    Ingredients: 2 fillets of grouperfish or hake, 4 slices of monkfish, 200 g of Norway lobster, 150 g of prawns, parsley, 1/2 glass of liquid cream, salt and pepper.
    For the broth: fish fumet, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 leek, 1 garlic, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 1 glass of white wine, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 liter and a half of water, salt and pepper.

    Loaded Baked Potato Soup

    6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 quart chicken broth
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 cup butter
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste

    1 cup cream or 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 cream
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    Garnish: chives, sour cream, bacon, and cheese

    Directions:

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large slow cooker and cook on high for
    4 hours or low for 8 hours (potatoes should be tender). Then you will
    need to mash potatoes until coarsely chopped and soup is slightly
    thickened. Stir in cream and cheese. Garnish with toppings.

    1lb ground chuck (80-20 fat)\r
    1 yellow onion, grated\r
    1 tsp garlic puree\r
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce\r

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients until they are well combine.\r
    Form six equal patties.\r
    Make an indent in the top of each patty to help them cook evenly.\r

    Ingredientes

    500 gramos de Pollo CHICKEN BREAST
    Harina suficiente para rebosar FLOUR
    2 dientes de ajo GARLIC
    ½ cucharada jengibre picado GINGER
    1- 2 tazas de jugo de naranja natural ORANJE JUICE
    4 cucharadas de salsa de soya SOY
    2 cucharadas de Maicena CORNSTARCH
    2 cebollines ONION
    2 pimientos de colores BELL PEPPER
    3 cucharadas de azúcar SUGAR

    PREPARACIÓN:
    REBOZA los trozos de pollo en harina.
    FRÍE el pollo en aceite hasta que se vea un poco dorado y reservar.
    FRÍE el ajo y jengibre finamente picado. Una vez que el ajo se dore agrega el cebollín picado.
    AGREGA el jugo de naranja y soya dejamos que hierva. Estos ingredientes te darán ese sabor agridulce que buscamos.
    MEZCLA la maicena con 3 cucharadas de agua, es muy importante que no tenga grumos. Agrega la maicena a nuestra salsa agridulce de naranja.
    AGREGA el pollo y pimientos y deja reducir la salsa agridulce de naranja.
    DISFRUTA de este pollo con salsa agridulce de naranja.

    500 gramos de camarón// 500 grams shrimp
    2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva// 2 tablespoons olive oil
    ½ cebolla, picada finamente// ½ onion chopped
    2 ajos, picados finamente // 2 garlic cloves
    1 chile poblano, en rajas // 1 poblano pepper
    1 cucharada de machaca// 1 tablespoon dried meat
    Pimienta al gusto
    Orégano seco // oregano
    10 tortillas de maíz // corn tortilla
    250 gramos de queso oaxaca // oaxaca cheese
    Cilantro picado // coriander
    Opcional: 1 tallo de apio picado //celery

    Preparación
    1. RETIRA la vena de los camarones, lava y corta en cubos.
    2. CALIENTA un sartén con el aceite y saltea en él, la cebolla y el ajo hasta que se acitrone.
    3. AGREGA los camarones, el chile serrano, (apio si así lo deseas) y las rajas de chile poblano. Revuelve y sazona con la machaca, pimienta y orégano.
    4. CALIENTA las tortillas y rellena; agrega el queso y cocina en sartén, comal o plancha hasta que estén dorados y el queso gratinado.
    5. SIRVE con salsa o guacamole y espolvorea cilantro picado.

  • Coliflor Empanada & Breaded Cauliflower

    Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    500 g of cauliflower divided into inflorescences
    rinse, fill with water
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1-2 cloves of garlic
    1 tablespoon of vinegar
    cook to medium soft (10-15 minutes)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk (120 ml) (adjust depending on the thickness of the dough)
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon of dried garlic
    1 tablespoon parsley or coriander (fresh)
    1 cup of flour (100-120 g)

    2kg Diced Lamb Shoulder or Leg\r

    2 diced onions\r
    1 tbsp salt\r
    1 tbsp oregano\r
    1/2 tbsp black pepper\r
    1 heaped tbsp tomato paste\r
    1 tbsp crushed garlic\r
    1/2 handful chopped parsley\r
    1/2 cup vegetable oil\r
    1/2 cup pomegranate juice\r
    1 tbsp sweet paprika\r
    2 tbsp dry wine (chardonnay works best)\r
    2 tbsp lime juice\r

    Mix well, add to meat and mix throughout so well combined. Refridgerate at least 4 hours or over night, then grill or pan fry :)

    Ingredientes:

