I most often propagate succulents by stem cuttings. Make sure your pruners are clean and sharp. Simply cut the stems to the length you want, peel the bottom 1/3 of the leaves off and then let those stems heal off (this is where the cut end of the stem calluses over) for 2 weeks to 4 months before planting. \r

I propagate succulents much less frequently by individual leaf cuttings but its just as easy. \r

Since its a villa there are 2 living areas. The one on the ground floor is a formal living space to sit with the guest and chit chat.Over here we have a huge TV unit which has a complete paneling which acquires the full wall and we have shelves for the artifs and little racks here for your nick knacks storage and set up box.\r

The dining area has a false ceiling and here we have tried to replicate the same pattern of the CNC cutting which is carried throughout and this is been lit by the cove light.\r

#Modular Kitchen: The open kitchen looks perfect for a lady to be in here cooking.The interesting part is the laminates.We have a tall unit with storage and an inbuilt oven,microwave. Next to that we have the magic corner, cutlery and thali unit, tandem box and cabinets. We have provided grooves for the air circulation.We have made space to fit the refrigerator and on top we have lofts. Near the entrance we have a common unit with a long mirror and shutter below.\r

#Parents Bedroom: As we enter the guest bedroom you can see a huge wardrobe unit which is in beige color with some nice texture and attached to that we have a dresser with huge mirror and chest of drawers and we have lofts on top for storage purpose and if you notice we have given curvy edges and on top we have simple periphery with spotlights and cove lights so this is simple but still it stands out. We have used beige colored laminates to make this room more spacious. Edge binding is done to make the corners smoth. Handles are of slimier shade to match with the wardrobe color.\r

Soda/Beer Can Safe. How To Make a Repurposed, Reclosable Container from an Aluminum Can.

This works great with beer cans, too. This is a TOTALLY different, quicker, easier, and cheaper way to do it than the other tutorials posted here. No epoxy or hard-to-size jar is needed, which allows for more storage space and makes it washable. Some how-tos I watched here on YouTube even required Plaster of Paris. Really?!? \r
\r
With this new take on an old trick, you can make the can appear as drank/empty, as well as full. A full can gives always gives the temptation for someone to grab it(unless it is Tab or Moxie). You can even partially crush the can to make it look like trash, as long as the top and slope of the can are not damaged, it is great cover!\r
\r
Closed, the lid is strong enough to hold a full can of water flipped upside down, with very minimal leakage, just a couple drops. I havent played around with any clear sealants yet, but I would imagine you can reseal the can if you tried hard enough. The thicker and more curved the plastic strip is, the stronger and tighter the lid will hold(think Gatorade bottle or thicker?). If the plastic strip is flat, bending the plastic on the edges up towards top of the lid will help. Cutting them along the bottle curves, so the strips are curved, is half the battle. Youll be surprised how strong the lid holds down and clamps in when you get it right! **UPDATE: use the handle of a cheap plastic fork, as long as it flexes a little**\r

These can be made in about 60 seconds once you get the hang of it. Can must have a sloped top for this to work. Soup and vegetable cans will not work, since they dont have sloped tops like most beverage cans.\r
\r
If you use the correct opener that cuts the can from the side(safety can opener), you almost always will have no sharp edge on the can, however, the lid right where you start to open it may have a sharp edge that may need to be slightly filed down. \r

If youve tried making my sock plush bunnies then you will be able to make this too! Its simply two sock plushies inside one another which creates an adorable sheep shape without the need for pattern cutting, pinning or other complicated steps. Making the arms and legs is the most time-consuming part so beginners can simply leave that out if they want. I used felt eyes in this video which is easier than sewing on beads. I also embroidered the edges with black thread to make them neater, but take care if you do the same as its fiddly to keep the shape round. \r

*I bought my socks from H&M. Theyre often sold out online but if you go into any real H&M shop, they should almost definitely have these socks in the womens section near the checkout tills.\r

MORE TIPS\r
1) The most important part of this DIY is sewing the edges of the white fabric onto the black. You need to use small stitches and make sure these are close together so there are no gaps for the stuffing to pop out. \r

2) The fluffy sock fabric is very stretchy so you have to be careful whenever youre cutting into it. Dont cut too much or make the eye circles too large because the fabric will stretch to almost twice the size when cut open. \r

3) Normally when stuffing a sock plush, you can always fit way more stuffing inside than you imagine. The only exception Ive come across so far was the face of this panda plush. I had to use much less stuffing than usual because the outer sock enhances the shape and too much stuffing will cause the head to look too big and misshapen.\r

Husqvarna 555 Best Firewood Saw? Ashokan Turf & Timber, Catskills area Chainsaw Shop tour

Sorry about the sound! I kept putting my finger over the mic. Drove down thru the Catskills to Shokan NY to visit Ashokan Turf & Timbers open house. Bob and Warren have built what I think is one of the best shops in the region..its not always about price. Its also the folks behind the business and their combination of knowledge & ethics. Hope you get a sense from this video.. (Notice how Bob much to his chagrin, acknowledges the 555 is the the best firewood saw! Had to go back & forth from the 562xp to the 455.then logic prevails. went to the 555, ..:) He will ex his revenge in a later video..trust me. Good fun & good discussion/banter ) BUT the Husqvarna 555 / Jonsered 2258 is my pick for the best Home owner/ Land owner/ Farmer general use saw. AND I put my money where my opinion is..A Husqvarna 365/Jonsered 2166 a close second. The pros who work with saws for a living? That is what the XPis for.\r

I learned that the 455 family is growing! 455 AT (Auto tune), 460, and we saw in the owners manual a.wait for it.a 465! If that 460-465 rancher is an Auto Tune AND in the $450-$500 dollar range (A BIG if!)..the best fire wood saw choice gets tougher..although for me the weight and pro-level materials/design of the cases and internals will keep my money on the 2258/2260 or 555/562xp class saw for firewood/farm work. When a 460AT becomes available, think we will evaluate one vs. 365 & 555.\r

Also a little of the GTG/Open house mixed in and some Bob knowledge about the old saws as well. A great ride and the open house/gtg didnt dissappoint! Have to give a shout out to The Cutting Edge Folks ; They are another amazing saw shop in the North Country. Specializing in the Dolmar brand, they too are an amazing place. I think (Not certain) we were looking at part of their Dolmar Collection including that Wankle. Truely unique machine and a brand with an technically interesting history..bet they have another option for firewood thats excellent too..maybe a trip there someday?\r

BTW Anyone notice that Wankle Sachs Dolmar Saw?? A true rotary engine wankle saw..really rare! Also some good Homelite Big Bore power in ion.as well as some amazing samples of McCullochs.\r

Also noticed The folks from Spencer Paving, (quick clip watching that Wankle) Awesome folks, always have some really crisp running Stihls. AND an amazing team as I witnessed a while back just destroying a wood pile into split firewood pile.thanks again!\r

Couldnt post the video footage I did of the drive to and from thru the Catskills.I had the RADIO on and therefore music was playing.copy right stuff..oh well! Cant post any tracks that I dont have the permission ...understandable..STILL learning this game! Lots of really great footage of the leaves turning color.that NO body will see! So I hacked it all out.
