Armin:"The Nervo Sisters, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and me met up to write the vocals for 'Not Giving Up On Love'. I was thrilled to work with them on this. We gave it a more analog feel with some real drums, to give it a pop-rock feel. We also put a piano top line on the track and then the vocals of Sophie, which I think is a win. It's a lush summer tune with an epic vocal that gets stuck in your head and cheers you up!"

My response: +EdNorty Good spot, and I wasnt aware of that, but for me it still feels very out of place (and in a film where he does so little punishing). I also dont like the idea that because something happened in a comic, suddenly its okay for the charer to do it? Comics can feel out of charer too, they arent automatically good by virtue of being in comic form. The Punisher in the film doesnt feel like the best Punisher, or even good Punisher, and the choices made to take certain things from certain comics instead of others, plays into that.

This Old Barn/Shop Air compressor

Introducing the compressor that will be supplying air for the new shop. I picked up an old Devilbiss 445 10hp compressor that I can use as the foundation for my shop air system. It is a 1968 model so it is almost 50 years old I hope it is good for another 50 years. The plan is to place it in the old loft so it is up out of the way and maybe that will isolate some of the noise without creating all the problems that happen with an outside air compressor in an environment that is both humid and prone to freezing. I feel like I should probably rebuild and reseal it before getting the forklift and putting it in a much harder location to work on it. This unit is considered obsolete too so if I wait I fear parts might be harder to find. Opinions welcome!\r

This is the first part of a three-parton how to get ready for a Bharatanatyam performance. We started with a HOW TO on hair for Bharatanatyam because that its he best thing to start with when you are getting ready. As mentioned in the video, different teachers/gurus have their own preferences for how to get ready so please consult them first. \r

Here are a few general additional tips regarding the hair:\r
1. Best to wear a button-down shirt while getting ready so you dont mess up your dance blouse and you wont have to disturb your hair and make-up later. \r
2. Its a good idea to wear your choker first for the same reason as #1\r
2. Greasy hair is good (for a change) when doing hair for a performance. It tends listen more :) \r
3. Use plenty of hair gel and hair spray to keep the hair neat and clean.\r

The method that I use in this video is with hard wax but I have used wax strips and regular hot wax in the past. Ive been getting my bikini area waxed professionally and doing them myself since I was 18 (Im now 25!) so I have a good amount of experience getting waxed!\r

BEE STEALTHEE | Transformers: The Game Modding #9

At long last I can unveil one of the bigger projects I have been working on. Most of you may not know this, but I am an experienced skinner for games. Granted testing out skins in Transformers: The Game is a bit more involved to test, but in a way it is much simpler to skin. \r

Since I wanted a good test to get a feel for the skinning process, I decided to go with Stealth Bumblebee. Granted he is just a simple inversion, but I made a few little personal touches here and there for more preferable appearance.\r

Also if you have any requests feel free to post a suggestion below. I have a few bigger projects in the work so I may not get to them immediately, but Id welcome any suggestions.\r
