플래티넘 옵티머스& 그림록 스페셜 set a9182 제품에 들어있는 그림록 공룡으로 정가가 11만원정도 하는데, 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 39,800원에 2개 세트를 구입을 했습니다.\r

기존에 보여드린 제품과 외관상으로는 거의 동일한데, 얼굴만 살짝 다르고, 몸통에 크롬 바디로 도금이 되어서 꽤 멋진 느낌이 드네요~\r
\r
기존의 저가에 비해서 디테일이 상당히 좋은데, 변신은 난이도가 좀 있어서 초등학교 1학년 조카가 좀 힘들어 하는데, 이제는 곧잘하기도 하네요~\r
\r
트랜스포머 시리즈들이 기존에 워리어 - 디럭스 - 보이저 - 리더 등의 클래스로 구분이 되어있는데, 로봇 인 디스가이즈에서는 워리어로 구분이 되면서 이전보다 간결한 형태와 심플함을 추구하는 제품도 있습니다.\r

옵티머스 프라임은 오토봇을 이끄는 지도자이며, 디셉티콘을 이끄는 메가트론과는 경쟁 관계를 유지하고 있다.\r
\r
분위기가 가벼울때는 냉철한 판단을 내리면서도 부하를 아끼는 아버지와 같고 심지 굳고 망설임 없는 모습을 보이지만, IDW 코믹스 등 진지하고 좀 더 고연령대를 노린 작품군에서는 자신의 선택인 주로 평화주의 노선이 옳은것인가하고 계속해서 고민하는 캐릭터가 되곤 한다.\r
\r
그외의 특징이라면 프라임이 되기전 전투 경험이 적은것으로 묘사되는게 대부분이다. G1 TV판은 노동자 출신이었고(창고지기였던듯), 실사영화판에서는 고고학자, 드림웨이브와 SG에서는 사서 출신, 프라임에서는 정보관리원 등 비전투요원이나 인문계 출신인 경우가 많다.우주 최강의 인문계 IDW의 경우 보안관 출신이긴 한데 깡패 몇명에게 둘러싸여 위기에 처하는 등 프라임이 되기전 전투 경험이 많거나 강했던 적은 없던걸로 묘사된다 유일한 예외가 애니메이티드 세계관에서 평행세계의 사악한 옵티머스. 여기서는 엘리트 가드 출신으로 등장한다.\r

메가트론과의 관계는 초기엔 그냥 원수진 상대였지만, IDW 코믹스 등에선 애증의 관계인걸로 묘사되기도 한다.\r

변신하는 대상은 보통 붉은색과 푸른색이 들어간 차량, 특히 트럭인 경우가 많다.\r

워리어 클래스 시리즈 wave2로 발매되었다. 워리어클래스 답게 간단한 변신을 하지만, 로봇의 프로포션은 준수하다. 하지만 손부분에 트럭파츠가 붙어있는 점과 크기가 작다는게 단점이다. 한국에서도 발매되어서 구매가 가능하다.\r
