I assume the only people that are watching this are ones who are trying to repair their gas oven. Hopefully, this will help you diagnose parts that may be a problem for you or at least it will help you know where and how to access different parts. \r

After using a gas range, I think next time I will go back to an electric convection oven with a glass top. Convection may sound fancy but all it is is a fan in the oven. It circulates the air inside while its cooking and it really does speed up the cook time. Plus with electric, I dont have to worry about the knobs being bumped and the whole house filling up with gas. Also, glass tops clean very easy too. So its no comparison for me. But I think people who like to cook a lot will have a different opinion.\r

Just to let people know the last two letters in the model number is SS for Stainless Steel. Many products will put the color as the last letter. For example, instead of ending in SS it could be GS563LXB for Black and so forth. \r

Massage Tutorial: Pain under the shoulder blade, myofascial release

This is a complaint that I hear somewhat frequently, especially from office workers. They feel like theres a knot under the shoulder blade that s up the longer they work, sometimes with searing pain. This can be exacerbated by manipulating loads out in front of the body (carrying, cleaning, stocking, filing).\r
\r
After years of hunting down trigger points (I dont do this as much any more, but Im glad to have that information under my belt), Ive found that the most common site that refers to under the scapula is the lateral trapezius, especially the inferior aspect. Once youve warmed up the region, you should be able to find the relevant area just medial and inferior to the spine of the scapula. Youll be working on the edge of trapezius, right where it crosses over the medial border of the scapula. Dealing with this trigger point can be tricky, as you might have to trap the squirmy edge of the muscle using your fingers. You can go broad instead and not worry so much about trapping just the right point.\r
\r
After dealing with the culprit, think globally. What other regions are yanking on this area, causing it to be ticked off? My first suspects are rotator cuff (if they all team up at the same time, they can glue the scapula out laterally), upper traps, and pecs. Iron these areas out and assign some nice chest stretches to keep this from reappearing.\r
\r

Finally, Im going to share with you how I make sauerkraut at home in a jar using very simple ingredients and a few basic tools. The benefits of sauerkraut are endless: probiotic beria, improved stomach acid production, better nutrient absorption, less bloating clearer skin, better mood, etc. Sauerkraut is also a great source of vitamin C, which is brilliant news for those who dont eat a lot of fruit. \r

Heres what youll need to make sauerkraut at home:\r
2 small cabbages (or around 1.1kg/2.5lb)\r
1.5 tbsp Himalaya salt or sea salt\r
1 tbsp caraway seeds (optional)\r
2 tbsp cranberries (optional)\r
Also a 2-quart jar (2 litres), 2 smaller jars to use as weights, a big bowl, some kitchen paper towel, and an elastic.\r

Past simple and past continuous grammar lesson. In this lesson I am going to show how to use and form both the past simple & the past continuous and how to keep them apart.\r

Take a look at these sentences:\r

I watched the telly last night.\r
I was watching the telly last night.\r
\r
The first sentences contains a past simple, the second sentence is in the past continuous. In this lesson Im going to show you how to form a past simple and how to form a past continuous and when to use past simple andwhen to use a past continuous and more important the difference between the two. First we are going to take a look at how to form these past tenses. As you might know in the English language we have regular and irregular verbs. And this this is important to remember when forming a past simple. To make a past simple for the regular verbs, we use the base form of the verb and add ed.\r

For example:\r
He worked late last night\r
\r
\r
The irregular verbs have their own and unique past tense so you need to study those carefully.\r
I bought a new t-shirt yesterday.\r
The infinitive form of the verb bought is to buy. With the past continuous\r
we do not need to worry about regular and irregular verbs. Because all verbs that take a past continous whether theyre regular or irregular, are formed by using was or were, the past tenses of the verb to be, and the base form of the verb and -ing.\r

For example:\r
He was working last night\r
I was buying a t-shirt, when I saw her yesterday.\r
Now lets have a look at how to use a past simple and how to use a past continuous and how to keep them apart. we use a past simple for vities that were finished in the past, we usually use a time frame:\r

Here last night is what we consider timeframe.\r
\r
I bought a new T-shirt yesterday\r
\r
Here yesterday is a timeframe. A past continuous is used for ivities started and finished in the past, but we want emphasized duration: so we want to show the other person the other listener or reader that the ion lasted for quite some time.\r
\r
For example:\r
He was working all night so we want emphasize that it lasted the entire night. we also use past continuous form for an ongoing ion in the past interrupted by a sudden event. For example:\r
I was buying a t-shirt when I ran into her so I was doing something and then suddenly a\r
friend came up to me thats when I ran into her. Please note that for the interruption we use a past simple so we often find a past continuous and a past simple in the same sentence with the past continuous showing us that it was a continuing ivity and the past simple showing the interruption of that ivity.

