Ingredientes: 2 cucharadas jugo de limón, 1 diente ajo, 2 cucharada azúcar, 1/2 cucharada sal, 2 cucharada aceite de cacahuate, 3/4 taza leche de coco, 3 tazas agua, 120 gr noodles de arroz o spaguetti, 200 gr ejotes, 1 pepino pelado, 1 zanahoria, 1 mango manila, 10 hojas de menta, 1 taza nueces de la india. Cebollas en salmuera, 1 cebolla morada, 3 cucharada vinagre de sidra o vino blanco, 1 a 2 cucharadas azúcar o miel de agave, sal.

Call me old fashioned, but if youre gunna have a cookout, picnic or friendly gathering of some sort, youre gunna need a big bowl of tater salad to serve the guests along with the main dish. \r

Hot dogs, hamburgers, fried chicken and the like need a generous helping of tater salad and baked beans on the side to count as a complete meal. \r

2 lbs. - Taters\r
4 - Boiled eggs\r
1/2 cup - Mayonnaise\r
1/3 cup - Mustard\r
1/2 cup - Pickle relish\r

500 g potatoes, diced

150 g frozen green peas
Boil 3 eggs
Bring the water to the boil, season with salt
After boiling the water again, cook the vegetables for 5 minutes
150 g white yogurt
1-2 teaspoons of mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt to taste

Ingredientes: ¼ t couscous dependiendo de la marca de couscouschecar cuanta agua se necesita, 1-1/2 c pimiento verde en brunoise, 1-1/2 c pimiento rojo en brunoise, ¼ t cebolla morada picada, ½ t jugo de limón, 4 c aceite de oliva, 1 c aceite, 4 pechugas de pollo en fajitas, 1/3 t jugo de limón, ¼ t vinagre de arroz, 2 c mostaza con granos (mostaza antigua), 2 c miel, 2 c soya, lechugas varias, 1 t arúgula, 1 mango rebanado finamente.

Ingredientes: 250 gr de lentejas lavadas, 2 hojas de laurel, 2 dientes de ajo, 1 pimiento amarillo, 1 pimiento rojo, 1/2 taza zanahoria, 1/2 taza jitomate, 1/4 taza aceitunas kalamata, 1/4 taza cebolla morada, 1/4 taza perejil, 1/4 taza vinagre de vino tinto, 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta.

Classic Beef Burgers\r
1lb ground chuck (80-20 fat)\r
1 yellow onion, grated\r
1 tsp garlic puree\r
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce\r
salt and pepper\r

In a large bowl mix all ingredients until they are well combine.\r
Form six equal patties.\r
Make an indent in the top of each patty to help them cook evenly.\r
Grill burgers until they have reached your desired doneness.\r
Garnish with lettuce, onion, tomato.\r

1 red bell pepper, chopped\r
1 orange bell pepper, chopped\r
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped\r
1 small red onion, chopped\r
1 green zucchini, chopped\r

Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.\r
Place vegetables on skewers.\r
Coat each skewer with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper.\r
Grill skewers, flipping frequently, until vegetables are soft and theyve developed light char marks.\r

2 19oz cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained\r
3 carrots, shredded\r
1 head broccoli, cut into small florets\r
1 English cucumber, diced\r
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved\r

3 tbsp white wine vinegar\r
3 tbsp olive oil\r
salt and pepper\r

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.\r
Refrigerate for at least an hour before to let flavors combine.\r

4oz coconut rum\r
1 lemon, juiced\r
2 tbsp blueberry jam\r
½ cup blueberries\r
soda water\r

Distribute blueberries evenly in four glasses.\r
In a blender combine coconut rum, lemon juice and blueberry jam.\r
Pour a quarter of the rum mixture into each glass.\r
Top with soda water.\r

Cabbage - 1/4 (Finely Chopped)\r
Eno Fruit Salt - 1 1/2 tsp\r

The preparation of instant idli recipe\r
Mix suji and curd well in a mixing bowl\r
Add all vegetables and salt in the mixture and mix well\r
Add water to make the consistency of mixture like idli batter\r
Allow the batter to rest for 10-15 minutes\r
Grease the idli trays with oil.\r
Add Eno and mix well and put the mixture on the tray\r
Arrange the trays so that steam can flow to all tray\r
Boil water in cooker and put idli tray in the cooker\r

Finally, Im going to share with you how I make sauerkraut at home in a jar using very simple ingredients and a few basic tools. The benefits of sauerkraut are endless: probiotic beria, improved stomach acid production, better nutrient absorption, less bloating clearer skin, better mood, etc. Sauerkraut is also a great source of vitamin C, which is brilliant news for those who dont eat a lot of fruit. \r

