Arcus has been a vagabond who travels from city to city for all of his life. He once settled down in The Imperial City for a brief period, where he joined the Cyrodiil branch of the Thieves Guild. While fundamentally a thief at heart, his modus operandi is a little less subtle than the archetypal sneak-thief. Arcus would rather blow a lock than waste time messing around with fiddley lockpicks, and he would rather loot your corpse after hes just stabbed you in the back, than attempt to nimbly pick your pockets. A true Imperial at heart, he is silver tongued and an expert at talking his way into and out of trouble. Although his style of thievery is very reckless, it is not lacking in skill and cunning. Arcus is an expert in infiltration, subterfuge, and setting elaborate traps to even the odds when facing multiple opponents. Arcus is a heartless and ruthless man who plays by his own rules at all times, and has no sense of honour or allegiance to anyone but himself. If you have something that this scoundrel wants, you better make damn sure to watch your back and double check the shadows.\r
Arcus repeatedly broke the code of the Guild during his short stay in the Cyrodiil capital. It was his rebellious nature and dishonourable ions that ultimately led to him being kicked out of the Thieves Guild. With his options exhausted in Cyrodiil, Arcus has now made his way to Skyrim in an opportunistic attempt to profit from the chaos brought about by the Civil War. \r
