In first grade the tables are turned. Children learn about digraphs like “ch.” When “h” is next to “c” they make the /ch/ sound. If teachers can give them a reason for this or a story, it helps children so much. \r

There are so many exceptions to rules of the English language that children have to learn throughout elementary school and beyond. Phonics Stories helps children to remember these exceptions by giving them a story. Todo Lo Que Necesitas Saber Sobre La Ceremonia De Clausura De Los Juegos Olímpicos

Los Juegos Olímpicos de París no han defraudado, y ahora que se acercan a su fin, podemos esperar con impaciencia la ceremonia de clausura.

La ceremonia tendrá lugar tras la última prueba, el partido por la medalla de oro de baloncesto femenino en el Bercy Arena de la capital francesa.

La ceremonia comenzará a las 21.00 (hora local) en el Stade de France y se espera que dure algo más de dos horas.

La ceremonia estará llena de motivos tradicionales, como la entrega de la bandera olímpica a los organizadores de los Juegos de Los Ángeles 2028.

Las atletas que consigan medalla en el maratón femenino, que tendrá lugar a primera hora del día, recibirán sus honores durante la ceremonia.

La ceremonia de clausura contará con "más de cien artistas, acróbatas, bailarines y artistas de circo", y los rumores indican que participarán artistas como Billie Eilish.

"Es un espectáculo muy visual, muy coreográfico, muy acrobático y con una dimensión operística para dar un gran fresco visual y despedir a los atletas de todo el mundo. Juntos, hagamos de esta velada una celebración memorable y consciente, honrando el pasado y abrazando el futuro", declaró Thomas Jolly, director de ceremonias de París 2024.
