This is the first part of a three-parton how to get ready for a Bharatanatyam performance. We started with a HOW TO on hair for Bharatanatyam because that its he best thing to start with when you are getting ready. As mentioned in the video, different teachers/gurus have their own preferences for how to get ready so please consult them first. \r

Here are a few general additional tips regarding the hair:\r
1. Best to wear a button-down shirt while getting ready so you dont mess up your dance blouse and you wont have to disturb your hair and make-up later. \r
2. Its a good idea to wear your choker first for the same reason as #1\r
2. Greasy hair is good (for a change) when doing hair for a performance. It tends listen more :) \r
3. Use plenty of hair gel and hair spray to keep the hair neat and clean.\r

In Viral Journal, we are very familiar with how many decide to propose to their partners with flash mobs . Often seem at first that simply are people singing and dancing, but then you realize that they are organized performances very creative!

But you'd seen a flash mob in full wedding? Definitely it is not very common! Weddings are events usually highly organized, where every detail is carefully measured.

Until it reaches a wedding that breaks with tradition. As this video wedding in which the bride decided to break the tradition to surprise her future husband and the guests at your wedding. Shannon, the bride, organized a surprise flashmob with students from The Music Depot .

It is quite surprising at first seen as a child simply gets up and starts singing " Chapel of Love ", until you realize how magnificent is your voice.

But that is not all. The girl sitting next to him stands also, and gradually more people are putting up in different areas of the chapel. A total of 15 students participated in the event, making a wonderful and original work.

Chris Brown Fan Returns $22,000 Rolex At MTV Awards

Chris Brown thought his $22,000 diamond encrusted Rolex was LOST FOREVER when he accidentally tossed it into the crowd at the MTV VMAs ... but lucky for him, he thought wrong.

TMZ has learned ... Brown's watch -- a gold Rolex with a white oyster face and diamond-encrusted bezel -- came loose at the beginning of his performance ... so he took it off and tried to toss it to a safe place ... all while dancing his face off.

But Brown missed his target and the watch ended up in the crowd.

After the performance, Brown's bodyguard went into the audience and asked if anyone had found the watch -- not really expecting anyone to come forward ... but to his surprise, the watch was in the possession of an HONEST person, who returned it to its rightful owner.

A rep for Brown tells TMZ, "Although Chris did not get to meet the fan, he is very appreciative of the fan's actions."

At number 10 the Doctor is back. "I need a Doctor" Featuring Eminem and Skylar Grey is a chilling video that is almost 8 minutes long. Filled with flashbacks and home videos of Dre's life it starts out with him getting in an accident, forcing him onto life support with Eminem singing to him. It ends with him coming back stronger than ever proving that Dr. Dre still has it.

Coming in at number 9 we have Beyonce's "Countdown." We cannot get enough of this video. It features a pregnant, but still stunning Beyonce. We are totally feeling the throw back to 50's era styling down to the fashion and dancing. There is so much going on that you have to watch this at least a few times to catch everything, and even on repeat we don't get sick of it.

At number 8 we have "All of the Lights" by Kanye West. Now this video is so intense that it has even been forced to have a seizure warning before it starts! But still the beginning shots in black and white are stunning, and we love the modern twist of the graphics that oddly looks vintage as well.

Now at number 7 we have another star that uses black and white for its powerful affects. Adele's "Someone Like You" is hauntingly beautiful by itself, but pair it with her video and it's captivating. Yes, it's a simple premise with just a moving camera following her around, but you can see and feel the emotion radiating from the screen.

And finishing off this half of the countdown, at number 6 we have Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass." This song was huge this year and we loved the video. Filled with pink everything, this video was super fun. And we totally loved the dance number between her and her back-up Nickis which reminded us of 90's grunge girl group. And our favorite part comes at the end, because who doesn't love a good black light effect, right?

I use pencils and pretend they are microphones, then we all walk around in a circle while singing the song and doing the ions, I normally put a bongo drum in the middle of our circle but any instrument would work. For ex: singing with the microphone, dancing around in a circle, pretend to play a music instrument like guitar, piano, drum, etc.. Then when we sing SO we all jump to face the middle, SING (pretend to sing with microphone up to mouth) and DANCE (shake your body!) and PLAY (play the drum in the middle with the pencils). This all began because I had been teaching an ESL beginners class to kids in Trujillo, Honduras for 2 years. Most ESL childrens classes have between 4 to 20 kids. well I threw myself in a classroom of 30 to 40 untamed pre-school and kindergarden kids! (just to prove my sanity. I even volunteered!!) With no curriculum, no lesson plans, no previous experience and no guidance, I was on my own diving into this fun adventure called teaching English as a Second Language! The best part was that during this adventure of mine, I discovered that teaching kids was truly my lifes passion!\r

A few years ago, I started to search online to get some ideas and I soon discovered that there wasnt much available that would keep these kids engaged, encourage them to participate in class and overall really learn English. So I started creating English language games and other English teaching materials that would engage my kids, accelerate their learning and really make learning English FUN for them! \r
