In this video I will reveal what could be lurking behind your most common foot problems. \r
I will also show you what it may mean about your general health and what you can do about it\r
Lets get straight into it\r
No 1. Sudden Hair loss on the feet and toes\r
What this might mean is you have Serious circulation problems\r
You may think not having hair on your toes is a good thing especially during sandal season, but having hair on your toes is ually a good thing. \r
Get it checked out \r
Sudden baldness can be a sign that your feet arent getting enough blood flow to sustain hair growth. Expect your doctor to check for a pulse in your feet, which is an indication that your heart may not be able to pump enough blood to your feet.\r
2. You feel Frequent foot cramping\r
What this may mean is your suffering from either Dehydration or nutritional deficiencies\r
Randomly occurring cramps are extremely common in the feet so dont get too worried. They can be as serious as circulation and nerve issues, or as harmless as a nutritional deficiency.\r
If youre exercising, be sure to drink plenty of water, since dehydration often leads to muscle cramping. You might also try upping your intake of potassium, magnesium, and calcium (with your doctors go-ahead, of course), since their deficiencies make cramps more common. \r
Or you may like to try For relief, soaking your feet in a warm foot bath and stretching your toes toward your nose, not pointing down.\r
If the cramps dont let up, see your doctor who can test for circulation issues or nerve damage.\r
3. A sore that wont heal\r
What this may mean – well its probably a sore thats taking time to heal but it could also mean Diabetes or skin cancer\r
Stubborn sores are red flags for diabetes. \r
Uncontrolled glucose levels in the blood can lead to nerve damage all the way down to your feet, which means any cuts, sores, or scrapes can come and go without you ever feeling it. If infection sets in you could be in trouble.\r
A non-healing wound can also be a sign of skin cancer. Melanoma can pop up anywhere on your body—even in between your toes—so be sure to include your feet in your regular skin checks. (Brush up on your mole-detecting skills here.)\r
4. constantly cold feet\r
What this may mean: Hypothyroidism\r
Hypothyroidism is the most common cause of feet that just cant get warm. And if youre over 40, you could be living with a sluggish thyroid without even knowing it. \r
Unfortunately, cold feet are the least of your problems—hypothyroidism can also cause hair loss, fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and depression. Get your feet feeling toasty again by heading to your doctor for a simple blood test, and youll start warming up shortly after starting the daily medication.\r
5. A Sudden enlarged big toe\r
What it might mean: Gout or other inflammatory issue\r
if you The sudden onset of a red, hot, swollen, or painful joint then get immediate medical attention,”. \r
It may be nothng or it maybe something more serious such as gout, inflammatory arthritis, infection, or trauma.\r
6. Bunions\r
What it might mean: An Inherited faulty foot structure\r
If you thought your bunions were caused exclusively by a closet full of gorgeous (yet restrictive and often painful) shoes, you can stop blaming the boutique. Bunions are ually a sign of a flawed foot structure thats often inherited and aggravated by inappropriate shoes. \r
7. Heel pain especially in the morning\r
What it might mean: Plantar fasciitis\r
You cant mistake it—that sharp pain in the bottom of the heel when you get out of bed or stand up from a chair. Its a strain of the ligament that supports the arch of the foot.\r
whether you did it by wearing too-tight shoes, walking in flip-flops, or wearing worn-out workout trainers, the longer you let it go, the longer it takes to heal. \r
Your podiatrist will probably tell you to ease up on walking at first, rethink your footwear, and adopt a good stretching routine.\r
8. Flaky, itchy, or peeling skin\r
What this may mean: a Fungal infection\r
Even if youre never donned an athletic jersey in your life, you could still be walking around with athletes foot—which is basically a fungal infection. \r

GTA V - Hordes with Riot Mod (Airfields and Hospital Shootout)
[ENG] Ped Riot Mode mod for GTA V (PC) has been updated by the creator, Trumple, with new features. What this mod does is, basically, spawning lots of random peds with random weapons fighting each other and also attacking the player, recreating a chaotic battlefield on San Andreas.
The new features include changing some options, like the rioter peds weapons, if we can be chased by the police during the riot, and also, we can activate an option to disable the fight between the peds, so they'll focus on the player.
This epic feature performs a new kind of gameplay: HORDE MODE!!! What means, you'll be chased by lot of random attackers, so you can cover somewhere and defend yourself, or any property, building or something you want.
On this video, i made 3 examples: 2 airfields (the big one near Sandy Shores and the McKenzie Airfield) and the hospital near the first Franklin's house. With this mod, those epic shootouts can be done, and i think we also can have the first zombie mod with this, but it's needed to change the peds behaviour, so they don't run away if you show a gun.

