Its Marvels Avengers Academy, part of the Oceaneer Club thats available for ages 3 to 12 (also open for adult tours during the ships open house period). Inside, kids step into a secret S.H.I.E.L.D. office and become Avengers recruits to help defeat villains trying to take over the ship, loosely based on the Disney XD animated . After being sorted into groups associated with the different Avengers, kids begin a 2-day program that includes learning from Captain America and suiting up as Iron Man.

Argentina has taken significant steps towards legalizing abortion, after the lower house of its Congress approved an abortion bill by a small margin on Thursday, June 14, in Buenos Aires.

Following a marathon debate, 129 lawmakers voted to legalize elective abortions up to 14 weeks of pregnancy, while 125 voted against, and one abstained, La Capital reported.

The bill was subsequently sent for approval by the Argentine Senate, the report said. If it is also passed by the Senate, Argentina would become one of the countries in Latin America with the most liberal abortion regimes.

The major construction and design work of Chinas second aircraft carrier has been completed, bringing the country one step closer to establishing its own carrier fleet, according to a PLA authority.\r

The aircraft carriers hull blocks have been joined at the shipyard, and equipment installation is currently underway, said Wang Weiming, deputy chief of staff of the Chinese Peoples Liberation Army Navy and an NPC deputy, during a March 9 interview with Xinhua on the sidelines of the annual session of the National Peoples Congress. The carrier is now awaiting fitting, Wang added.\r

In addition to the existing carrier Liaoning, China will put more effort into building its own fleet of aircraft carriers. The number of Chinas future carriers depends on the countrys strategic and military needs. We will not compete with the U.S. to build a fleet of 12 carriers, which is not necessary for China, as the country pursues a national defense policy that is purely defensive in nature, Chen Zhou, a researcher with the Academy of Military Sciences, told Beijing Youth Daily. Chen is also an NPC deputy.\r

What is emotion? Véronique Tran, Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESCP Europe

Veronique Tran is Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESCP Europe Paris Campus. She is a graduate of the University of Lausanne in Political Science. She earned her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Geneva Switzerland with the Geneva Emotion Research Group directed by Prof. Klaus Scherer. She was a permanent faculty member at Team International where she acquired extensive experience in executive education and management development, with emphasis on interpersonal and organizational behavior topics. She is a visiting professor in Organizational Behavior at the University of Nova (Lisbon, Portugal).
Her primary research focus is to examine the interaction of emotions with decision-making processes in management teams. During her post-doctoral studies in the Industrial/Organizational area of the Department of Psychology at The Pennsylvania State University, she had the opportunity to research creativity and innovation processes and how they unfold across levels of organizations. Additional research interests include topics such as emotion in organizational contexts (e.g. emotional climate), team dynamics, and organizational learning.
Veronique Tran is member of the Academy of Management (AOM), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the American Psychology Association (APA), the International Society for Research on Emotion (ISRE), and EMONET Emotions in Organizational settings.

A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. \r

At any given time, about 90% of your hair is in the growing phase. \r
For each individual hair, this growing phase lasts 2 to 3 years. \r

At the end of that time, hairs enter a resting phase that lasts about 3 months before they are shed and replaced by new hair. \r

If you dont get enough protein in your diet, a disproportionate number of hairs may go into the resting phase.\r

A typical scalp has about 120,000-150,000 strands of hair, and sheds about 50 to 100 strands of them each day. \r

But if an unusually large number of hairs enter the resting phase at the same time, hair loss starts to become noticeable.\r

If not getting enough protein is the reason, you can fix that through your diet. \r

But protein isnt the only nutrient needed to maintain healthy hair. \r

You also need other elements, such as iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and trace minerals such as selenium, copper, and magnesium to help keep your hair in good shape. \r

These nutrients are all involved in the production of the various proteins that make up your hair, says Christine Gerbstadt, MD, RD, spokeswoman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.\r
\r
Not getting enough iron can also cause hair loss.\r
\r
The best source of iron in your diet is lean meat and fish” Gerbstadt says, while good vegetarian sources of iron include cereals, soybeans, pumpkin seeds, white beans, lentils, and spinach. \r
\r
Talk with your doctor about your diet and ask for an iron test so he can check on whether you should consider taking an iron supplement.\r
Though the evidence still isnt clear, some studies suggest that vitamin D may play a role in the hair cycle. \r

15 minutes of sun exposure a day should be enough for your daily D vitamin requirement, as your skin produces this vitamin when in cont with sunlight.\r

Egg yolks and mushrooms are also good sources of this vitamin.\r
