Tribute to Steve Jobs, 1955-2011 by NMA

We at Next Media Animation mourn his passing and celebrate his life. Our thoughts are with his family and his four young children.

Apple and Steve Jobs have featured prominently in our animations. This was not due to enmity or ill will. It was because we admired him. We admired the way he could capture so many of our imaginations.

Steve Jobs made the world fall in love with and embrace technology. Much of what Next Media Animation does -- indeed what any media company does -- would be impossible were it not for Steve Jobs.

He impacted how animation gets made. How it gets edited. How its get delivered and viewed all over the world. For that we are deeply grateful.

We will miss animating you, Steve. Thanks so very much.

I play these games with the specific purpose of showing how the more average gamer beats games. and really what is necessary for said gamer to beat such games. Im cheap, because cheap is fun, and for the average gamer, youve gotta be cheap sometimes. \r

Minnie is near useless, the extra firepower does allow you to cheap beat two bosses, but still useless. If she falls into a hole, and you dont, you die. If she gets captured by an owl, you cant beat the level until you find her, which is a pain. Minnie is there to fuck your game up. \r

This looks like a kids game, but its surprisingly difficult in places, its no castlevania, but you get the idea. The game is cheap, very cheap. Enemies in stages can be impossible to avoid. You can go to another room and an enemy spawn on top of you and attack you. Games like these, is why I feel no guilt in playing cheap, because they are fucking cheap. You may have your own opinion, but I dont consider this a fun game. And speaking of cheap, the two deaths on the last level were intentional to make sure I had full health.\r