Today I will teach you how to prepare homemade muffins for breakfast or for an evening snack with a coffee or a glass of milk.

Surely you have heard many times that muffins are hard to make, that dough does not rise, that they become hard.. and you know what?

Actually they are very easy to make!

Yes it is true that sometimes during cooking, the dough can come out the mould pans and stain the tray where they are baked, but this is very easy to avoid, you just need to use a pan for muffins so that your muffins come out perfect.

With this recipe you can prepare twenty-four muffins approximately.

To prepare these homemade muffins you will need:

4 large eggs

275 gr. (9,70 oz.) of sugar

200 ml. (6,76 fl. oz.) of milk

265 gr. (9,34 oz.) of flour

125 gr. (4,41 oz.) of refined corn flour

20 gr. (0,70 oz.) of baking powder

200 ml. (6,76 fl. oz.) of sunflower oil

Lemon zest

To prepare these homemade muffins you should follow the next steps:

-Mix the flour, the refined corn flour and the baking powder.

-Beat the eggs with the sugar.

-Add milk and lemon zest.

-Add the flour and let it rest.

-Add the oil and mix well.

-Fill the muffin moulds ¾ parts.

-Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 200 ºC (392 ºF) between 15 and 18 minutes

DIY ROOM DECOR! Desk decorations! Cheap & cute projects!

Hi guys! So for this week I decided to take a break from my Christmas videos. I was trying to spice up a little bit my desk area so I made some really simple DIYs that I think are ually great for any room. So I hope you find them useful and lets get started!\r
\r
For the first DIY you will need: a book, some fabric and some supplies.\r
\r
Start off by marking a rectangular shape on the first page of the book. Then take a cuter or an X-o knife and start cutting the pages following the lines as Im doing here. And yes, this is a very long process so go watch your favoritewhile you do this so you dont get bored. And also once you get close to the end be careful so you dont cut the back cover like I did.\r
\r
Then take some plastic wrap and cover the front cover and the back. Now take some mod podge or white glue with a little bit of water and cover the inside of the pages and the sides. Place something heavy on top to make some pressure and let it dry for at least 5 hours.\r
\r
Once its dry remove the plastic and its time to decorate the book. I chose a white pleather fabric but you can also paint it or cover it in scrapbook paper. \r
\r
I placed a lot of double side tape to make sure the book stayed in place. To finish the spine part I just made some cuts and tug the fabric in and for the sides I cut the excess and stick it to the inside of the cover.\r
\r
Finally I glue the pages to the back cover to make the pocket. You can put whatever you want inside and I think it looks really nice on the side of my desk. \r
\r
The second idea is really simple and you will need: some cork and acrylic paint.\r
\r
Start off by using something round to make some circles on the cork. Then cut them out and use something smaller to make the donut holes. Before painting I made some guides with pencil and then I painted the coaster pink as it was the icing of the donut. Once thats dry paint some sprinkles with the help of a toothpick and to make it waterproof cover everything with white glue. I also outline the icing part with a silver marker to make it pop a little more. And thats it! This coasters are super simple to make and they are also a really nice gift idea. \r
\r
For the last idea you will need: some wooden letters and some glitter.\r
\r
Start by sticking some tape on the middle of the letters. As you see, Im using one of them as a guide to make sure I place the tape on the same place for all the letters. Then I just cover the bottom half with white glue and sprinkle some glitter. Take out the excess and use that to cover any blank spots. I put two coats of glitter and before the glue dried I took out the tape. Do this for all the letters and let them dry. I hung them on my wall forming the word “create” but of course you can put whatever word you want.\r
\r

