Episode 16 -“Madman at Work” \r
When a crazy criminal named Reko cleverly escapes from a mental hospital he soon learns that is was Dr. Jackol who helped him escape. It seems the electronic headband and gloves Dr. Jackol created to control electronic circuits only works on deranged brains such as Rekos. Jackol promises Reko half the loot if hell use the electronic gloves to hijack an armored car full of gold. When Leena learns that Reko has escaped she reveals that he was responsible for her parents death by rewiring a traffic signal and causing a fatal accident. To make matters worse, Chikoo is in a school bus on his way home and in crazy Rekos path! When Dr. Jackol learns that Professor Gyani is in Bumpys car (along with Vehaan and Leena), he postpones the hijacking and orders Reko to get control of the school bus—and kill Gyani!

Kilvish has a dastardly plan to bring darkness to the world and orders Tick & Tock to place a cyber-soul into a radioive crystal whose light rays cause blindness. When the stone begins to grow and causes the lab technicians working with it to go blind, Professor Gyani sends Vehaan—with protective goggles—to help them while he works on a cure for their blindness. But when Vehaan transforms to Shaktimaan and tries to neutralize the blind stone his yogic power energizes it! This was Kilvishs plan all along. The blind stone grows into a towering crystal monster which breaks free and starts blinding people. Now Shaktimaan must fight the monster using his heightened sense of hearing only!
