I use pencils and pretend they are microphones, then we all walk around in a circle while singing the song and doing the ions, I normally put a bongo drum in the middle of our circle but any instrument would work. For ex: singing with the microphone, dancing around in a circle, pretend to play a music instrument like guitar, piano, drum, etc.. Then when we sing SO we all jump to face the middle, SING (pretend to sing with microphone up to mouth) and DANCE (shake your body!) and PLAY (play the drum in the middle with the pencils). This all began because I had been teaching an ESL beginners class to kids in Trujillo, Honduras for 2 years. Most ESL childrens classes have between 4 to 20 kids. well I threw myself in a classroom of 30 to 40 untamed pre-school and kindergarden kids! (just to prove my sanity. I even volunteered!!) With no curriculum, no lesson plans, no previous experience and no guidance, I was on my own diving into this fun adventure called teaching English as a Second Language! The best part was that during this adventure of mine, I discovered that teaching kids was truly my lifes passion!\r

A few years ago, I started to search online to get some ideas and I soon discovered that there wasnt much available that would keep these kids engaged, encourage them to participate in class and overall really learn English. 5 min Butterfly Braids

Hey guys,

This is another quick hair tutorial great for all occasions. I always found plaits very romantic. It takes me less than 4 minutes to create this hairstyle. Very elegant and girly. It's a great hairstyle for school and its very comfortable to wear ^_^

Remember, practice makes perfect. The more you practice braiding, the better you get =)

I am the LAZIEST when it comes to hair. Notice how I never spend more than 5-7 minutes with my hair?

Sonata - An Animated Short Film

Sonata is an animated short film about a brief and fleeting moment in a man's life. He must face his fears and doubts and decide whether or not to take a chance. This was my final thesis while attending Vancouver Film School. I created everything from script to finished film. The music is by Yann Tierson and can be found on the soundtrack for Amélie. It is entitled: "Comptine d'un autre été: l'après-midi". In the final version of this film, due to usage rights, a separate piece of music was specifically composed for the film.

Greetings from Hong Kong! Long time no hair tutorial! I have been wearing my hair like this in HK cause its a quick way for me to dress up and funk up a bad hair day. It just looks chic and artistic. It's real quick and easy. Sometimes you can wear for school or shopping or whatever you wish.

All you need is a hair band and some bobby pins. For a more dramatic look, you can always 'back comb' your hair but I'm not a big fan of hair teasing.

This hairstyle works best on longer hair tho =( If your hair is shorter, you may want to pull your ponytail lower. I'll be making more hair tutorials soon, stay well everyone.
