jigglypuff, Chansey, Voltorb, Clefairy, , Diglett, Magnemite, and Ditto.\r
\r
Many of the water type Pokemon received squirter toys that can spray a stream of water including: Poliwrath, Seadra, Psyduck, Poliwag, Kabuto, Tentacruel, Squirtle, Blastoise,and Shellder. Most of these toys are a soft vinyl but Blastoise and Shellder are hard plastic with a button.\r
\r
The final category of the toys is Launchers. The charers in this style are Nidoran, Arcanine, Slowpoke, Lapras, Tauros, Rhyhorn, Venusaur, Bulbasaur, and Rapidash. The launchers came in two styles with some Pokemon firing from a Pokeball and others from what looks like the cloning machine.\r
\r
All of the toys were packaged in opaque plastic so you couldnt see which Pokemon figure you received. The majority of the toys came with a regular Pokeball, but the size of the Pokeball varied. The ball splits in half and and has a clip. Instead of a Pokeball, Mew came with a Pink Orb. Mewtwo came with a tank.\r

All of the toys also came with a card featuring one of the original 151 Pokemon. Burger King also had sheets of cards that you could select instead of a toy. Each sheet comes with 9 cards and there were 20 different sheets. The cards from the sheets are a lower quality than those included in the toy packaging and if you separate the cards, youre left with the rough perforated edge.\r

6. Some of the best Inca rope bridges reside in the Apurimac Canyon on the road north from Cuzco. These bridges were modest suspension bridges over canyons to provide an entrance for the Inca Empire. The Incas used natural fibers found in local areas to build bridges. These fibers were interlaced together making a sturdy rope that is strengthened with wood creating a cable floor. Each side was attached to a pair of stone anchors on both sides of a gorge with huge cables of woven grass interconnecting these two pylons together. Bridges like this were appropriate for use since the Inca people did not use wheeled transport and traffic was limited to walkers and livestock. These bridges were an essential part of the road system and are a perfect example of their innovation. They were commonly used by Chasqui runners carrying messages throughout the Inca Empire.\r

5. This sky bridge extends around the chasm on Pulau Langkawi. The Island is the largest in the Langkawi archipelago, Malaysia. Its suspended at 687 meters above the sea level, giving magnificent views of the Andaman Sea and Thailands Tarutao Island to visitors. The outlook from the bridge is beyond magnificent. The curvature of the bridge provides several different viewpoints of the scenery. The Sky Bridge is amongst one of the most outstanding bridges in the world and can delivers quite a pump of adrenaline if you dare to cross. It is unique because the bridge is suspended by only one support column. The column is 95 yards and held up by 8 load-balancing cables. The bridge is a pedestrian bridge that spans 125 meters across a spectacular gorge. The bridge is 136 yards by 2 yards wide. The 1.8 m-wide Sky Bridge has two 3.6 m-wide platforms that provided a spectacular viewing area for visitors. When standing in front of the bridge you are at 687 meters above sea level.\r

4. This bridge is known as Puente de Ojuela by the local people in the city of Durango, Mexico. The city is well known as a ghost town because the resources of mineral ore has been exhausted. The only remaining and functional structure in the city is this suspension bridge. The original bridge was planned by the well-known Roebling brothers, who also designed the Brooklyn Bridge. At the time the bridge was constructed was the third longest suspension bridge in the world. Puente de Ojuela had to be recently rebuilt by the Peñoles Company; the original material had to be scrapped, and only the main arches are now displayed at a local center.\r

3. The Hussaini Hanging Bridge is known as the most treacherous bridge in the world. The Bridge is only one of several hazardous rope bridges located in Northern Pakistan. In 1978, the Karakoram Highway was finished, and the area was connected, but to this day, travel remains as hard as it was 100 years ago. Steady features of travel through this region include the wobbly cable and plank bridges which cross Northern Pakistans mountain streams and rivers. For the majority of the citizens the only way to travel o Rawalpindi was by walking across mountain passes. The Hussaini Hanging Bridge crosses the Borit Lake in the Upper Hunza. This rope bridge is both long and weakly maintained. Many planks are absent, and high winds can shake the bridge as travelers cross it. It does nothing to ease your nerves looking at the previous, broken bridge that hangs in pieces next to the new one.\r

2. The bridge crossing the wide Vitim River in Siberia, Russia is made of wooden planks and is in poor condition. It is wide enough for a skilled driver to drive across at 570 meters. The Vitim River Bridge is located in Russian Siberia. During most of the year, it stays brutally cold there making temperatures way below average for Northern Ontario and everything is usually covered in snow and ice making it extremely difficult for even skilled drivers to cross. This bridge is an icicle with little to no trion however locals drive across this bridge because it is often their only way across Vitim River.\r

1. Natural Bridge in Bryce Canyon is one of the most famous arches in Utah. This arch is sculpted from some of the reddest rock of the Claron Formation and poses a beautiful contrast to the stark green of the forest that peeks through the arch from the canyon below.
