El motor Boxer turbo diesel de 150cv no es ruidoso, y mueve el conjunto con soltura, ayudado por un correcto escalonamiento de las velocidades de la caja de cambios. La entrega de par es constante, quizás un poco escasa a bajas revoluciones, pero a cambio el motor Boxer de cilindros opuestos nos obsequia con una zona media y alta del cuenta revoluciones donde la entrega de potencia es brillante, estirando sin problemas hasta las 4.500 revoluciones, permitiendo un rango de utilización muy amplio.