    500 gramos de camarón// 500 grams shrimp
    2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva// 2 tablespoons olive oil
    ½ cebolla, picada finamente// ½ onion chopped
    2 ajos, picados finamente // 2 garlic cloves
    1 chile poblano, en rajas // 1 poblano pepper
    1 cucharada de machaca// 1 tablespoon dried meat
    Pimienta al gusto
    Orégano seco // oregano
    10 tortillas de maíz // corn tortilla
    250 gramos de queso oaxaca // oaxaca cheese
    Cilantro picado // coriander
    Opcional: 1 tallo de apio picado //celery

    Preparación
    1. RETIRA la vena de los camarones, lava y corta en cubos.
    2. CALIENTA un sartén con el aceite y saltea en él, la cebolla y el ajo hasta que se acitrone.
    3. AGREGA los camarones, el chile serrano, (apio si así lo deseas) y las rajas de chile poblano. Revuelve y sazona con la machaca, pimienta y orégano.
    4. CALIENTA las tortillas y rellena; agrega el queso y cocina en sartén, comal o plancha hasta que estén dorados y el queso gratinado.
    5. SIRVE con salsa o guacamole y espolvorea cilantro picado.

  • COMO HACER EL MEJOR POLLO CHINO

    Ingredientes

    500 gramos de Pollo CHICKEN BREAST
    Harina suficiente para rebosar FLOUR
    2 dientes de ajo GARLIC
    ½ cucharada jengibre picado GINGER
    1- 2 tazas de jugo de naranja natural ORANJE JUICE
    4 cucharadas de salsa de soya SOY
    2 cucharadas de Maicena CORNSTARCH
    2 cebollines ONION
    2 pimientos de colores BELL PEPPER
    3 cucharadas de azúcar SUGAR

    PREPARACIÓN:
    REBOZA los trozos de pollo en harina.
    FRÍE el pollo en aceite hasta que se vea un poco dorado y reservar.
    FRÍE el ajo y jengibre finamente picado. Una vez que el ajo se dore agrega el cebollín picado.
    AGREGA el jugo de naranja y soya dejamos que hierva. Estos ingredientes te darán ese sabor agridulce que buscamos.
    MEZCLA la maicena con 3 cucharadas de agua, es muy importante que no tenga grumos. Agrega la maicena a nuestra salsa agridulce de naranja.
    AGREGA el pollo y pimientos y deja reducir la salsa agridulce de naranja.
    DISFRUTA de este pollo con salsa agridulce de naranja.

    Ingredientes
    · 1 kilo de lomo de cerdo 1 KILO OF PORK TENDERLOIN
    · 2 cucharaditas de sal 2 TEASPOONS OF SALT
    · 1 cucharadita de pimienta 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
    · 4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal 4 TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE OIL
    Relleno
    · 4 plátanos machos cortados en cuartos 4 PLANTAINS
    · 5 rebanadas de queso manchego 5 SLICES OF MANCHEGO CHEESE
    · 1 cucharada de aceite vegetal 1 TABLESPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL
    · 1 cucharadita de mantequilla 1 TEASPOON OF BUTTER
    · 1 cucharadita de sal 1 TEASPOON OF SALT
    · 1 cucharadita de pimienta 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
    Salsa /gravy
    · 2 dientes de ajo rallados 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
    · ¼ cebolla rallada ¼ ONION
    · 2 cucharadas de mantequilla 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
    · ½ cucharada de aceite vegetal ½ TABLESPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL
    · ½ taza de jarabe de maple ½ CUP OF MAPLE SYRUP
    · 1 ½ taza de caldo de pollo 1 ½ OF CHICKEN STOCK
    · 3 cucharadas de fécula de maíz 3 TABLESPOONS OF CORNSTARCH

    Preparación
    1. CUECE los plátanos machos en agua hirviendo con un poco de sal por 15 minutos; drena el agua, pélalos y machácalos.
    2. AGREGA sal, pimienta y la mantequilla a los plátanos y déjalos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
    3. CORTA el lomo de cerdo por la mitad para que quede abierto y lo puedas rellenar; sazónalo con sal y pimienta por ambos lados.
    4. ESPARCE el puré de plátano sobre el lomo de cerdo y encima agrega las rebanadas de queso manchego; enrolla el lomo y asegúralos con palillos o hilo de caña.
    5. COLOCA el lomo en una charola para horno y hornea a 200°C por 35 minutos o hasta que la temperatura interior marque 70°C.
    6. RETIRA el lomo del horno, transfiérelo a un platón y cúbrelo con papel aluminio.
    7. COLOCA la charola donde se horneo el lomo sobre la estufa y agrega la mantequilla, el aceite vegetal la cebolla y el ajo; sofríe por dos minutos.
    8. AGREGA la maicena y cocínala por dos minutos más. Añade el caldo de pollo y la miel maple; cocina a fuego medio por cuatro minutos hasta que espese ligeramente.
    9. BAÑA el lomo de cerdo relleno de plátano y queso con un poco del gravy y sirve el resto en una salsera.