Lo que en principio hace este mod es hacer aparecer muchos personajes por todas partes, que lucharán entre ellos y también atacarán al jugador, recreando un caótico campo de batalla en San Andreas.
Entre las nuevas características se incluye el poder cambiar algunas opciones, como las armas que llevarán los personajes que aparecerán con este mod, así como activar o desactivar el que la policía pueda seguirnos. Pero también hay otra nueva opción, que es el hacer que los personajes, en lugar de luchar entre ellos, se unan bajo un único frente y luchen únicamente contra el jugador.
Con esta función tan épica conseguimos un nuevo modo de juego: EL MODO HORDA. Esto significa que un montón de atacantes aleatorios vendrán a por nosotros, y podemos atrincherarnos en algún sitio para defendernos, o para defender alguna propiedad, edificio, posición o cualquier otra cosa que se nos ocurra.
En este vídeo muestro dos ejemplos: 2 aeródromos (el grande que está al lado de Sandy Shores y el de McKenzie), y el hospital que está más cerca de la casa inicial de Franklin. En teoría, con este mod y estas configuraciones también se podría hacer el primer mod de zombies del juego, pero haría falta también cambiar mediante scripts el comportamiento de los personajes que aparecen, porque por defecto huyen cuando sacamos un arma.

Hello and welcome to Lego Loft. Im stacks and today weve been to the LEGO Store to buy some more Lego! Weve had another trip to the LEGO Store and weve picked up not one, not two, not three but four pick a brick cups and weve also got a build a minifigure pack and one of these pirate sets, thats our second one. In 1. So this is Pipers first cup. Ill get these pieces out, lets see what hes got. Stay on the table, please stay on the table Lego. Right, I instructed piper to get me plenty of roof slopes cause I like building roofs out of roof slopes. We only got them in 2 by 4, theres no smaller ones or corner pieces which is a bit annoying. I want more variety, come on Lego Store. Weve got them in red and black. I saw these green bricks and I like this green colour. I though Im going to build a green wall, I said Piper, get me some of them green pieces He got 4. Thats going to be a really small wall. We go some of these tail fins for planes. He got trans yellow studs and 1 by 1 trans clear plates. Lets get it in the box. Tidy up. I hope all you kids at home tidy your Lego when youre finished playing with it, that means you should never tidy it because you should never finish playing with it. You should always play with your Lego, I do. In 2. This is my selection of Lego elements. Ive got some green plates. What else? I see some yellow jumpers. I can see some big bricky bits, light blue 2 by 4 bricks. Also white orange and red. We got 1 by 4 brown brick. 2 by 2 tan and orange tiles. Plates here, 2 by 8 plate. 1 by 8 tile in red. White grate bits, theyre Gr-r-reat. Number 3. Pipers second lot of Lego. This one looks like its gonna be messy. Orange tiles again. Its going everywhere, careful! Stay put Lego. Dont roll off the table. These cylinder pieces have a mind of their own. Are you staying still? Okay, theyre staying still, lets do it. Weve got these white fence pieces. Loads of studs. And finally. This is the last pick a brick cup of the day. Its got some sticky tape, get off of my fingers. Lets open it up. Weve got some 1 by 4 white arch pieces, but thats not all. Nice selection. White doors in frames. Flowers, white, red and pink and green stems. Im obsessed with 2 by 2 by 2 light grey slopes. More tan tile and 1 by 2 purple tiles. Green bumper pieces and 2 by 1 curved slopes. And wheel pieces. Did you know That LEGO are the worlds largest manufurer of tyres, thats crazy but awesome. Got some of these windscreen (windshield) pieces for cars. weve got a crate and inside Ive put some ruby red gemstones. Green headlight bricks and trans orange cheese slopes. This is all of the pick a brick haul. That is tons of Lego, fifty pounds worth. we only got 2 minifigures even though its a 3 pack. We were very naughty and stuffed loads of extra accessories in there hoping wed get away with it. We did get away with it I dont think they wanted to complain since we spent a lot of money. A top hat, some blue plates, stuck together heads. We wanted more faces. Weve got some seagulls, blond hair. A printed piece, I dont know what it is but I like printed pieces so I got it. A scorpion, frying pan, a long bone. Weve got a gold piece which is in the form of a crystal. We got goggles. Indian Almond (Catappa) Leaves in an Aquarium - Shrimp Saturday

Its shrimp Saturday which means another information packed video dedicated to freshwater shrimp breeding in aquariums. Todays topic is Indian Almond Leaves, also known as Catappa Leaves. Im running a special on the Imdian Almond Leaves this week. \r