Heres what youll need to make sauerkraut at home:\r
2 small cabbages (or around 1.1kg/2.5lb)\r
1.5 tbsp Himalaya salt or sea salt\r
1 tbsp caraway seeds (optional)\r
2 tbsp cranberries (optional)\r
Also a 2-quart jar (2 litres), 2 smaller jars to use as weights, a big bowl, some kitchen paper towel, and an elastic.\r

Ingredientes: Pastel: 2 t harina cernida, 1 c polvo de hornear, 1 c bicarbonato, ½ c sal, 112 g mantequilla suavizada, 1 t azúcar, 1 c vainilla, 2 huevos, 1 t buttermilk. Frutos del bosque: ½ t sherry (licor), ½ t azúcar, 4 t frutas del bosque (fresas, zarzamoras, frambuesas, moras azules). Crema / relleno: 240 g queso mascarpone, 1 t crema para batir, ¼ t azúcar. Adorno: azúcar glass.

Traditional medical price has been based on this time-tested remedy for hair regrowth. The sulfur content increases the production of collagen and helps hair grow. Both onion and garlic are Rick sulfur and can serve as a starting point to regrow hair.\r
Chop an onion finely and squeeze the juice. Apply the juice to your scalp for about 15 minutes and then wash gently.\r

Coconut oil\r

Grind the amla fruit juice and capture. Add 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed equal parts lemon juice and mix well. Apply this on the scalp and leave it on until it dries. Follow this with a gentle rinse with hot water.\r

Lemon essential oil and castor oil\r

Combine 8 tablespoons of castor oil and a tablespoon of lemon essential oil in a glass bottle. Shake to promote optimum mixture. Apply this on the scalp and work in a small amount with your fingers. Massage for a total of two minutes and then allowed to stand the mixture for 15 minutes. Follow by a shampoo and rinse with cold water. Repeat daily or as often as you want. *2 whole Boneless Chicken Large Breast\r
*6-8 Pita Bread \r
*1/2 tsp Black cardamom powder\r
*2 tsp Garam Masala Powder\r
*1 tsp Black pepper powder\r
*2 tbsp Minced garlic or finely chopped Garlic\r
*2 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd\r
*3 tsp Olive oil or Vegetable Oil\r
*1 tsp Red chilli powder\r
*2 tbsp Malt vinegar, Apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar\r

Okay, so technically this recipe should ually be called Shawarma-Style Chicken. True shawarma is cooked with stacked, spice-marinated meats lamb, turkey, chicken, beef, or a mix of meats on a vertical spit. \r
\r
The shawarma turns and cooks on the spit for hours and hours, basted in fat and its own juices. Fat = flavor = tasty, amazing shawarma. Thin slices of meat are shaved from the surface and served, either on their own or tucked inside a warm flatbread, topped with tahini or garlic sauce. Shawarma is one of lifes great pleasures.\r

Ive been trying to replicate the flavor of shawarma at home for months, playing with different spice combinations and cooking methods. At first I tried buying premade shawarma spice blends from the Middle Eastern markets, but none of them made my mouth happy. I needed more spice, more flavor, more oomph. So I began to experiment. Then finally, last week, I nailed it.\r

This recipe is probably as close as Ill ever come to making shawarma at home. My family says its even better than the shawarma at our local Lebanese restaurant. \r
\r
You have two choices for cooking this recipe in the oven or on the grill. To be honest both cooking methods taste great, there really isnt a big difference between the two. \r
\r
I use boneless skinless chicken meat (a combination of dark and light meat) in the recipe. Shawarma gets a lot of its flavor from the meat fat that it is basted in. Ive replaced the flavor of the skin fat with olive oil, including a final saute in olive oil prior to serving. \r
\r
It may seem strange to saute meat that has already been cooked, but youre going to have to trust me on this one. The extra saute adds a ton of flavor and really gives it a shawarma-like texture that cant be replicated in the oven or on the grill. \r
\r
If youre trying to cut down on your oil intake you dont need to do the extra saute, it will save you 2 tablespoons of olive oil… it wont taste exly like shawarma, but it will be yummy. But please, dont replace the chicken thighs with breast meat. \r
\r
This dish really needs some dark meat in it to make it taste great. You can make it with all chicken thighs, if you prefer (I ually love it that way), but dont sub all chicken breast. Pretty please.\r
