La Mostra honra a Al Pacino

Venecia (Italia), 5 sep (EFE).- Al Pacino acudió al Festival de Venecia para recibir un premio que no sabía muy bien qué era y presentó fuera de competición un trabajo que no supo si calificar de documental o de película, pero su larga carrera hizo que todos le recibieran en pie y con una emocionada emoción.

Uno de los actores más respetados del cine contemporáneo, ganador de un Óscar y con otras siete nominaciones, Al Pacino se ha hecho merecedor del premio Jaeger-Le Coultre Glory to the Filmmaker 2011, un galardón que otorga la Mostra de Venecia a un artista que ha dejado una marca original en el cine contemporáneo.
