They are gentle exercises and stretches you can do everyday to improve your foot flexibility and strength as well as prevent injury and improve your posture, balance, and health overall. Maintaining healthy fit feet is crucial to your health! Take care of your feet, they do a lot for you. like allow you to stand and walk! haha :) If youre here just to improve the look of your feet for dance, thats fine too! Nicely pointed feet will lengthen your lines! :) I will say that having good arches for dance comes easier when you have the right genes for it, but that doesnt mean you cant improve the look of your own feet. My feet would not be nearly as good if I didnt work them out and stretch them every single day. Just dont forget about them :) I have worked hard to improve my feet and have always been keen on having higher arches for ballet. But please be careful, dont overwork them :)

  • How to Boost Brain Power

    Our kids brain grows at a phenomenal rate during the first three years of their life. The early experiences in these early years help lay the brains foundation. During these critical brain-growth periods, long, thin nerve pathways grow inside the brain. These are wirings that connect and carry electrical impulses from brain cell to brain cell. The daily growing network forms the neurological foundation of skills that our kids will use for the rest of their life. Existing connections await new experiences that shape the neural networks for language, reasoning, problem solving, and moral values. Connections that are used repeatedly will become permanent. New experiences build upon established patterns and create new patterns and networks for more learning. Connections that are no used become redundant. \r
    \r
    There are 5 areas we can focus on to help our kids brain to develop healthy:\r
    1. Maximise good nutrition for brain growth and function - 0.40min\r
    Food that are good for the brain are:\r
    - Food rich in omega-3 fatty acids (also associated with lower risk of depression and better mood, the expression of emotion and concentration). Omega-3 fatty acids are found mainly in fatty fish like salmon, omega-3 thats found in plants like flaxseed, walnuts, canola oil and soy.\r
    - Nuts and seeds are good sources of vitamin E. Walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, filberts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed. \r
    Avocados. The avocado is a fatty fruit its a monounsaturated fat, which contributes to healthy blood flow means a healthy brain. \r
    Blueberries. Brain berries” - in animal studies researchers have found that blueberries help protect the brain from oxidative stress and may reduce the effects of age-related conditions such as Alzheimers disease or dementia. Studies have also shown that diets rich in blueberries significantly improved both the learning capacity and motor skills of aging rats, making them mentally equivalent to much younger rats. \r
    Butter is an unexpected source of cognitive enhancement, and contains one ingredient that studies show is beneficial for cognitive function and gut health called butyrate. Butyrate is a short chain saturated fat and anti-inflammatory. The highest concentration of butyrate is in high quality grass-fed butter.\r
    Chocolate (cocoa), is very high in antioxidants. Its loaded with iron, zing, copper, magnesium. It needs to be at least 70% in order to reap the benefits.\r
    Breast milk - the best food for the babies and their brain.\r

    Vitamin D plays a role in regulating brain health - it helps the development of the brain and nervous system to postponing decline. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with brain structural abnormalities, cognitive decline, and incident dementia.\r

    5. Eliminate food particles.

    When your pet has finished eating, take a good look at his mouth. If you notice food particles, simply remove them.

    6. Offer dry and crunchy foods.

    You must offer your dog specially formulated dry food, or crunchy foods that can decrease the formation of plaque and tartar. Soft food can stick to the teeth and cause plaque and decay.

    7. To look after your dog's teeth, look for signs of problems.

    As the owner of a responsible pet, you should monitor the oral health of your pet. For example, take a breath test once a month. Just smell your dog's breath to see if there is a bad smell.

    Another thing you can do is check your pet's lips. Once a week, lift your dog's lips and carefully examine his gums and teeth. The gums should be pink, and there should be no signs of swelling. In addition, the teeth should look clean, without any brown tartar.

    8. Visit a professional.

    To take care of your dog's teeth from time to time, take your pet to see a veterinary dentist. Professional cleaning and regular monitoring will help to maintain oral hygiene and allow the timely diagnosis of any oral problem.

