  • How to Swim Deep Without Hurting Your Ears

How do you swim to the bottom of the deep end without hurting your ears? This video is going to answer that very question. Its a relatively easy technique called Equalizing Here are some basic instructions for how to do it right. Enjoy the video and please excuse the cheesy special effects :P\r
    \r
    Methods Used:\r
    -Salvage Maneuver\r
    Pinch Your Nose and Blow\r
This is the method most divers learn: Pinch your nostrils and blow through your nose. The resulting overpressure in your throat usually forces air up your Eustachian tubes.\r
    \r
    -Toynbee Maneuver\r
    Pinch Your Nose and Swallow\r
With your nostrils pinched swallow. Swallowing pulls open your Eustachian tubes while the movement of your tongue, with your nose closed, compresses air against them.\r
    \r
    -Frenzel Maneuver\r
Pinch Your Nose and Make the Sound of the Letter “K”\r
Close your nostrils, and close the back of your throat as if straining to lift a weight. Then make the sound of the letter “K.” This forces the back of your tongue upward, compressing air against the openings of your Eustachian tubes.\r
    \r
    -Lowry Technique\r
Pinch Your Nose, Blow and Swallow\r
A combination of Valsalva and Toynbee: while closing your nostrils, blow and swallow at the same time.\r
    \r
    -Edmonds Technique\r
Pinch Your Nose and Blow and Push Your Jaw Forward\r
While tensing the soft palate (the soft tissue at the back of the roof of your mouth) and throat muscles and pushing the jaw forward and down, do a Valsalva maneuver.\r

  • 21 Strangest Snakes

Here are some of the most venomous and the biggest snake to have ever lived, youll see some pretty and pretty strange snakes!\r
    \r
    Subscribe to Talltanic \r
    \r
    14. The Spitting Cobras\r
These types of snakes are ually made up of several different species. Their name is a dead giveaway for what these guys can do. Their most effective defense mechanism is the ability to spit their venom into the eyes of whatever it targets. Their aim is scary-accurate but they can only try to guess their preys movement, which can lead to a missed shot.\r
    \r
    13. Green Vine Snake\r
This is officially the worlds most slender snake. They grow to about an average width of just 2cm thick and you can see why theyre called the ribbon snake. On top of being extremely venomous, they also happen to be one of the worlds fastest striking reptiles. \r
    \r
    12. The Blind Snake\r
Dont be fooled. I know this looks like a worm and all but its ually a snake. This snake doesnt have any eyes, which is how it got its name, the blind snake. They mostly live underground and scavenge for different types of bugs and larvae. It is mildly venomous so make sure you do a double take and dont pick up one of these guys by mistake.\r
    \r
    11. The Leaf-Nosed Snake\r
The Madagascar leaf-nosed snake isnt the biggest snake in the world, but it definitely is one of the most unusual looking snakes. They happen to be thought of as one of the calmest snakes and arent prone to biting unless theyre provoked or feel threatened.\r
    \r
    10. California Red-Sided Garter Snake\r
Look at this snake. Look at how majestic it looks. It looks like someone painted it with glow in the dark paint that they use for raves. This is the type of color combinations you see on acid trips, so Im told. But the California red-sided snake isnt one to worry about since they need to “chew” their prey to deliver their venom, which isnt life- threatening to humans.\r
    \r
    9. The Emerald Tree Boa\r
This snake happens to be one of the larger snakes on this list. When fully grown, the adults can come out to be around 6 ft in length and are ually non-venomous. Fun f, these guys arent this emerald color when theyre babies because when theyre born theyre either red or yellow and turn green once they reach adulthood. \r
    \r
    8. Eastern Blue Racer\r
This snake is not one to be taken lightly and dont get distred by its blue skin. The Blue Racer absolutely hates any type of disturbance so stay away from them or theyll chase after you. In which case I hope youre a fast runner because these guys have been known to slither up to 8-10mph! \r
    \r
    7. The Golden Flying Snake\r
The flying tree snake is a golden color and is found in South and Southeast Asia. It happens to be incredibly thin which helps it to fly. Although, it doesnt ually “fly” fly but rather it glides through the air by flinging its body from treetops.\r
    \r
    6. Burrowing Asp\r
This species of snake is found underground in parts of Africa. Their most interesting trait is their flexible and venomous fangs. When a burrowing asp gets ready to strike, it elongates its fangs from its mouth, and it can even do it when its mouth is closed \r
    \r
    5. Golden Sea Snakes\r
When sea snakes are hunting, they do it by looking for their next potential meal in small places such as cracks and crevasses. But while theyre doing this they have to manage to keep an eye out for hungry predators. Golden sea snakes have photoreceptors on their tails thatlike another set of eyes and allow them to detect light variations caused by nearby animals. \r
    \r
    4. The Reticulated Python\r
This type of python is mostly found in southeast Asia and as of right now is the largest species of snake that grows to be around 28 feet long. This snake is definitely one of the more menacing looking ones.guess whos not going to Southeast Asia??\r
    \r
    3. The Ball Python\r
The species of python happens to be the smallest and is found in the Sub-Saharan Africa. These guys are pretty much docile which is what makes them pretty popular as pets. Do people not watch the news and see other snake owners getting turned on by their snakes? I mean look at this picture, this is why you dont put these snakes together because theyll eat each other.\r
    \r
    2. Tiger Keelback\r
This species is often found in Eastern Asia. Asia has a lot of snakes…. They usually feed on poisonous frogs since theyre immune to their poison. Whats ually pretty cool is that the keelback steals the frogs poison and stores it in these special neck glands to use later on any predator that tries to eat it. \r
    \r
    1.Titanoboa\r
This species of snake is considered to be the largest snake that has ever existed on Earth. They grew to reach staggering lengths of around 40 feet

