Arms strength: this exercises are focus on strengthening the muscles involved in the pushing actions of the arms, the push-ups with bent knees are easier than the same exercise with straight legs, the next step is to perform the push-ups with full extension of the legs. The push-ups in pike position are very useful in the first part of the forward roll this same exercise can also be performed in a wall.
Abdominal Strength: the abdominal exercises are focused on developing the strength in the muscles that flex the lumbar spine, this exercise should be performed by throwing forward the arms.
Legs Strength: the exercises of the legs are focused on developing the strength in the muscles involved in the jumping actions and the bouncing actions, this exercises mimic the first and the last part of the exercise, since early stages we must learn how to jump and to bounce.
Flexibility: this exercises develop the flexibility in the neck and the hip joint, and and also the stretching feature of the muscles that opposed to the tucking of the body
Methodology: the first step is to lean forward and backwards, after that we should touch the ground with our feet and then we start to touch the ground with our hands, this exercise help with the first part of the forward roll these are the basic exercises for the forward roll.

They are gentle exercises and stretches you can do everyday to improve your foot flexibility and strength as well as prevent injury and improve your posture, balance, and health overall. Maintaining healthy fit feet is crucial to your health! Take care of your feet, they do a lot for you. like allow you to stand and walk! haha :) If youre here just to improve the look of your feet for dance, thats fine too! Nicely pointed feet will lengthen your lines! :) I will say that having good arches for dance comes easier when you have the right genes for it, but that doesnt mean you cant improve the look of your own feet. My feet would not be nearly as good if I didnt work them out and stretch them every single day. Just dont forget about them :) I have worked hard to improve my feet and have always been keen on having higher arches for ballet. There are different names for the circus exercises around the world, please tell me the different names you have heard.
A gymnastic or circus exercise device consisting of a horizontal bar suspended at its ends by two parallel cords is a calisthenics or calisthenics workout because it is a body weight training or bodyweight training.
A trapeze artist is a circus performer who performs acrobatics on the trapeze. The trapeze artists are one of the classic performances of the circus and included among the circus arts. The acts of the trapeze artist are highly appreciated by the public for their risk and spectacularity.
The traditional work of the trapeze artist is to perform pirouettes of increasing difficulty on the trapeze as it swings. Some of the most common acrobatics are:
• Turn around for a moment suspended in the air or held by a hand
• Flip vertically around the trapezoid
• Balancing without feet or hands supported only by the torso
• Stay face down on the sides of the trapezoid
• Be subject only to the insteps.
The number with two trapezes is much more colorful and spectacular. In it participate at least two trapeze artists one in each trapecio of which one always balances upside down and the other does pirouettes in the air to be picked up by the first one. Past simple and past continuous grammar lesson. In this lesson I am going to show how to use and form both the past simple & the past continuous and how to keep them apart.\r

Take a look at these sentences:\r

I watched the telly last night.\r
I was watching the telly last night.\r
\r
The first sentences contains a past simple, the second sentence is in the past continuous. In this lesson Im going to show you how to form a past simple and how to form a past continuous and when to use past simple andwhen to use a past continuous and more important the difference between the two. First we are going to take a look at how to form these past tenses. As you might know in the English language we have regular and irregular verbs. And this this is important to remember when forming a past simple. To make a past simple for the regular verbs, we use the base form of the verb and add ed.\r

For example:\r
He worked late last night\r
\r
\r
The irregular verbs have their own and unique past tense so you need to study those carefully.\r
I bought a new t-shirt yesterday.\r
The infinitive form of the verb bought is to buy. With the past continuous\r
we do not need to worry about regular and irregular verbs. Because all verbs that take a past continous whether theyre regular or irregular, are formed by using was or were, the past tenses of the verb to be, and the base form of the verb and -ing.\r

For example:\r
He was working last night\r
I was buying a t-shirt, when I saw her yesterday.\r
Now lets have a look at how to use a past simple and how to use a past continuous and how to keep them apart. we use a past simple for vities that were finished in the past, we usually use a time frame:\r

Here last night is what we consider timeframe.\r

I bought a new T-shirt yesterday\r
\r
Here yesterday is a timeframe. A past continuous is used for ivities started and finished in the past, but we want emphasized duration: so we want to show the other person the other listener or reader that the ion lasted for quite some time.\r
\r
For example:\r
He was working all night so we want emphasize that it lasted the entire night. we also use past continuous form for an ongoing ion in the past interrupted by a sudden event. For example:\r
I was buying a t-shirt when I ran into her so I was doing something and then suddenly a\r
friend came up to me thats when I ran into her. Isometric or static: refers to the type of contraction in which the muscle develops a tension without changing its length ("iso" equal, and "meter" = unit of measurement).

气功 七星拳: El Boxeo de las siete estrellas fue creado por Hu Meiching quien fue consejero de la Sociedad Nacional de Investigación del Qìgōng de la República Popular China y consta de 7 ejercicios en secuencias en la que el practicante debe tener presente las siguientes premisas:
1º.- Los movimientos deben ser continuos, coordinando los movimientos del torso con los de las extremidades.
2º.- La concentración va dirigida al punto 丹田 (Dāntián).
3º.- Se debe realizar de manera relajada y continua.

气功 七星 拳: Boxing of Seven Stars was created by Hu Meiching who was director of the National Qigong Research of the Republic of China and consists of 7 exercises in sequences in which the practitioner must keep in mind the following principles:

2nd. - The concentration is intended to point 丹田 (Dantian).