    Whether it is a headache, back pain, joint pain or almost any other body ache, millions of people turn to drugs such as Advil or Motrin to help ease the pain. Most of us probably start out with the recommended amount, but when it does not seem to support, popping a few more is common price. So common, in f, that the FDA has ramped up its warnings about the risk of these drugs and their role in causing heart attacks and strokes.\r
    \r
    Other drugs included in the warning were Celebrex, Aleve, Naprosyn, and Toredol. These drugs have some serious side effects, and it is estimated that they cause at least 16,000 deaths per year and send 100,000 people to the emergency room in the United States. The FDA cautions us to never take more than the recommended amount of non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). They also caution that no one should ever take two NSAIDs at the same time with the same ive ingredients.\r
    \r
    The FDA is now requiring manufurers of prescription NSAIDs to update their labels with more accurate information about heart attack and stroke risks. The most common problems these drugs cause are digestive ulcers and associated bleeding. Studies have also shown increased risk of other conditions, including atrial fibrillation, where the heart beats rapidly and becomes weak, kidney damage, and delayed healing of frures and soft tissue injuries. Newer evidence, which led to these stronger warnings from the FDA, shows that even taking the drugs at their recommended doses for a short period of time can have serious side effects.\r
    \r
    These drugs do not sound like much of a solution anymore, do they? If only there were a way to treat aches and pains naturally, without all of the dangerous health risks associated with drugs.\r
    \r
    Heres the good news: there is a much better, safer and more natural way to help relieve pain and inflammation, and you may already have it in your home.\r

    Turmeric has been known as a natural pain reliever for years and is effective without the serious side effects. The spice contains polyphenol, which has been shown to have hundreds of health benefits!\r

    Before and After videos included :) Today I tackled one shelving unit in my prepper pantry full of medium and long term food storage, Go Foods survival foods and some regular food. I do this periodically throughout the year to keep on top of what my current supplies are and to make sure that everything is fresh and nothing has been breached by bugs or any vacuusealed foods have opened. I went vertical using storage cubes to increasew the amount of stroage room plus increase the shelfs stability up high.I currently prep for 5 people and this is only a portion of my food storage shown here. Space is a commodity in this preppers life so I try to use every bit of it as wisely as possible.\r

This is an example of my choices in food for this particular day but keep in mind the portions are not mentioned in this video. On this day I consumed a large amount of liquids that fill me up enough. I also ate a full plate of broccoli but only featured half a plate for the appearance of the video. I felt full and satisfied with these foods and I always chose what to eat based on what I have available at home or at the moment. This is not what I eat daily. I do not count calories no do I follow any rules. Sometimes I eat less or more depending on my days ivity and what I feel like eating that day. I do not follow any diet nor am I trying to lose or gain weight. I simply eat what I feel I need.   • Assassin's Creed Rogue | Using CheatEngine to disable saving lock when using in-game cheats | Usando CE para deshabilitar el bloqueo de progreso al usar los trucos del juego

    [ENG]On this video you can see two gameplays on River Valley, using in-game cheats, but with a CheatEngine table which disables the saving-lock. As you maybe know, AC4 and AC:Rogue have got in-game cheats (some of them make the game easier, others are just for fun or to change neutral stuff, and some others of them, make the game harder; ironically, those which make the game harder also locks the saving hability). This CheatEngine table allows us to use the in-game cheats without losing our chance to keep saving our progress, so we can just make it easier, or like I love doing, making the game a bit more reallistic, fun and hard.
    Those are the cheats I used here:
    -Wanted: all the guards on land will attack us when they see us (with the typical red circle).
    -Lord of thunder: each time we kill an enemy, lightning will fall from the sky.
    -Big mouth: Shay spits cliches (more than cliches, some phrases, nice stuff)
    -Endurance challenge: disables health regen., on Shay and the Morrigan.
    -Veterans: theorically makes the combat harder, but i dont know how (i don't feel any change).
    That's also a cheat called Timeless, which stops the timecycle and locks it on a day position. For example, we can play the game only during night, or during the day. I like it because I hate how far it gets night in-game, and with this, we can make some nice night gameplay, more epic and sneaky than during day (and we can play JUST during night, and change to day when we want). But it doesn't work as good as i'd like, is quite buggy. Probably somebody can research a table with a native timecycle modifier, without using in-game cheats for that.