  • 10 Horrible Prehistoric Sea Monsters

There are a lot of sea animals that look like a monster and lived in Prehistoric Times. We searched some sources and we prepared a video about them. This video include information about these sea monster.\r
    \r
    10 Terrifying Prehistoric Sea Monsters:\r
Some of the largest creatures this world has ever seen lived millions of years ago. Here are ten of the largest, most fearsome sea monsters ever to prowl the oceans:\r
    \r
10-Shastasaurus: The ichthyosaurs were marine predators that looked like modern dolphins, and could reach a massive size during the Triassic period over 200 million years ago. Shastasaurus, the largest marine reptile species ever found, was a variety of ichthyosaur that could grow to over 65 feet (20m).\r
9-Dakosaurus: Dakosaurus could reach a length of 16 feet (5m). Its unique teeth have led scientists to consider it an apex predator during its reign of terror. Dakosaurus was first discovered in Germany and, with its odd reptilian-yet-fishy body, was one of the top predators in the sea during the Jurassic period.\r
8-Thalassomedon: Thalassomedon was a species of Pliosaur whose name translates from Greek to sea lord -- and for good reason. They were massive predators, reaching lengths of up to 40 feet (12m). Its flippers were nearly 7 feet (2m) long, allowing it to swim the depths with deadly efficiency.\r
7-Nothosaurus: They were armed with a mouth full of sharp, outward-pointing teeth, suggesting a diet of squid and fish.Fossil evidence suggests that they lived during the Triassic period over 200 million years ago.\r
6-Tylosaurus: Tylosaurus was a species of Mosasaur. It was enormous, reaching more than 50 feet (15m) in length. They lived during the late Cretaceous in the seas that covered North America, where they sat firmly atop the marine food chain for several million years.\r
5-Thalattoarchon Saurophagis: Only recently discovered, T. saurophagis was the size of a school bus, reaching nearly 30 feet (9m) long. It is an early species of ichthyosaur that lived during the Triassic period, 244 million years ago.\r
4-Tanystropheus: Tanystropheus was a reptile that could reach 20 feet (6m) long, and it is thought to have been alive during the Triassic period nearly 215 million years ago.\r
3-Liopleurodon: Liopleurodon was a marine reptile measuring in at more than 20 (6m) feet in length. It mostly lived in the seas that covered Europe during the Jurassic period, and it was one of the top predators around.\r
2-Mosasaurus: Fossil evidence suggests that Mosasaurus could reach as much as 50 feet (15m) in length, making it one of the largest marine predators of the Cretaceous period. \r
1-Megalodon: Megalodons prowled the depths during the Cenozoic Era, 28 -- 1.5 million years ago, and were a much bigger version of the great white shark, an apex predator of todays oceans. But while our great whites only reach a maximum length of 20 feet (6m), Megolodons could grow to 65 feet in length (20m).\r
    \r
Sea monsters are sea-dwelling mythical or legendary creatures, often believed to be of immense size. Marine monsters can take many forms, including sea dragons, sea serpents, or multi-armed beasts. They can be slimy or scaly and are often pictured threatening ships or spouting jets of water. The definition of a monster is subjective, and some sea monsters may have been based on scientifically accepted creatures such as whales and types of giant and colossal squid.\r