Right, I instructed piper to get me plenty of roof slopes cause I like building roofs out of roof slopes. We only got them in 2 by 4, theres no smaller ones or corner pieces which is a bit annoying. I want more variety, come on Lego Store. Weve got them in red and black. I saw these green bricks and I like this green colour. I though Im going to build a green wall, I said Piper, get me some of them green pieces He got 4. Thats going to be a really small wall. We go some of these tail fins for planes. He got trans yellow studs and 1 by 1 trans clear plates. Lets get it in the box. Tidy up. I hope all you kids at home tidy your Lego when youre finished playing with it, that means you should never tidy it because you should never finish playing with it. You should always play with your Lego, I do. In 2. This is my selection of Lego elements. Ive got some green plates. What else? I see some yellow jumpers. I can see some big bricky bits, light blue 2 by 4 bricks. Also white orange and red. We got 1 by 4 brown brick. 2 by 2 tan and orange tiles. Plates here, 2 by 8 plate. 1 by 8 tile in red. White grate bits, theyre Gr-r-reat. Number 3. Pipers second lot of Lego. This one looks like its gonna be messy. Orange tiles again. Its going everywhere, careful! Stay put Lego. Dont roll off the table. These cylinder pieces have a mind of their own. Are you staying still? Okay, theyre staying still, lets do it. Weve got these white fence pieces. Loads of studs. And finally. This is the last pick a brick cup of the day. Its got some sticky tape, get off of my fingers. Lets open it up. Weve got some 1 by 4 white arch pieces, but thats not all. Nice selection. White doors in frames. Flowers, white, red and pink and green stems. Im obsessed with 2 by 2 by 2 light grey slopes. More tan tile and 1 by 2 purple tiles. Green bumper pieces and 2 by 1 curved slopes. And wheel pieces. Did you know That LEGO are the worlds largest manufurer of tyres, thats crazy but awesome. Got some of these windscreen (windshield) pieces for cars. weve got a crate and inside Ive put some ruby red gemstones. Green headlight bricks and trans orange cheese slopes. This is all of the pick a brick haul. That is tons of Lego, fifty pounds worth. we only got 2 minifigures even though its a 3 pack. We were very naughty and stuffed loads of extra accessories in there hoping wed get away with it. We did get away with it I dont think they wanted to complain since we spent a lot of money. A top hat, some blue plates, stuck together heads. We wanted more faces. Weve got some seagulls, blond hair. A printed piece, I dont know what it is but I like printed pieces so I got it. A scorpion, frying pan, a long bone. Weve got a gold piece which is in the form of a crystal. We got goggles. 32 Feet Giant Skeleton Found In India – Hindu God Hanuman?

A few months back I showed you some solid evidence about an ancient Giant called Bhima in India. In that video, I mentioned how I had accidentally stumbled on a footprint of another Giant. Here is a little piece.\r

Could this be Bhimas footprint? The locals here claim that it is NOT the footprint of Bhima, but belongs to his half-brother Hanuman, who also happens to be a Giant. This footprint is more than 4 feet long and if it is real, the giant who made this impression would be over 30 feet tall.\r
\r
So how did I come up with this height of over 30 feet? I calculated \r
this based on something called a “height to foot” ratio. So who is this Hanuman that we are talking about? Hanuman is a giant Ape like God who appears in ancient Indian scriptures.\r
Here is an article from a newspaper called “The Age” published on August 10, 1934. It reads:\r

The sensational discovery of a skeleton believed to be a prehistoric giant ape, measuring 31 feet 6 inches in length, is reported from Jubbulpore. \r

You can see how this height matches with my calculation based on the footprint. When I made the previous video 2 months ago, I did not know about these newspaper articles. Lets read further.\r
The discovery was made by a farmer, who noticed a bone protruding from the sand on the river bank near the village of Jaintiha. Attempts to dislodge the skeleton with the aid of other villagers failed, whereupon the chief of the State had the skeleton dug out. Three men were required to lift it, the legs alone measuring 10 feet. \r
\r
“”The skeleton has been placed in the palace of the chief pending examination by geologists, among whom the discovery has created enormous interest. The Jubbulpore district is renowned for its wealth of fossilized relics of an earlier age, the last important discovery three years ago being the remains of a giant prehistoric mammal reputed to be centuries old. “”\r

Is this an isolated piece of news fabricated by a newspaper company to gain attention?\r
\r
No, the same news appeared on a lot of newspapers around the world because this was a spectacular discovery. Let us read THE SYDNEY MORNING HERALD on the ex same day. \r

It is the ex same news except for a few changes here and there.\r
Here is another newspaper called THE VIRGIN ISLANDS DAILY NEWS which published a short version of this news. The size, the location it was discovered all the same.\r

Calcutta: A skeleton, believed to be that of a human giant, measuring 31 feet 6 inch has been discovered on the banks of a river near Jubbalpore. The huge mans bones alone measured 10 feet, and three men were required to move the remains to the Chiefs palace at Ramgarh.”\r
And also from another newspaper called THE SYDNEY MAIL. Again just different words, but the news is the same. \r

