At the occasion of the 4th edition of the International Level Crossing Awareness Day (ILCAD) 2012 UIC decided to issue a new video on level crossing safety with children.
Children are playing with a fake train and a fake level crossing in a park, enjoying their day, playing together, having fun. Then they walk to a REAL level crossing with REAL trains running.
There they have to be cautious, respect road signs and signals and wait patiently that the barriers open again to be authorized to go through.
The motto being “Act safely at level crossings, don’t play with REAL trains!”.
This video is available in English, French, Spanish and Serbian. It will be used worldwide and free of charge by the 42 countries partners in the campaign on internet, on social networks, in public areas (press conferences, tv, education campaigns in schools).

SOPA Cabana Stop Online Piracy Act

The bill would authorize the U.S. Department of Justice to seek court orders against websites outside U.S. jurisdiction accused of infringing on copyrights, or of enabling or facilitating copyright infringement. After delivering a court order, the U.S. Attorney-General could require US-directed Internet service providers, ad networks, and payment processors to suspend doing business with sites found to infringe on federal criminal intellectual property laws. The Attorney-General could also bar search engines from displaying links to the sites.

The bill also establishes a two-step process for intellectual property rights holders to seek relief if they have been harmed by a site dedicated to infringement. The rights holder must first notify, in writing, related payment facilitators and ad networks of the identity of the website, who, in turn, must then forward that notification and suspend services to that identified website, unless that site provides a counter notification explaining how it is not in violation. The rights holder can then sue for limited injunction relief against the site operator, if such a counter notification is provided, or if the payment or advertising services fail to suspend service in the absence of a counter notification.

The bill provides immunity from liability to the ad and payment networks that comply with this Act or that take voluntary action to cut ties to such sites. Any copyright holder who knowingly misrepresents that a website is dedicated to infringement would be liable for damages. The second section increases the penalties for streaming video and for selling counterfeit drugs, military materials or consumer goods. The bill would make unauthorized streaming of copyrighted content a felony.

Massage Tutorial: Pain under the shoulder blade, myofascial release

This is a complaint that I hear somewhat frequently, especially from office workers. They feel like theres a knot under the shoulder blade that s up the longer they work, sometimes with searing pain. This can be exacerbated by manipulating loads out in front of the body (carrying, cleaning, stocking, filing).\r
\r
After years of hunting down trigger points (I dont do this as much any more, but Im glad to have that information under my belt), Ive found that the most common site that refers to under the scapula is the lateral trapezius, especially the inferior aspect. Once youve warmed up the region, you should be able to find the relevant area just medial and inferior to the spine of the scapula. Youll be working on the edge of trapezius, right where it crosses over the medial border of the scapula. Dealing with this trigger point can be tricky, as you might have to trap the squirmy edge of the muscle using your fingers. You can go broad instead and not worry so much about trapping just the right point.\r
\r
After dealing with the culprit, think globally. What other regions are yanking on this area, causing it to be ticked off? My first suspects are rotator cuff (if they all team up at the same time, they can glue the scapula out laterally), upper traps, and pecs. Iron these areas out and assign some nice chest stretches to keep this from reappearing.\r
\r

In a House subcommittee meeting on the spill, Louisiana Rep. Charlie Melancon, who represents much of the coastal area being directly affected by the spill, broke down in tears while delivering his remarks.

"I'd like to remind my collegues ... that the recovery phase is just as critical as the response phase," he read. "Everything that I know and love is at risk."

His lip quivering as he tried to maintain his composure, Melancon was unable to finish his statement. He submitted it for the record and walked out of the hearing.

There was still a lot of dirt and grime on the bottom skirt, on the back bumpers, and the side of my car. These were not underneath, so there are clearly areas that are being missed during the wash. They do have a policy that says you can put your car through the wash an extra time free of charge if you are unsatisfied.

Panasonic VT20 3D - SideBySide 3D doesn't work on VieraCast

This video shows how my brand new Panasonic VT20 3D TV doesn't work when the video source is internet. The problem affects to all Viera-cast content, so although the TV is sold as 3D, here you have an example with a video from YouTube (VieraCast). The source is clearly in side-by-side format, 16:9 (as this TV likes, since it is not able to re-scale videos... output format/resolution has to be exactly the input format)

As you can see, while playing this video, the source is side-by-side, but the 3D options available in the TV are: Automatic (it behaves like OFF), 2D -> 3D (simple 3D simulation... it still turns on 3D system: glasses, 3D effects, ...) and Original (again, behaves like OFF).

The 2D to 3D only generates 3D effect sending menus to foreground and image to background. Side-By-Side or Above-Below 3D options are not available in VieraCast mode, I understand that because of a bug in the firmware.

Be alone and make sure you have enough health and stamina items so you can solo each chamber and what are the best augments to go solo.\r

1. Make sure to be alone. Throwing your pawns in everfall, drowning them, or releasing them in the rift area.\r

2. Jump into everfall and choose a chamber you want to farm the chest. After you clear out the room of monsters save in front of a chest, then start opening the chests and if you find what you like pick it up and save it. Then use the godsbane to kill yourself and hit retry. Just rinse and repeat until all the chest are open or you got what you want.\r
\r
3. To reset the chest sleep at the inn for four days and they will reset.\r
\r
The part where I was talking at the gorechimera part was not really important.
