SABMiller anuncia su intenció de comprar su rival en la cervecería AB InBev

El número uno mundial de la cerveza, el británico-sudafricano SABMiller, anuncia oficialmente su intención de comprar el belgo-brasileño Anheuser-Busch AB InBev que es el número dos. El contacto para la operación se ha confirmado por ambas partes, aunque todavía no hay cifras oficiales sobre cuánto está dispuesto a pagar el británico-sudafricano. Ni tampoco si acabará habiendo acuerdo. La oferta formal debe presentarse de aquí al 14 de octubre.

Desde hace tiempo, se especulaba con esta posible fusión pero hasta ahora no se había concretado. SABMiller posee, entre otras, las marcas Pilsner Urquell, Peroni, Miller y Grolsch y AB InBev Budweiser, Corona y Stella Artois.

Escasez de dinero en efectivo colapsa transacciones electrónicas en Venezuela

Caracas es una una ciudad de contrastes entre sus bellos paisajes, el caos y la anarquía. La capital de Venezuela es desde hace unos años una urbe que se caracteriza por las colas que hacen sus habitantes para comprar alimentos, productos de la canasta básica y también para retirar dinero en efectivo.

La escasez de papel moneda en Venezuela ha generado este 2017 colapsó en las transacciones electrónicas y en los puntos de venta que se utilizan en comercios de la economía formal e informal. Esta crisis financiera que se registra en el país ha dejado a las entidades bancarias con pocos billetes para los usuarios, de acuerdo con información suministrada por fuentes extraoficiales.

#VIRAL: Captan a supuesto vendedor ambulante trabajando la masa de las empanadas con las PATAS

Todo el alboroto fue a partir de un video publicado en diferentes redes y cuentas, aunque se volvió más popular en la de Celenni Young (@celenniyoung). El metraje era protagonizado por un hombre, quien se encontraba dándole duro a la masa para sus empanadas, solo que las estaba amasando nada más y nada menos que con su pies. El hombre no identificado aparentemente tenía funcionales sus manos, pero prefirió hacer el trabajo de formal podal. Algunas fuentes afirman que se trata de un vendedor ambulante del Distrito Nacional de República Dominicana, pero no se ha confirmado la identidad del supuesto vendedor ni el destino que tuvo la masa. Sin embargo, el puro clip fue suficiente para que cientos de personas comentaran al respecto y algunos aseguraron que dejarían de comprar comida callejera después de ver el video.

Whirlpool Gas Range Oven Complete Tear Down

I assume the only people that are watching this are ones who are trying to repair their gas oven. Hopefully, this will help you diagnose parts that may be a problem for you or at least it will help you know where and how to access different parts. \r

After using a gas range, I think next time I will go back to an electric convection oven with a glass top. Convection may sound fancy but all it is is a fan in the oven. It circulates the air inside while its cooking and it really does speed up the cook time. Plus with electric, I dont have to worry about the knobs being bumped and the whole house filling up with gas. Also, glass tops clean very easy too. So its no comparison for me. But I think people who like to cook a lot will have a different opinion.\r

Just to let people know the last two letters in the model number is SS for Stainless Steel. Many products will put the color as the last letter. For example, instead of ending in SS it could be GS563LXB for Black and so forth. \r