Remember, these are just a few examples and this same news was published all around the world in many languages that a giant prehistoric ape was found in Jabalpur district, India. Is it possible that this is the skeleton of Hanuman?\r
\r
Some Hindu and Jain sects believe that Hanuman was not a real ape but a human like giant with slight physical variations. Now, all over the world other giants have been found with variations in their facial features including elongated skulls, horns and double rows of teeth. So who are these Giants? Sacred texts from many ancient civilizations, describe these Giants as hybrids between Gods and Humans. In the bible, they are called Nephilim. Hanuman can also be classified as a Nephilim because his father was a god and his mother was human. \r

Now according to Hindu scriptures, Hanuman was not the only Giant that looked like an ape, but a whole race of giant apes called Vanara was documented. Is it possible that this huge skeleton is one of these ape-like Gods? \r
\r
Now, the other important question is: What happened to this skeleton? Where did this skeleton go? Today, we are not able trace the whereabouts of this 32 feet skeleton anywhere. Since India was under British control at that time, this priceless evidence was possibly taken to England along with many other rare artifs. \r

Hey, whats up guys? So on this video, youre going to be finding out how I super-learn things. Basically, how you can regurgitate the information from anything like this.\r
\r
So people learn differently. Some people are good with listening, some people are good with just reading, so regurgitating fs from books, so if they are good in school, thats pretty much you, and some people; they are not really great at memory. So, what have I ually created.I shouldnt say created, but engineered, that works for me, is I combined all three.\r
\r
When you look at learning, you have got kinesthetic; so, touch. You feel a book, you create something, you are building something. You learn that way.\r
\r
Number two - you have got visual. So you are watching a teacher speak, you are watching a TED Talk, youre watching a workshop, and finally\r
\r
And finally, three - Auditory. So you are listening to a podcast, or you are listening to a teacher, and this is how your body assimilates and absorbs information. However if you want to super-learn, and really absorb the knowledge to regurgitate even faster, quicker, more efficiently, is you combine all three.\r
\r
So, this is what I do when I read a book. First of all, I dont read a book, I do a case study on the book. I highly recommend if you havent already read the book, How to Read a Book. Fantastic book, in f, Jim Rohn highly recommends it, and it was game changer for me, and just understanding that you do not read word for word, and in f, that you ually go through the book as a detective. Okay, I am not going to go through the whole gist of it, but to give you the 411, is you have a blank piece of paper, and you basically go through the beginning of the chapter, the end of the chapter, you look for detail words, such as because and therefore, and you really figure out what the author is trying to teach you, or the author is trying to tell you. So, I basically summarize a whole book on an 8 x 11 paper. When Im done with the book, I plug in the authors name into YouTube and usually the author has a TED Talk or has been featured on podcasts, and then Ill listen to it, and then usually I follow that summary I just had.\r
\r
Third of all, is if you cant find a TED Talk. So, it its a TED Talk, you hit two birds with one stone. You are doing both auditory and youre doing visual. If you cant find visual, I highly, and I repeat, I highly recommend that you draw an image or a cartoon, something that can connect that with that book.\r
\r
So lets re-cap that.\r
Number 1: You do a case study on the book. You go through the first chapter, three pages, last three pages of the first chapter; second chapter first three pages, last three pages. You make a summary of the book.\r
Number 2: You plug in the authors name into YouTube. Hopefully there is a talk where you can visually see him or her and hear them, and then cross-reference what they said with your notes, because truthfully, most of these authors can summarize their whole book in an hour.\r
\r
Now, the final piece, which I havent mentioned yet. The final piece for really enhancing your learning capability, is teaching. This really cements the knowledge inside of your brain. As soon as you have done that process of the case study for the book, going through YouTube, podcasts, or TED Talk, I want you now to write a blog post about it. I want you to do a video about it such as this. In f, I am doing this video from the book, How To Read the Book. I want you to teach your friend, I want you to teach your family what you just learned. If you dont use it, youll lose it. Yes, its very true when it comes to the human body and the human mind. So, teach, become a teacher. At the end of the day, we are all teachers in this life.\r

So there you have it. That is how I super-learn. I do case studies on books, I plug the name into YouTube, I cross reference that from my summary, and then finally I do a video such as this or write a blog post about this.\r