    Okay, so technically this recipe should ually be called Shawarma-Style Chicken. True shawarma is cooked with stacked, spice-marinated meats lamb, turkey, chicken, beef, or a mix of meats on a vertical spit. \r

    The shawarma turns and cooks on the spit for hours and hours, basted in fat and its own juices. Fat = flavor = tasty, amazing shawarma. Thin slices of meat are shaved from the surface and served, either on their own or tucked inside a warm flatbread, topped with tahini or garlic sauce. Shawarma is one of lifes great pleasures.\r

    Ive been trying to replicate the flavor of shawarma at home for months, playing with different spice combinations and cooking methods. At first I tried buying premade shawarma spice blends from the Middle Eastern markets, but none of them made my mouth happy. I needed more spice, more flavor, more oomph. So I began to experiment. Then finally, last week, I nailed it.\r

    This recipe is probably as close as Ill ever come to making shawarma at home. My family says its even better than the shawarma at our local Lebanese restaurant. \r

    You have two choices for cooking this recipe in the oven or on the grill. To be honest both cooking methods taste great, there really isnt a big difference between the two. \r

    I use boneless skinless chicken meat (a combination of dark and light meat) in the recipe. Shawarma gets a lot of its flavor from the meat fat that it is basted in. Ive replaced the flavor of the skin fat with olive oil, including a final saute in olive oil prior to serving. \r

    It may seem strange to saute meat that has already been cooked, but youre going to have to trust me on this one. The extra saute adds a ton of flavor and really gives it a shawarma-like texture that cant be replicated in the oven or on the grill. \r

    If youre trying to cut down on your oil intake you dont need to do the extra saute, it will save you 2 tablespoons of olive oil… it wont taste exly like shawarma, but it will be yummy. But please, dont replace the chicken thighs with breast meat. \r

    This dish really needs some dark meat in it to make it taste great. You can make it with all chicken thighs, if you prefer (I ually love it that way), but dont sub all chicken breast. Pretty please.\r

    Ingredientes
    · 1 kilo de lomo de cerdo 1 KILO OF PORK TENDERLOIN
    · 2 cucharaditas de sal 2 TEASPOONS OF SALT
    · 1 cucharadita de pimienta 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
    · 4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal 4 TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE OIL
    Relleno
    · 4 plátanos machos cortados en cuartos 4 PLANTAINS
    · 5 rebanadas de queso manchego 5 SLICES OF MANCHEGO CHEESE
    · 1 cucharada de aceite vegetal 1 TABLESPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL
    · 1 cucharadita de mantequilla 1 TEASPOON OF BUTTER
    · 1 cucharadita de sal 1 TEASPOON OF SALT
    · 1 cucharadita de pimienta 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
    Salsa /gravy
    · 2 dientes de ajo rallados 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
    · ¼ cebolla rallada ¼ ONION
    · 2 cucharadas de mantequilla 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
    · ½ cucharada de aceite vegetal ½ TABLESPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL
    · ½ taza de jarabe de maple ½ CUP OF MAPLE SYRUP
    · 1 ½ taza de caldo de pollo 1 ½ OF CHICKEN STOCK
    · 3 cucharadas de fécula de maíz 3 TABLESPOONS OF CORNSTARCH

    Preparación
    1. CUECE los plátanos machos en agua hirviendo con un poco de sal por 15 minutos; drena el agua, pélalos y machácalos.
    2. AGREGA sal, pimienta y la mantequilla a los plátanos y déjalos enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
    3. CORTA el lomo de cerdo por la mitad para que quede abierto y lo puedas rellenar; sazónalo con sal y pimienta por ambos lados.
    4. ESPARCE el puré de plátano sobre el lomo de cerdo y encima agrega las rebanadas de queso manchego; enrolla el lomo y asegúralos con palillos o hilo de caña.
    5. COLOCA el lomo en una charola para horno y hornea a 200°C por 35 minutos o hasta que la temperatura interior marque 70°C.
    6. RETIRA el lomo del horno, transfiérelo a un platón y cúbrelo con papel aluminio.
    7. COLOCA la charola donde se horneo el lomo sobre la estufa y agrega la mantequilla, el aceite vegetal la cebolla y el ajo; sofríe por dos minutos.
    8. AGREGA la maicena y cocínala por dos minutos más. Añade el caldo de pollo y la miel maple; cocina a fuego medio por cuatro minutos hasta que espese ligeramente.
    9. BAÑA el lomo de cerdo relleno de plátano y queso con un poco del gravy y sirve el resto en una salsera.
