GMC Acadia All Terrain a prueba - CarManía (2019)

Si de algo tiene fama GMC a nivel norteamericano, es que hace buenos productos de trabajo, buenos SUV’s y que es confiable y segura como marca. Si a esto le sumamos que han incorporado más tecnología y cuestiones de seguridad en sus productos, nos damos cuenta que tienen productos interesantes dentro del mercado que podrían ser una gran opción de compra.

Exterior

Podemos ver que es una camioneta con un frente agresivo Gracias a la parrilla All Terrain de GMC y que le da mucho mas personalidad y fuerza al diseño. Los trazos son simples y muy lineales, pero se ve robusta y poderosa. Grandes rines en color negro de 17”, los arcos de rueda y partes bajas en plástico para presumir su intención off road. Una parte trasera con doble escape y spoiler en la parte superior de la cazuela completa una imagen más jovial y atrevida. El cambio le viene bien, se nota de mejor manufactura y mejor lograda, faros en LED delanteros y calaveras con la misma tecnología, con luces diurnas en forma de “C” que dan un cierre al frente poderoso.


Interior

Dentro se respira una atmósfera más premium que su marca de acceso, Chevrolet, pero se notan los rasgos compartidos inmediatamente. Espacio para 7 pasajeros, sistema OnStar 4G para hasta 7 dispositivos, pantalla de 8” táctil, con Android Auto y Apple Car Play, además de su clúster de instrumentos de 4.2” multicolor que nos ayuda a leer más detalles de nuevo auto. Se siente amplia y parece más grande que la anterior, aunque en papel no lo es. La posición de manejo es muy buena y se siente mucho más patio de lo que se puede ver en el exterior, el motor es una gran opción para lograr obtener buenos resultados en carretera y ciudad de movilidad y practicadas, aunque si se le exige puede cobrar alto el consumo.

Esta Acadia All Terrain monta el motor 3.6 l V6 que entrega 310 Hp @ 6,600 RPM con un torque de 271 lb·pie @ 5,000 RPM acoplado a una caja automática de 6 velocidades con un sistema de tracción total, AWD.

Creo que en general es un muy buen paquete de movilidad para 7, off road e interesante por equipamiento, creo que el area de oportunidad vendrá con la adopción de un motor de menor cilindrada y quizás con un turbo para mejorar su rendimiento, que muchas veces no es proporcional ya que no deseamos perder potencia.

Satellite imagery, elevation models and robust GIS mapping methods are utilized to create a vegetation model, terrain model and ground clutter (3D buildings). Of all available audio tracks, only two are used, La Guardia Tower and New York TRACON Departure controller position. Radar data as well as the onboard Flight Data Recorder are utilized in constructing the flightpath of the aircraft.
