Ingredientes: 4 tazas espinacas bebe, 4 fresas en laminas, 1/2 taza pasitas, 1/2 taza nuez picada, 1/2 taza queso de cabra, 1/4 cebolla morada en rodajas, 1 pechuga de pollo, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharada de mostaza, 1 cucharada de miel, sal, pimienta. Vinagreta: 1 cucharada de mermelada de zarzamora, 2 cucharadas de vinagre balsámico, 1 diente de ajo rallado, 1 cucharada de consomé, 2 cucharadas aceite de olivo.

Shawarma is vastly popular across the middle-east. Chicken baked in a yoghurt marinade, rolled up in pita bread and served with tahini.\r

Ingredients - How to make Lebanese Chicken Shawarma Wrap - Delicious Spicy Chicken Shawarma\r

*My 1 tbsp Oil = 50 ml or (One Ladle = 50 ml)\r
\r
*2 whole Boneless Chicken Large Breast\r
*6-8 Pita Bread \r
*1/2 tsp Black cardamom powder\r
*2 tsp Garam Masala Powder\r
*1 tsp Black pepper powder\r
*2 tbsp Minced garlic or finely chopped Garlic\r
*2 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd\r
*3 tsp Olive oil or Vegetable Oil\r
*1 tsp Red chilli powder\r
*2 tbsp Malt vinegar, Apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar\r
*3 tbsp Lemon Juice\r
*Salt to Taste\r
*2 Cup Shredded Cabbage\r
*1 Fresh parsley Sprigs (Optional)\r
*1/2 cup chopped cucumber\r
*1/2 cup chopped Beetroot\r
*1/2 cup chopped Tomato\r

Shawarma White Sauce\r
*7 finely chopped Garlic cloves\r
*3 tbsp Fresh cream\r
*3 tbsp Mayonnaise\r
*2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar\r
or white vinegar\r
*1 tsp Black pepper powder\r

Okay, so technically this recipe should ually be called Shawarma-Style Chicken. True shawarma is cooked with stacked, spice-marinated meats lamb, turkey, chicken, beef, or a mix of meats on a vertical spit. \r
\r
The shawarma turns and cooks on the spit for hours and hours, basted in fat and its own juices. Fat = flavor = tasty, amazing shawarma. Thin slices of meat are shaved from the surface and served, either on their own or tucked inside a warm flatbread, topped with tahini or garlic sauce. Shawarma is one of lifes great pleasures.\r

Ive been trying to replicate the flavor of shawarma at home for months, playing with different spice combinations and cooking methods. At first I tried buying premade shawarma spice blends from the Middle Eastern markets, but none of them made my mouth happy. I needed more spice, more flavor, more oomph. So I began to experiment. Then finally, last week, I nailed it.\r
\r
This recipe is probably as close as Ill ever come to making shawarma at home. My family says its even better than the shawarma at our local Lebanese restaurant. \r
\r
You have two choices for cooking this recipe in the oven or on the grill. To be honest both cooking methods taste great, there really isnt a big difference between the two. \r
\r
I use boneless skinless chicken meat (a combination of dark and light meat) in the recipe. Shawarma gets a lot of its flavor from the meat fat that it is basted in. Ive replaced the flavor of the skin fat with olive oil, including a final saute in olive oil prior to serving. \r
\r
It may seem strange to saute meat that has already been cooked, but youre going to have to trust me on this one. The extra saute adds a ton of flavor and really gives it a shawarma-like texture that cant be replicated in the oven or on the grill. \r
\r
If youre trying to cut down on your oil intake you dont need to do the extra saute, it will save you 2 tablespoons of olive oil… it wont taste exly like shawarma, but it will be yummy. But please, dont replace the chicken thighs with breast meat. \r
\r
This dish really needs some dark meat in it to make it taste great. You can make it with all chicken thighs, if you prefer (I ually love it that way), but dont sub all chicken breast. Pretty please.\r

INGREDIENTES:
2 chiles pasilla, sin semillas y remojados en agua caliente / 2 pasilla chilis, seedless and soaked in hot water
2 chiles guajillos, sin semillas y remojados en agua caliente / 2 guajillo chilis, seedless and soaked in hot water
2 chiles ancho, sin semillas y remojados en agua caliente / 2 ancho chilis, seedless and soaked in hot water
1 taza de aceite de oliva (250ml) / 1 cup olive oil
1 cucharada de consomé de pollo en polvo / 1 tbsp. chicken broth, powdered
Sal y pimienta, al gusto / salt and pepper to taste
½ kg pechuga de pollo, cortado en cubos / ½ kg chicken breast, diced
2 pimientos rojos, cortados en cuadros / 2 red bell peppers, chopped
2 pimientos verdes, cortados en cuadros / 2 green bell peppers, chopped

Como hacer Tamal al Horno
Receta divertida y original de ¡tamal envuelto!
SEO:
INGREDIENTES:
5 tamales
1 paquetes de queso crema // 1 cream cheese
1 pechuga de pollo cocido y deshebrado // chicken breast
Salsa:
5 tomates verdes // 5 green tomatoes
½ cebolla // ½ onion
2 dientes de ajo // 2 garlic cloves
2 chiles serrano // 2 chiles serrano
PREPARACIÓN:
RETIRA el relleno de los tamales y desmorona la masa.
MEZCLA el tamal con el queso crema hasta tener una masa moldeable.
CALIENTA un sartén y asa los chiles, los tomates, el ajo y la cebolla; licua y reserva.
COLOCA sobre una base y agrega una capa de salsa y una capa de pollo.
ENROLLA el tamal y hornea durante 30 minutos a 180*C.
SIRVE el rollo de tamal con queso y crema.

Ingredientes: 500 grs de pechuga de pollo en tiras, 200 ml de leche de coco, 200 grs de cacahuetes, 3 ajos ( 1 y 1/2 si son grandes ) 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, 1/2 cebolla, 1 cucharada de canela molida, 2 cucharadas de miel, 1/2 zumo de limón, sésamo y sal.

Como hacer el mejor pollo chino

Ingredientes
500 gramos de Pollo CHICKEN BREAST
Harina suficiente para rebosar FLOUR
2 dientes de ajo GARLIC
½ cucharada jengibre picado GINGER
1- 2 tazas de jugo de naranja natural ORANJE JUICE
4 cucharadas de salsa de soya SOY
2 cucharadas de Maicena CORNSTARCH
2 cebollines ONION
2 pimientos de colores BELL PEPPER
3 cucharadas de azúcar SUGAR
PREPARACIÓN:
REBOZA los trozos de pollo en harina.
FRÍE el pollo en aceite hasta que se vea un poco dorado y reservar.
FRÍE el ajo y jengibre finamente picado. Una vez que el ajo se dore agrega el cebollín picado.
AGREGA el jugo de naranja y soya dejamos que hierva. Estos ingredientes te darán ese sabor agridulce que buscamos.
MEZCLA la maicena con 3 cucharadas de agua, es muy importante que no tenga grumos. Agrega la maicena a nuestra salsa agridulce de naranja.
AGREGA el pollo y pimientos y deja reducir la salsa agridulce de naranja.
