- 3 plátanos maduros
- 250 gr de harina
- 125 gr de mantequilla pomada
- 150 gr de azúcar moreno
- 2 huevos
- 1 sobre (2 cditas) de levadura química (polvo de hornear)
- 1 pizca de sal

Esta receta no sólo no tiene azúcares añadidos sino que además es una receta anti desperdicio. ¡Nos encanta la cocina de aprovechamiento! Esta receta es 100% sin gluten y, además, apta para dietas veganas. ¿Empezamos? Sigue nuestro paso a paso!
Así que si tus plátanos están súper maduros ¡no los tires! Aprovéchalos para hacer este delicioso bocado. ↓ ↓

Ingredientes:
- 4 plátanos (muy maduros)
- 150 gr de harina de arroz (o harina de trigo)
- 50 ml de leche vegetal (o leche de vaca)

HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE\r

1. Muffins/Loaf can last in the fridge all week in an airtight container. After that, freeze. Take out the night before eating and defrost in the fridge.\r

2. We love both cold, but if you want to heat up, you can pop a slice of the loaf in a toaster/toaster oven! Or the muffins, cut in half and heat up on the stove with some coconut oil.\r

Ingredients are to make 12 MUFFINS:\r
