In fact, the moves were so shocking that most conceded they were being performed on a doll as no sane person would consider them acceptable. However, we tracked Lena down to a seminar called "Parenting the Deliberate Way" in Dahab, Egypt, where parents from across Europe were paying her to perform the same moves on their infants, some just a few months old. But Lena, who is a qualified PE teacher in her native Russia, insists the practice is totally safe and actually beneficial to children.

Russian FM Lavrov arrives in Kazakhstan for Caspian states meeting

Astana, Jul 12 (EFE).- Russia's top diplomat, Sergey Lavrov, arrived in the Kazakh capital late Tuesday to attend a meeting of foreign ministers of the five Caspian littoral states scheduled for the following day.

Lavrov met briefly upon his arrival with Kazakh counterpart Erlan Idrissov to discuss Wednesday's meeting with the foreign ministers of Iran, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, the three other states on the Caspian Sea.

The foreign ministers are in Astana to lay the groundwork for a summit of the Caspian Sea littoral states to be held in Kazakhstan at an unspecified date.

The last meeting of the heads of the Caspian Sea littoral states took place in the Russian city of Astrakhan in 2014.

At that summit, the five Caspian nations agreed to prohibit foreign military presence in the sea, but fell short of coming up with a delimitation plan to exploit its vast resources.

If your seagate hard disk not detected, first of all, power it on and listen to it with your ear right next to it. Does it spin?\r

If not, then it would be for one of the 3 reasons. Seized motor, unparked heads, or dead PCB (printed circuit board). There are also things like dead preamp, but on most brands of drives it would not prevent the spin up process.\r
\r
I will begin with explaining what seized motor is. Seized motor on the hard drive is fairly common issue that you would find on Seagate hard drive generations 7200.8 7200.9 7200.10 7200.11 7200.12, as well as some hitachi/IBM 2.5” hard drives.\r
Seized motor would upon start up process with create a faint buzzing, and in some cases beeping sound. I would highly suggest that you seek professional help at this point. This is one of the most difficult tasks to perform on the hard drive, and without necessary equipment you will kill your hard drive in attempt to recover it.\r
\r
However, these sounds are identical to the ones that the sound would make when heads are not parked properly. All modern hard drives offer touchless heads technology, meaning that the heads are never suppose to come in cont with the disk surface. In the past 3.5” hard drives used to park heads closer towards the center of the drive, and they would land right onto the platter surface that had air pockets to prevent sticking. That technology slowly started to get outdated and less reliable than touchless, so now hard drives park heads on the external parking ramp. Touchless technology offers more durability for the heads when the drive is off power. If it is dropped external parking ramp, that suspends heads in the air, is much better option than having heads sit on the ual disk surface. (this section is best to be read on our blog page here because I have pictures explaining the difference)\r

Unlike 2 issues above, dead PCB, will turn your drive completely silent. PCB failure would usually be caused by power surges, or plugging in a wrong external hard drive power supply. Dead PCB can be either replaced, or repaired on component level. Luckily, TVS Diodes would protect most hard drives PCBs for mishaps like this, so they need to be tested first. A transient-voltage-suppression (TVS) diode or thyrector is an electronic component used to protect electronics from voltage spikes induced on connected wires. Multimeter with continuity test option will quickly determine if you have a damaged diode or not. Ideally, if you detect the damaged diode it would need to be replaced with an identical one, but in our case since I just needed to recover the data from this external hard drive. After the failed diode was removed, clients drive began to spin and get detected by our imaging equipment.\r

Part 1 of 2. Classic Game Room HD reviews the SEGA 32X add-on for the Sega Genesis 16-bit video game console. Also available for the Sega Mega Drive, the 32X boosts the POWER of the Genesis.... or something like that. It plays 32X games which are typically larger, smoother and even better looking than awesome Sega Genesis video games. The 32X suffered from many problems though, not the least of which was its requirement to use two power supplies. The 32X works with the model 1 and model 2 Sega Genesis but requires a special 32X cable to work properly. The 32X is powered by the common Sega MK-3102 power supply and covers the player's room with wires and nonsense. Sega's biggest mistake? Even though the 32X was a commercial disaster and is regarded as a joke there are some amazing games available for the Sega 32X like Doom, Virtua Fighter, Virtua Racing Deluxe, Afterburner and Metal Head. The library of games is smaller than what you'll find for the Genesis but there are some real gems in there like Cosmic Carnage. If you can find the cables to make it work, pick up a 32X for a song these days and you'll be surprised at how good it actually is, even if it is a complete clusterf---.

"Don't Toy With Me" picks up where Toy Story 3 left off. It follows the adventures of Andy, now a college drop-out struggling to adapt to life beyond the parental nest. As with the earlier Toy Story films, themes of friendship are prevalent, with Woody and Buzz Lightyear helping to guide Andy through a brutal and unforgiving world.

"The original Toy Story was released in 1995 and many of our fans are now in their mid- to late 20s," said Bea Warre, development executive at Disney. "This new installment re-boots the franchise and gives our now older fans a Toy Story they can relate to."

All-New 2010 Saab 9-5 Sedan (Widescreen HD)

Making its public debut at the 2009 IAA in Frankfurt, the all new Saab 9-5 sedan signals the start of a new era for the Saab brand. Sleek, sophisticated and unmistakably Saab, it combines stand-out looks with advanced technologies and will bring a fresh alternative choice to the premium sedan segment when sales start later in model year 2010.

The clean, sculpted shape embraces the purity of Scandinavian design and its dramatic wraparound window graphic echoes Saab's aviation heritage. With frontal styling inspired by the award-winning Saab Aero X Concept car and a muscular, low-slung stance, the new Saab 9-5 heralds the introduction of a bold, more expressive design language.

The array of high-tech features on offer includes: an aircraft-like head-up information display (Pilot HUD); adaptive lighting (Bi-Xenon Smart Beam); adaptive cruise control; Saab DriveSense adaptive chassis with real-time damping control; keyless entry and starting; tri-zone air conditioning; dynamic parking assistance and Saab XWD with a rear eLSD, the industry-leading all-wheel-drive system. The all-turbo powertrain line-up starts at 1.6 liters and carries forward Saab's rightsizing engine strategy, which focuses on responsible performance through the development of highly efficient and relatively small four cylinder turbo engines. There is a choice of three fuels - gasoline, diesel and E85 bioethanol - and with diesel power, the new Saab 9-5 offers CO2 emissions as low as 139 g/km.

"We have created an advanced and very distinctive product by leveraging the power of our roots in key areas, such as progressive Scandinavian design, sporty driving and responsible performance.