So, onto Indian Almond Leaves in the aquarium, mainly in freshwater shrimp tanks. I want to go over some quick points and cover them all in the video: origins of Indian almond leaves, their benefits and uses in the aquarium, how many to use for freshwater shrimp and how long the Indian Almond Leaves last. \r
\r
First off, Indians Almond Leaves originated in South East Asia. They were originally used by betta breeders to condition them to spawn. They also used them in their hospital tanks to get the fish back to health. \r
\r
Now, what are Indian Almond Leaves used for. The uses are listed in order of importance in my opinion. \r
\r
The first most important use for Indian Almond Leaves in the aquarium is for trace minerals and other beneficial compounds. In nature, shrimp originate from slow moving river in forests. It is safe to say that leaves do fall into the the river and will decay over time. These leaves release tons of minerals and compounds into the river. In an aquarium, we use over filtered drinking water. Many trace elements are missing that shrimp need to thrive. By adding Indian Almond Leaves to the aquarium, the shrimp start to receive these necessary mineral and it opens the door to really allow them to thrive. \r
\r
The second most important use for Indian Almond Leaves is for a natural food source for shrimp. Infusoria (micro-organisms) breakdown the leaf in the aquarium. This process usually takes a month to accomplish. The infusoria are a natural food source for shrimp and shrimplets (baby shrimp). Therefore, Indian Almond Leaves are essential to creating a stable environment for freshwater shrimp to breed. \r
\r
Indian Almond Leaves are pumped full of anti-fungal properties to prevent die off in nature. These properties and compounds are believe to be released into the water column of an aquarium as the leaf breaks down. With that being said, many hobbyists (like myself) believe that Indian Almond Leaves help fight off berial and fungal infections in shrimp. \r
\r
These three reason above are enough reason to begin using Indian Almond Leaves in your aquarium for freshwater shrimp. The leaves provide trace minerals and compound, a natural food source and provide anti-fungal an anti-berial properties to an aquarium. Although, this is not all they do: \r
\r
Indian Almond leaves will also help to lower the ph of an aquarium. How much they lower ph depends on the level of kh (carbonate hardness) in the aquarium. The higher the kh, the harder it will be to lower the ph meaning itll take more leaves. \r
\r
The only downfall to Indian Almond leaves is that they do change the color of the water to a tea color. Hobbyists that like clear water will not like this. Also, some find the leaves sore on the eye and do not prefer to use them for this reason. \r
\r
The dosage of Indian Almond Leaves for shrimp tanks is simple, one leaf (6 to 8 in) per 20 gallons of water. Add a new leaf as one begins to decay. This will usually occur after 2-4 weeks. For larger tanks with higher loads of shrimp, add more leaves as necessary. \r
\r

In thisof STREET FOOD KOREA, Marie and I check out these delicious Ddeokgalbi Meatballs on the streets of Myeong-dong! Very tasty balls! LOL\r

Along the main street in the famous Myeong-dong shopping district, you can find many street food vendors selling unique, tasty, and eye-catching street foods!\r
\r
In this video, Marie and I try out some Ddeokgalbi Meatballs (떡갈비완자). Galbi is ually beef ribs. These meatballs are beef rib meat, which has been minced, and then mixed with seasonings, vegetables and then formed into a ball. Ddeok ually means rice cake. But theres no rice cake in these meatballs. The name comes from the way the balls are made, very similar in how rice balls are formed by hand into various shapes. \r
\r
We decided to try the spicy meatballs. You can also get a non-spicy version. The meatballs are put on a skewer, and then the customer can put on various creme sauces, like ranch or dill. These sauces help to calm the spiciness, in the same way that buffalo hot wings can come with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side. \r
\r
Marie and I were very impressed with the flavor of these meatballs! They were very tasty balls! lol No kidding! Id go back and put those balls in my mouth any day. And for 3,000 Won for 5 meatballs, its a really good deal!\r
\r

When changing up gear you would normally come off gas, press down the clutch, change gear, release the clutch gently and then back on gas.\r

To change down gear try using a slight amount of gas as you raise the clutch as this can result in a smooth gear change. \r

You would normally have to change down gears once you have slowed down and then youd have to change to a gear that matched your speed or you could change down if you need more power to overtake. You can also block gear change, for example 3rd to 1st. It basically means skipping gears. Its possible to do this changing up gear as long as you have enough speed for that gear.\r

When to change up gears in a manual car:\r
Speed up first and build up momentum and then you can change gear. Over revving your car can use up more fuel. If youre going uphill or you have extra weight in your car then make sure that you speed up a little extra first before changing up gears.\r

You can stop in any gear, but if you want to move off again then make sure youre in 1st gear or the car could stall (switch off).\r

Make sure youre prepared for whats ahead in in the correct gear. If youre about to turn or go onto a roundabout then slow down and change down gear before.\r

Low gears are best for steep hills as offer the most amount of torque. If youre driving uphill then make sure you speed up and build up momentum before changing up gear or the car will slow down and possibly stall.\r
